Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving, at least to some extent, one of the technical problems in the related art. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a movable water tank system of a water purifier and a control method thereof, by which a movable operation of the water tank of the water purifier can be realized, which is convenient for users to use.
In one aspect of the invention, a moving water tank system for a water purifying dispenser is provided. According to an embodiment of the invention, the system comprises: a main body and a mobile water tank removably mounted on the main body, the mobile water tank system comprising: a moving water tank detection module for detecting whether the moving water tank is mounted at a predetermined position on the main body; the filter module is provided with a raw water inlet, a pure water outlet and a wastewater outlet, a water pump is connected between the raw water inlet of the filter module and the movable water tank in series, and the pure water outlet is used for outputting pure water; the drain tank, the drain tank with concatenate the flushometer between the waste water export of filtration module, just the drain tank with the drain valve has concatenated between the portable water tank.
According to the movable water tank system of the water purifying and drinking machine, the movable water tank can be taken out, water in the movable water tank can be conveniently replaced or added, a proper amount of water can be conveniently added into the movable water tank, the movable water tank detection module can detect whether the movable water tank is installed on the main body or not, therefore, the stability of the water purifying and drinking machine is improved, water leakage or water overflow is reduced, and pure water can be prepared after the movable water tank is placed in place.
In addition, the movable water tank system of the water purifying dispenser according to the above embodiment of the present invention may further have the following additional technical features:
in some embodiments of the present invention, an upper portion of the drain tank is in direct communication with the moving water tank for the overflow water of the drain tank to be drained into the moving water tank. Thereby, the drain tank is advantageously protected.
In some embodiments of the invention, the drain valve is connected to the bottom of the drain tank. Therefore, the water discharging function of the movable water tank system of the water purifying drinking machine is realized.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a liquid level switch is disposed on the mobile water tank, and the liquid level switch is used for detecting a water level in the mobile water tank. Therefore, the water level of the movable water tank can be conveniently and timely known by a user.
In some embodiments of the invention, the drain tank is higher than the moving water tank. Therefore, the drainage operation can be realized by utilizing the gravity action, and the energy consumption of the whole system is reduced.
In still another aspect of the present invention, the present invention provides a control method of a moving water tank system using the above water purifying dispenser, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the method includes:
a step S1 of detecting whether the movable water tank is mounted to a predetermined position on the main body;
and step S2, if the movable water tank is arranged at a preset position on the main body, detecting whether the movable water tank is lack of water, if the movable water tank is lack of water, opening a drain valve for draining the waste water in the drain tank into the movable water tank.
According to the control method of the movable water tank system of the water purifying dispenser, when the movable water tank is arranged at the preset position on the main body and the water in the movable water tank is short of water, the movable water tank system of the water purifying dispenser performs water drainage operation. The water pump and the flushing valve are closed, the drain valve is opened, the wastewater obtained by water making and flushing in the drainage tank is drained to the movable water tank through the drain valve, a user can be reminded of pouring the water in the movable water tank and adding the raw water into the movable water tank through the drainage operation, and if the user does not pour the water in the movable water tank and add the raw water into the movable water tank, the whole system does not perform water making, flushing and drainage operations.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the step S1 further includes: and if the movable water tank is not installed in place, closing the water pump, the flushing valve and the drain valve. Therefore, the movable water tank system of the whole water purifying dispenser is protected.
In some embodiments of the invention, the control method further comprises: if the movable water tank is installed in place and the movable water tank is not lack of water, the water pump is opened and the flushing valve and the drain valve are closed when the pure water outlet of the filtering module is opened; and turning off the water pump when the pure water outlet of the filter module is closed. Therefore, the water production operation function of the movable water tank system of the water purifying and drinking machine can be realized, and in the water production process, the raw water is filtered by depending on the water pressure in the filtering module, so that the flushing valve is closed to be opened to a smaller opening degree, specifically 10% -20% of the flushing valve when being fully opened.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the step S2 further includes: and the drain valve is opened for a preset time or the waste water of the drain tank is completely drained into the movable water tank and then a prompt signal is sent to prompt a user to change water. Therefore, the water discharging operation function of the movable water tank system of the water purifying drinking machine can be realized.
In some embodiments of the present invention, if the portable water tank is mounted in place and the portable water tank is not out of water, the water pump, the flush valve, and the drain valve are opened to flush the water tank for a first predetermined time. Therefore, the sustainable use of the water purifying dispenser movable water tank system can be maintained.
In some embodiments of the present invention, if the portable water tank is mounted in place and the portable water tank is not out of water, the water pump, the flush valve and the drain valve are opened to flush the water tank for a third predetermined time when the accumulated water production time of the water purifier is not less than the second predetermined time. Therefore, the continuous usability of the water purifying dispenser movable water tank system can be further maintained.
In some embodiments of the present invention, it is determined that there is a lack of water in the moving water tank if the water level in the moving water tank is below a lower water level threshold. Therefore, the continuous usability of the water purifying dispenser movable water tank system can be further maintained.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the mobile water tank is determined not to be out of water if the water level in the mobile water tank is not below the lower water level threshold. Therefore, the continuous usability of the water purifying dispenser movable water tank system can be further maintained.
According to the control method of the movable water tank system of the water purifying and drinking machine, when the movable water tank detection module detects that the movable water tank is installed on the main body and the movable water tank is not short of water, if water needs to be discharged, the whole movable water tank system of the water purifying and drinking machine carries out water production operation, the water pump is turned on, the flushing valve is turned on to be a small opening degree, specifically 10% -20% of the full opening degree of the flushing valve, the drain valve is turned off, the water pump conveys raw water from the movable water tank to the filtering module, under the action of water pressure, the raw water is divided into two parts of pure water and waste water through the filtering module, the pure water reaches the water outlet to be discharged, and the waste water reaches the drainage tank through the small opening degree of. When water does not need to be discharged, the whole movable water tank system of the water purifying drinking machine does not start water production. When the movable water tank detection module detects that the movable water tank is installed on the main body and the movable water tank is lack of water, the drainage operation is carried out, the water pump and the flushing valve are closed, the drain valve is opened, and water in the drain tank reaches the movable water tank through the drain valve. The drainage operation can remind the user to pour the water in the movable water tank and add the raw water into the movable water tank, and if the user does not pour the water in the movable water tank and add the raw water into the movable water tank, the whole system does not carry out water making, flushing and drainage operations. If the water purifying drinking machine is used for the first time or after a period of time, the machine needs to be flushed, and the movable water tank needs to be ensured to be in a water shortage state during flushing. And opening the water pump, opening the flushing valve and closing the drain valve, wherein the raw water flows through the water pump and the flushing valve from the movable water tank and reaches the drainage tank, and the machine is flushed.

In one aspect of the invention, a moving water tank system for a water purifying dispenser is provided. According to an embodiment of the invention, the system comprises: a main body 100 on which a portable water tank 200 is removably seated, and a portable water tank 200, referring to fig. 1, the portable water tank 200 system includes: a moving water tank detection module 21, a filter module 22, and a drain tank 23.
As shown in fig. 1, the moving water tank detecting module 21 serves to detect whether the moving water tank 200 is mounted at a predetermined position on the main body 100. Only when the movable water tank detection module detects that the movable water tank is installed at a predetermined position on the main body, the movable water tank system of the water purifying dispenser can perform water making, draining and flushing operations.
The filter module 22 has a raw water inlet 221, a pure water outlet 222 and a waste water outlet 223, a water pump 24 is connected in series between the raw water inlet 221 of the filter module 22 and the mobile water tank 200, and the pure water outlet 222 is used for outputting pure water. After passing through the filter module, the raw water may be separated into pure water and wastewater by the filter module.
A flushing valve 25 is connected in series between the drain tank 23 and the waste water outlet 223 of the filter module 22, and a drain valve 26 is connected in series between the drain tank 23 and the portable water tank 200. By controlling the flushing valve, the drain valve and the water pump, the water making, draining and flushing operation functions of the water purifying and drinking machine movable water tank can be realized. The flush valve is preferably a proportional valve.
According to the movable water tank system of the water purifying and drinking machine, the movable water tank can be taken out, water in the movable water tank can be conveniently replaced or added, a proper amount of water can be conveniently added into the movable water tank, the movable water tank detection module can detect whether the movable water tank is installed on the main body or not, therefore, the stability of the water purifying and drinking machine is improved, water leakage or water overflow is reduced, and pure water can be prepared after the movable water tank is placed in place.
When the movable water tank detection module detects that the movable water tank is installed on the main body and the movable water tank is not short of water, if water is required to be discharged, the whole movable water tank system of the water purifying and drinking machine carries out water production operation, the water pump is opened, the flushing valve is opened to a smaller opening degree (for example, 10% -20% when the flushing valve is fully opened), the drain valve is closed, the water pump conveys raw water to the filtering module from the movable water tank, under the action of water pressure, the raw water is divided into two parts of pure water and waste water through the filtering module, the pure water reaches the water outlet to discharge water, and the waste water reaches the water discharge tank through the small opening degree opening of the flushing valve. When water does not need to be discharged, the whole movable water tank system of the water purifying drinking machine does not start water production. When the movable water tank detection module detects that the movable water tank is installed on the main body and the movable water tank is lack of water, the drainage operation is carried out, the water pump and the flushing valve are closed, the drain valve is opened, and water in the drain tank reaches the movable water tank through the drain valve. The drainage operation can remind the user to pour the water in the movable water tank and add the raw water into the movable water tank, and if the user does not pour the water in the movable water tank and add the raw water into the movable water tank, the whole system does not carry out water making, flushing and drainage operations. If the water purifying drinking machine is used for the first time or after a period of time, the machine needs to be flushed, and the movable water tank needs to be ensured to be in a water shortage state during flushing. And opening the water pump, opening the flushing valve and closing the drain valve, wherein the raw water flows through the water pump and the flushing valve from the movable water tank and reaches the drainage tank, and the machine is flushed.
Referring to fig. 1, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the upper portion of the drain tank 23 directly communicates with the moving water tank 200 for the overflow water of the drain tank 23 to drain into the moving water tank 200. After the water of water drainage tank 23 is full, water in water drainage tank 23 can overflow to the removal water tank in to avoid the water overflow in water drainage tank 23 to the outside of clean drink machine, not only make things convenient for the cleanness of clean drink machine, can avoid water overflow to subaerial moreover, cause bad user experience.
In addition, if the water in the drain tank 23 is not drained in time after the drain tank 23 is full of water, it is easy to make water difficult or damage the filter module. The invention arranges the overflow structure on the drainage tank 23, which can effectively improve the water making efficiency of pure water.
The movable water tank 200 is connected to the upper portion of the drain tank 23, and the water level in the drain tank 23 can be effectively controlled, so that the drain tank is simple in structure and convenient to control.
Of course, it is also possible to provide a water level or pressure sensor to detect whether the drain tank is full of water and then to connect or disconnect the drain tank and the portable water tank by the on-off valve.
Referring to fig. 1, a drain valve 26 is connected to the bottom of a drain tank 23 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Thus, when it is desired to discharge the water in the drain tank 23 into the portable water tank, it is advantageous for the water in the drain tank to reach the portable water tank through the drain valve in the most energy efficient manner. But also can conveniently drain the water in the water discharge tank 23, thereby improving the filtering efficiency of the water purifying drinking machine and the service time after water is changed once.
As shown in fig. 1, in some embodiments of the present invention, a level switch 27 is provided on the moving water tank 200, and the level switch 27 is used to detect the water level in the moving water tank 200. When the movable water tank detection module detects that the movable water tank is arranged at a preset position on the main body and the liquid level switch detects that water is in the movable water tank, the movable water tank system of the water purifying and drinking machine can carry out water making and flushing operations, and when the movable water tank detection module detects that the movable water tank is arranged at the preset position on the main body and the liquid level switch detects that water is deficient in the movable water tank, the movable water tank system of the water purifying and drinking machine needs to carry out drainage operation to remind a user to pour waste water in the movable water tank and supplement raw water into the movable water tank.
Preferably, the drain tank 23 is higher than the moving water tank 200. Therefore, the gravity action can be fully utilized to enable the water in the drainage tank to be drained to the movable water tank, additional equipment such as a water pump and the like is not needed, and the energy consumption of the whole system is saved.
The invention provides a control method of a movable water tank system utilizing the water purifying dispenser in a second aspect. Referring to fig. 2, according to an embodiment of the invention, the method comprises:
step S1: whether the moving water tank is mounted to a predetermined position on the main body is detected. Only when the movable water tank detection module detects that the movable water tank is installed at a predetermined position on the main body, the movable water tank system of the water purifying dispenser can perform water making, draining and flushing operations.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, step S1 further includes: if the portable water tank is not installed in place, the water pump, the flush valve, and the drain valve are turned off. Thus being beneficial to protecting the movable water tank system of the whole water purifying dispenser.
Step S2: if the movable water tank is installed at a predetermined position on the main body, whether water is deficient in the movable water tank is detected, and if water is deficient in the movable water tank, the drain valve is opened for draining the waste water in the drain tank into the movable water tank. So, be favorable to in time reminding the user to pour waste water and add raw water again in to the removal water tank when lacking water in the removal water tank.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, step S2 further includes: the drainage valve is opened for a preset time or the waste water in the drainage tank is completely drained into the movable water tank and then a prompt signal is sent to prompt a user to change water. Therefore, the continuity of the movable water tank system of the whole water purifying dispenser is favorably realized.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for controlling the movable water tank of the water purifying dispenser further includes: if the movable water tank is installed in place and the movable water tank is not lack of water, the water pump is opened and the flushing valve and the drain valve are closed when the pure water outlet of the filtering module is opened; and the water pump is turned off when the pure water outlet of the filter module is closed. Therefore, the water making operation function of the movable water tank system of the water purifying dispenser is realized.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, if the moving water tank is mounted in place and the moving water tank is not out of water, the water pump, the flush valve and the drain valve are opened to flush the water tank for a first predetermined time. Therefore, the movable water tank system of the water purifying drinking machine can be flushed, and the cleanness of the system can be maintained.
Optionally, if the movable water tank is installed in place and the movable water tank is not lack of water, when the accumulated water production time of the water purifier is not less than the second preset time, the water pump, the flushing valve and the drain valve are opened to flush the water tank for a third preset time. Therefore, the movable water tank system of the water purifying drinking machine can be flushed, and the cleanness of the system can be maintained.
According to yet another embodiment of the present invention, a lack of water in the moving water tank is determined if the water level in the moving water tank is below the lower water level threshold.
Optionally, if the water level in the mobile water tank is not lower than the lower water level threshold, it is determined that the mobile water tank is not out of water.
