Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The following detailed description of specific implementations of the present invention is provided in conjunction with specific embodiments:
the first embodiment is as follows:
fig. 1 shows a flow of implementing the method for detecting the uplink state of a wireless repeater according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and for convenience of description, only the parts related to the embodiment of the present invention are shown, and the detailed description is as follows:
in step S101, when a wireless network scanning instruction sent by a user is received, APs within a preset range are scanned, and an SSID broadcasted by the scanned APs is sent to the user.
The invention is suitable for the wireless repeater associated with the uplink wireless Access node, the wireless Access node (AP, Access Point) is a concentrator with a wireless signal transmitting function, such as a wireless router and a wireless repeater (Wi-Fi extender), also called as a wireless expander, and the uplink AP is the AP connected with the wireless repeater through an uplink. When the wireless repeater is associated with the uplink AP, a user may send a wireless network scanning instruction to the wireless repeater in a preset manner, for example, the user may first enter a management interface of the wireless repeater on a computer, a mobile phone, or other devices, and send the wireless network scanning instruction to the wireless repeater on the management interface of the wireless repeater.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when receiving a wireless network scanning instruction of a user, the wireless repeater may scan APs within a preset range around, receive Service Set Identifiers (SSIDs) broadcasted by the scanned APs, and send the SSIDs to the user, so that the user selects an SSID of an uplink AP to be associated from the SSIDs.
In step S102, an SSID selected by a user is received, an AP corresponding to the selected SSID is determined as an uplink AP to be associated, and whether a wireless signal of the uplink AP is encrypted is detected.
In the embodiment of the invention, the SSID selected by the user is received, and the AP corresponding to the SSID selected by the user is determined as the uplink AP to be associated. In order to improve the security of the wireless network, a user usually sets a connection password for the wireless network in an area such as a company, a school, a home, and the like, so as to perform user identity authentication through password verification, and after the password verification is successful, the user can use the wireless network to detect whether a wireless signal of an uplink AP is encrypted, that is, detect whether the wireless network of the uplink AP is set with the connection password.
In step S103, when the wireless signal of the upstream AP is encrypted, the password input by the user is acquired, and the wireless authentication request is transmitted to the upstream AP.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the wireless signal of the uplink AP is encrypted, the password input by the user is acquired so as to carry out password verification, and meanwhile, the wireless authentication request is sent to the uplink AP to wait for the response of the uplink AP.
In step S104, when the wireless authentication response returned by the uplink AP is received, the password is verified with the uplink AP.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the wireless authentication response returned by the online AP is received, the password is verified with the uplink AP according to the password input by the user before. Preferably, password verification with the uplink AP is realized through a four-way handshake mode of the WPA (or the WPA2), so that accuracy of authentication between the wireless repeater and the uplink AP is improved.
In step S105, when the password verification is successful, the preset uplink state value is set to the first preset value, otherwise, the uplink state value is set to the second preset value.
In the embodiment of the invention, an initial value of an uplink state value is preset, when password verification of the wireless repeater and the uplink AP is successful, the wireless repeater and the uplink AP can be considered to be successfully associated, the uplink state value is set to be a first preset value, when password verification of the wireless repeater and the uplink AP is failed, association failure of the wireless repeater and the uplink AP can be considered, the reason for the association failure of the wireless repeater and the uplink AP is a password error, and the uplink state value is set to be a second preset value.
Preferably, after sending the wireless authentication request to the uplink AP, when a wireless authentication response returned by the uplink AP is not received, it is considered that the association between the wireless repeater and the uplink AP fails, and the reason that the association between the wireless repeater and the uplink AP fails is that the wireless repeater does not find the uplink AP (or the uplink AP does not respond), and the uplink state value is set to the third preset value, so that the state of the uplink of the wireless repeater and the reason that the state occurs are detected more accurately.
Further preferably, when the wireless authentication request is sent to the uplink AP and the wireless authentication response returned by the uplink AP is not received, the wireless authentication request is continuously sent to the uplink AP until the sending frequency of the wireless authentication request reaches the preset maximum sending frequency, so that the probability of successful association between the wireless repeater and the AP is improved, and the accuracy of uplink state detection of the wireless repeater is improved.
In step S106, the user is prompted about the association status between the wireless repeater and the uplink AP according to the uplink status value.
In the embodiment of the invention, the uplink state value can be sent to the user, so that the user can adjust the wireless repeater according to the uplink state value. Specifically, when the uplink state value is a first preset value, a prompt message that the wireless repeater and the uplink AP are successfully associated is sent to the user, when the uplink state value is a second preset value, a prompt message that the password verification of the wireless repeater and the uplink AP fails is sent to the user, and when the uplink state value is a third preset value, a prompt message that the wireless repeater does not receive the response of the uplink AP is sent to the user.
In the embodiment of the invention, the uplink AP to be associated is determined in the scanned APs, whether the uplink AP is encrypted is detected, the password input by a user is obtained during encryption, the wireless authentication request is sent to the uplink AP, if the response of the uplink AP is not received, the uplink state value is set to be the third preset value, if the response is received, the password verification is carried out with the uplink AP, the uplink state value is set to be the first preset value when the verification is successful, and the uplink state value is set to be the second preset value when the verification is failed, so that the detection of the uplink state of the wireless repeater is realized, the user can timely and accurately know the association state of the wireless repeater and the uplink AP, and the user experience is further improved.
