Abstract
本发明有关于一种截止阀,包括阀体和阀芯,其中所述阀体上部的内壁上固定有安装套,阀芯位于安装套内,通过螺纹与安装套连接;所述阀芯由上到下依次为旋转头部、阀杆和球形阀瓣,其中旋转头部上端向内凹陷形成凹槽,且在槽底分布有卡接口;所述阀瓣密封面上设有耐磨密封层;所述阀杆与安装套接触处通过密封套密封;所述阀体与阀瓣接触密封的阀座上设有密封垫。本发明截止阀密封性能好,且可防止被外力破坏。

技术领域
本发明涉及截止阀领域,具体涉及一种暗杆调节的新型截止阀。
背景技术
现有的截止阀大多是明杆手轮式的,由于手轮外漏很容易被人转动,或拆卸。且现有截止阀的阀瓣和阀座存在密封不够好的问题
有鉴于上述现有的截止阀存在的缺陷,本发明人基于从事此类产品设计制造多年丰富的实务经验及专业知识,并配合学理的运用,积极加以研究创新,以期创设一种新型结构的截止阀,能够改进一般现有的截止阀,使其更具有实用性。经过不断的研究、设计,并经反复试作样品及改进后,终于创设出确具实用价值的本发明。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新型结构的截止阀,使其具有良好的密封性能和防外力破坏功能。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题是采用以下的技术方案来实现的。依据本发明提出的一种截止阀,包括阀体1和阀芯3,其中所述阀体1上部的内壁上固定有安装套2,阀芯3位于安装套2内,通过螺纹与安装套2连接;所述阀芯3由上到下依次设有旋转头部、阀杆4和球形阀瓣5,其中旋转头部上端向内凹陷形成凹槽,且在槽底分布有卡接口;所述阀杆4与安装套2接触处通过密封套8密封;所述阀瓣5的球形密封面上设有耐磨密封层7;所述阀体1与阀瓣5接触密封的阀座上设有密封垫6。
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果。借由上述技术方案,本发明截止阀可达到相当的技术进步性及实用性,并具有产业上的广泛利用价值,其至少具有下列优点:具有良好的密封性能和防外力破坏功能。

请参阅图1,其为本发明截止阀的结构示意图,该截止阀包括阀体1和阀芯3,其中所述阀体1上部的内壁上固定有安装套2,阀芯3位于安装套2内,通过螺纹与安装套2连接。
所述阀芯3由上到下依次设有旋转头部、阀杆4和球形阀瓣5。旋转头部上端向内凹陷形成凹槽,且在凹槽底面上设有卡接口,以便于转动阀芯。该较佳的,所述阀杆4与安装套2接触处通过密封套8密封。
较佳的,所述阀瓣5的密封面上设有耐磨密封层7。
较佳的,所述阀体1与阀瓣5接触密封的阀座上设有密封垫6,以加强密封。

1.一种截止阀,包括阀体和阀芯,其特征在于,其中所述阀体上部的内壁上固定有安装套,阀芯位于安装套内,通过螺纹与安装套连接;
所述阀芯由上到下依次为旋转头部、阀杆和球形阀瓣,其中旋转头部上端向内凹陷形成凹槽,且在槽底分布有卡接口;
所述阀瓣密封面上设有耐磨密封层;
所述阀杆与安装套接触处通过密封套密封;
所述阀体与阀瓣接触密封的阀座上设有密封垫。
