Abstract
一种环保型杀虫剂包含除虫菊干花,苦皮藤根,辣蓼,烟叶,鱼藤根,丁基缩水甘油醚,乙二醇,羧甲基纤维素钠,草木灰。本发明还公开了一种环保型杀虫剂的制备方法:先将植物原料洗净粉碎,经过加热回流或者超声提取活性成分,再将活性成分提取物与一定比例的丁基缩水甘油醚、乙二醇、羧甲基纤维素钠和草木灰混合,即得到环保型杀虫剂。该杀虫剂的有效成分是多种化学物质共同作用,不易导致有害物产生抗药性,能长期使用,又具有无毒无害无污染等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种杀虫剂及其制备方法,特别是一种环保型适于茶叶的杀虫剂及制备方法,属于农药加工领域。
背景技术
在茶叶种植过程中,为了防止虫害,茶农们大都使用杀虫剂,目前,杀虫剂产品的品种多、产量居杀虫剂第一位且应用最广的一类杀虫剂是有机磷类杀虫剂,但是由于有机磷类杀虫剂毒性较高高及残效期比较长,若从喷药到采摘的时间间隔不够,易使采收茶叶的农药残留超标,对人体造成损害。
但植物源农药是一种不污染环境,不产生公害的生物农药,植物源农药是利用植物的某些部位或提取其有效成份制成具有杀虫或杀菌作用的农药,不破坏环境,残留少,使用成本低。除虫菊就是一种植物源农药,除虫菊中可提取的天然活性物质除虫菊素,除虫菊素作用于害虫神经系统的钠离子通道,影响昆虫兴奋传导,从而能使昆虫肌肉瘫痪,拒食,而且具有较好的驱避作用,具有生物活性高、毒性低、使用成本低于其他类似产品,用后可自然降解,对环境安全,广泛用于农林牧业生产和城市园林防虫等领域。
但是单一的除虫菊制剂对茶叶害虫的杀伤力有限,本发明提一种含除虫菊的的复合植物源杀虫剂,它可快速、有效地杀灭附在茶叶上的各种害虫,又具有无毒无害无污染等优点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决单一除虫菊制剂对茶叶害虫的杀伤力不足的缺点,提供一种含有除虫菊的复合植物源杀虫剂,适合茶叶采摘期间虫害的防治,能有效的减少采摘期化学农药的使用量,减少农药残留,更加绿色环保。本发明提供了一种环保型杀虫剂,其包含以重量份数计的如下组份:
除虫菊干花 10-20份;
苦皮藤根 10-20份;
辣蓼 5-10份;
烟叶 5-10份;
鱼藤根 10-20份;
丁基缩水甘油醚 2-5份;
乙二醇 2-5份;
羧甲基纤维素钠 2-3份;
草木灰 2-5份。
优选的,一种环保型杀虫剂,其包含以重量份数计的如下组份:
除虫菊干花 15份;
苦皮藤根 15份;
辣蓼 8份;
烟叶 8份;
鱼藤根 15份;
丁基缩水甘油醚 4份;
乙二醇 4份;
羧甲基纤维素钠 2.5份;
草木灰 4份。
本发明还提供了一种环保型杀虫剂的制备方法,该制备方法包括如下步骤:
⑴选取除虫菊干花、苦皮藤根,辣蓼,鱼藤根,烟叶用水洗净并粉碎;
⑵将粉碎原料过筛、收集粉末并混和均匀得粉状混合物;
⑶在粉状混合物中加入浓度为90%以上的乙醇水溶液,在50-80℃加热回流,回流时间为1-5 h,得到反应液;
⑷将步骤⑶的反应液抽滤,收集滤液;
⑸静置,让滤液乙醇挥发后,得到植物活性成分提取物;
⑹ 最后将植物活性成分提取物与丁基缩水甘油醚、乙二醇、羧甲基纤维素钠和草木灰混合,搅拌均匀,即得到所述的环保型杀虫剂。
所述步骤⑶中,所述回流加热,温度为60-70℃,回流时间为2-4 h。
所述步骤⑶中,用超声代替所述的加热回流方式。
所述步骤⑷中,所述抽滤为真空抽滤。
本发明的环保型杀虫剂的使用方法是将杀虫剂稀释200-500倍喷洒于茶叶的茎秆、叶子和根部周围。
本发明的有益效果在于:本方法制备的一种含除虫菊的适于茶叶的杀虫剂主要原料是除虫菊、苦皮藤根 、辣蓼、鱼藤根,材料成分无毒、安全;其除虫菊、苦皮藤素、丁香酚等杀虫有效成分合理混配后对害虫具有协同增效作用,能减少各单剂的施用量,提高防治效果;植物源杀虫剂的有效成分是多种化学物质共同作用,不易导致有害物产生抗药性,能长期使用;除此之外还含有草木灰成分,草木灰能有效的防治蝇蛆、韭蛆等地下害虫,还能给茶叶补充钾元素。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式,对本发明的权利要求书做进一步的详细说明,但不构成对本发明的任何限制,任何在本发明的权利要求保护范围内所做的有限次修改,仍在本发明的权利要求保护范围内。
实施例一:
取0.1kg除虫菊,0.1kg苦皮藤根,0.05kg辣蓼,0.05kg烟叶,0.1kg鱼藤根用水洗净,将洗净的上述原料,用粉碎机进行粉碎,过筛混匀得粉料,将粉料加入1kg的90%的乙醇,置于50℃条件下加热回流1h,将反应液经过真空抽滤,收集滤液,静止,让乙醇挥发后,得到植物活性成分提取物,最后将植物活性成分提取物中加入0.02kg丁基缩水甘油醚、0.02kg乙二醇、0.02kg羧甲基纤维素钠和0.02kg草木灰,搅拌均匀,即得到含有除虫菊的复合植物源杀虫剂的环保型杀虫剂。将其稀释200倍喷洒于茶叶的茎秆和叶子,防治假眼小绿叶蝉,一次杀灭率达到88%以上。
实施例二:
取0.15kg除虫菊,0.15kg苦皮藤根,0.08kg辣蓼,0.08kg烟叶,0.15kg鱼藤根用水洗净,将洗净的上述原料,用粉碎机进行粉碎,过筛混匀得粉状混合物,将粉状混合物加入1.2kg的92%的乙醇,置于60℃条件下加热回流2h,将反应液经过真空抽滤,收集滤液,静置,让乙醇挥发后,得到植物活性成分提取物,最后将植物活性成分提取物与0.04kg丁基缩水甘油醚、0.04kg乙二醇、0.025kg羧甲基纤维素钠和0.04kg草木灰混合,搅拌均匀,即得到含有除虫菊的复合植物源杀虫剂的环保型杀虫剂。将其稀释300倍喷洒于茶叶的茎秆和叶子,防治假眼小绿叶蝉,一次杀灭率达到84%以上。
实施例三:
取0.2kg除虫菊,0.2kg苦皮藤根,0.1kg辣蓼,0.1kg烟叶,0.2kg鱼藤根用水洗净,将洗净的上述原料,用粉碎机进行粉碎,过筛混匀得粉状混合物,将粉状混合物加入1.5kg的93%的乙醇,置于80℃条件下加热回流5h,将反应液经过真空抽滤,收集滤液,静置,让乙醇挥发后,得到植物活性成分提取物,最后将植物活性成分提取物中与0.05kg丁基缩水甘油醚、0.05kg乙二醇、0.03kg羧甲基纤维素钠和0.05kg草木灰混合,搅拌均匀,即得一种复合植物源杀虫剂。将其稀释500倍喷洒于茶叶的茎秆和叶子,防治假眼小绿叶蝉,一次杀灭率达到82% 以上。
实施例四:
取0.2kg除虫菊,0.2kg苦皮藤根,0.1kg辣蓼,0.1kg烟叶,0.2kg鱼藤根用水洗净,将洗净的上述原料,用粉碎机进行粉碎,过筛混匀得粉状混合物,将粉状混合物加入1.5kg的93%的乙醇,超声处理1h,将处理的混合液经过真空抽滤,收集滤液,静置,让乙醇挥发后,得到植物活性成分提取物,最后将植物活性成分提取物中与0.05kg丁基缩水甘油醚、0.05kg乙二醇、0.03kg羧甲基纤维素钠和0.05kg草木灰混合,搅拌均匀,即得含有除虫菊的复合植物源杀虫剂。将其稀释500倍喷洒于茶叶的茎秆和叶子,防治假眼小绿叶蝉,一次杀灭率达到81% 以上。
实施例五:
取0.15kg除虫菊,0.15kg苦皮藤根,0.08kg辣蓼,0.08kg烟叶,0.15kg鱼藤根用水洗净,将洗净的上述原料,用粉碎机进行粉碎,过筛混匀得粉状混合物,将粉状混合物加入1.2kg的92%的乙醇,置于70℃条件下加热回流4h,将反应液经过真空抽滤,收集滤液,静置,让乙醇挥发后,得到植物活性成分提取物,最后将植物活性成分提取物与0.04kg丁基缩水甘油醚、0.04kg乙二醇、0.025kg羧甲基纤维素钠和0.04kg草木灰混合,搅拌均匀,即得到含有除虫菊的复合植物源杀虫剂的环保型杀虫剂。将其稀释300倍喷洒于茶叶的茎秆和叶子,防治假眼小绿叶蝉,一次杀灭率达到83%以上。
Claims (6)
1.一种环保型杀虫剂,其特征在于,其包含以重量份数计的如下组份:
除虫菊干花 10-20份;
苦皮藤根 10-20份;
辣蓼 5-10份;
烟叶 5-10份;
鱼藤根 10-20份;
丁基缩水甘油醚 2-5份;
乙二醇 2-5份;
羧甲基纤维素钠 2-3份;
草木灰 2-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型杀虫剂,其特征在于,其包含以重量份数计的如下组份:
除虫菊干花 15份;
苦皮藤根 15份;
辣蓼 8份;
烟叶 8份;
鱼藤根 15份;
丁基缩水甘油醚 4份;
乙二醇 4份;
羧甲基纤维素钠 2.5份;
草木灰 4份。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的环保型杀虫剂的制备方法,其特征在于,该制备方法包括如下步骤:
⑴选取除虫菊干花、苦皮藤根,辣蓼,鱼藤根,烟叶用水洗净并粉碎;
⑵将粉碎原料过筛、收集粉末并混和均匀得粉状混合物;
⑶在粉状混合物中加入浓度为90%以上的乙醇水溶液,在50-80℃加热回流,回流时间为1-5 h,得到反应液;
⑷将步骤⑶的反应液抽滤,收集滤液;
⑸静置,让滤液乙醇挥发后,得到植物活性成分提取物;
⑹ 最后将植物活性成分提取物与丁基缩水甘油醚、乙二醇、羧甲基纤维素钠和草木灰混合,搅拌均匀,即得到所述的环保型杀虫剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的环保型杀虫剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤⑶中,所述回流加热,温度为60-70℃,回流时间为2-4 h。
5.根据权利要求3所述的环保型杀虫剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤⑶中,用超声代替所述的加热回流方式。
6.根据权利要求2、3或4任一项所述的环保型杀虫剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤⑷中,所述抽滤为真空抽滤。
