背景技术
一些输送应用场合要求:使沿着主输送路径被输送的选定物体转向脱离该主路径并沿着另一个方向被输送远离,同时其余物体继续沿着该主路径前进。然而,使物体转向的装置趋于具有许多移动部件,这些移动部件难以清洁,并且不适于食品处理及其它卫生场合。此外,许多使物体转向的装置采用辊,这给产品提供了不稳定的表面。
发明内容
体现本发明的特征的使物体转向的输送带包括铰接在一起的多个模块。至少一个模块包括横向环形带,该横向环形带具有用于运载物体使其朝着该模块的一侧跨越该模块的辊。
根据本发明的一个方面,输送带模块包括:本体,该本体在长度上从前端延伸至后端,在宽度上从第一侧边缘延伸至第二侧边缘,并且在厚度上从顶侧延伸至相反的底侧;从前端和后端延伸的多个铰接元件;以及横向式转向带,该横向式转向带被布置成相对于本体横向地移动。该横向式转向带包括能够绕着轴线转动的至少一个辊。

具体实施方式
输送带采用横向式物体转向器,该横向式物体转向器具有在模块上的用于提供转向表面以使产品相对于输送方向移动的辊。以下将关于某些示例性实施例描述本发明,但是本领域技术人员将认识到,本发明不限于这些示例性实施例。
图1是包括横向式转向带20的输送带模块10的俯视图,该横向式转向带20包括辊30。辊30形成用于输送包裹40的输送表面。多个基础模块10连接在一起以形成主输送带,该主输送带沿着方向12移动。例如,基础模块10可包括在前边缘和后边缘上的铰接元件,以使多个基础模块铰接以便形成在方向12上延伸的输送带或输送表面。示例性的辊30绕着大致平行于带行进方向12的纵向轴线转动。横向式转向带20绕挂在位于模块10的两侧的带引导构件21及22上。该横向式转向带绕着模块的侧边缘13及14设置,在上部跨段(upper span)中从模块的第一侧边缘13延伸至该模块的第二侧边缘14,并且在下部跨段(lower span)中返回到第一侧边缘13。虽然示例性的横向式转向带20包括多个相连的模块24,但是本发明不限于此。辊30在上方和下方突出于模块24。示例性的辊30横向于主输送带行进方向12布置。辊的轴线平行于方向12并且平行于侧边缘13及14,使得辊30旋转以在方向16上推动包裹40。可选择地,辊30可具有另一种合适的定向。
可以通过任何合适的装置驱动横向式转向带20。根据一个实施例,横向式转向带20包括用于驱动横向式转向带20的突起60。突起60与轨道(未示出)接合,随着基础模块10在该轨道上行进,该轨道使转向带20朝着一侧或另一侧滑动。
突起可以具有任何合适的尺寸、形状或构型。例如,突起60可以包括螺栓,该螺栓穿过横向模块24中的嵌入螺母拧入。在另一个实施例中,突起60是从横向模块24延伸的模制杆、钢杆、凸轮从动件或其它类型突起。
在另一个实施例中,与转向带摩擦接触的传动系统可以引起转向带20的运动。本领域技术人员将认识到,可以使用任何用于驱动横向式转向带20的合适装置。
当横向式转向带20在基础模块10的基体上移动时,辊30与基体之间的接触引起辊30的转动。
参考图2A和图2B,当突起60沿着第一方向18被推向基础模块10的第一侧13时,转向带20的顶部跨段(top span)沿着相反的方向16朝着基础模块10的第二侧14移动。辊30与基础模块的基体接触并绕着它们的轴线旋转,以朝着基础模块的第二侧14以排出速度16'推动包裹40,该排出速度16'是转向带20速度的两倍。骑在辊30上的包裹40的行进比突起60快两倍。图2B示出了从基础模块10的第二侧14被排出的包裹40。
图3A和图3B示出了包括横向式转向带120的输送带模块110的另一个实施例,该横向式转向带120包括嵌在模块124中的辊130。辊130形成用于输送包裹140的输送表面。可以使用诸如上文描述的突起的任何合适装置驱动横向式转向带120。此外,基础输送带模块110包括用于横向式转向带120的致动式承载装置180,该致动式承载装置180能够影响辊130的转动速度,并且由此影响被输送带模块110运载的产品140的速度。致动式承载装置180包括绕挂在辊181及182上并且由马达驱动的平带。平带180在上部跨段中与辊130的底部接触。当顶部跨段在方向185上朝着模块110的第一侧113移动时,辊130在方向132上绕着它们的轴线旋转,以沿着方向160推动包裹140。带180的速度和方向可以被调节,以调节辊130的转动速度和方向,从而控制包裹移动。
根据图4A和图4B所示的本发明的另一个实施例,横向式物体转向器包括嵌在基础模块210中的机动辊230的阵列。机动辊230形成用于输送包裹240的输送表面。机动辊230选择性地转动,以将包裹推向该模块的一侧或另一侧。
图5A和图5B示出了输送带模块310的另一个实施例,其中该输送带模块310具有横向式物体转向器,该横向式物体转向器包括辊330。辊330被嵌在模块310的本体中,并绕着平行于基础模块310的带行进方向的轴线转动。辊330形成用于输送包裹340的输送表面。辊330由线性感应致动。电流被施加给在辊下方嵌入该模块的本体中的线圈350,以引起辊330的转动。
图6A和图6B示出了输送带模块410的另一个实施例,其中输送带模块410具有横向式物体转向带420,该输送带模块410包括辊组件430。每个辊组件430包括一组相互致动的辊431及432。顶部辊431形成用于包裹440的输送表面。底部辊432与被形成在模块本体410中的承载装置480接触。该承载装置480可以被致动或者是固定的。当横向式物体转向带420在方向421上绕着回路移动时,该承载装置和底部辊432之间的接触引起底部辊432沿着相反方向的转动。底部辊432的转动引起顶部辊431沿着相反方向的转动,从而在方向441上推动包裹440。
图7A和图7B示出了输送带模块510的另一个实施例,其中该输送带模块510具有横向式物体转向带520,该横向式物体转向带520包括铰接模块,该铰接模块具有嵌在其中的齿轮传动式辊组件530。图8示出了齿轮传动式辊组件530的实施例,根据一个实施例,该齿轮传动式辊组件530适于实施在横向式物体转向带中。如图所示,齿轮传动辊处于复合齿轮系设置,其中第一齿轮531与模块510的上表面接触,以在横向式物体转向带520在方向516上以速度V移动时引起第一齿轮531在第一方向上以第一速度V的转动。第一齿轮531在位置541及542处与中间齿轮532接触,以引起中间齿轮532沿着相反方向的转动。中间齿轮532具有扩大的中心环部533,该扩大的中心环部533在位置543处与上部齿轮534接触,以引起上部齿轮534沿着与第一齿轮531相同方向的转动。上部齿轮534具有比内侧部分537大的外侧部分535及536,该内侧部分537与中间齿轮532的扩大的中心环部533接触。外侧部分535及536形成物体传送表面。上部齿轮534的线性输出速度是齿轮系速度比(Mv)的系数。因此,横向式物体转向带520在方向516上以速度V的运动会使得放置在上部齿轮534的物体560在方向518上以V*Mv的速度被推动。如图7B所示,辊组件530可以被致动以将物体560从模块510的侧面推出。齿轮传动式辊组件530可以具有任意合适数量的具有任何尺寸的辊,以影响转动的速度比和方向。可以通过诸如上文描述的突起或传动系统的任何合适装置或者通过本领域已知的任何合适装置来驱动横向式物体转向带520。模块510可以具有静态或被致动的上表面,以形成用于横向式物体转向带520的承载装置。

Claims (9)

1.一种输送带模块,包括:
基础模块,所述基础模块在长度上从前端延伸至后端,在宽度上从第一侧边缘延伸至第二侧边缘,并且在厚度上从顶侧延伸至相反的底侧;
从所述前端和所述后端延伸的多个铰接元件;和
横向式转向带,所述横向式转向带被布置成相对于所述基础模块横向地移动,所述横向式转向带包括至少一个辊组件,所述辊组件包括至少两个相互致动的辊,其中第一个辊与所述基础模块的所述顶侧接触,第二个辊形成物体输送表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的输送带模块,其特征在于,所述第二个辊的外表面在所述横向式转向带的顶部上方延伸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的输送带模块,其特征在于,所述横向式转向带在上部跨段中在所述顶侧上方从所述第一侧边缘延伸至所述第二侧边缘,并且在下部跨段中在所述底侧下方从所述第一侧边缘延伸至所述第二侧边缘。
4.根据权利要求3所述的输送带模块,其特征在于,所述横向式转向带包括在所述下部跨段中的突起,所述突起用于与轨道接合以使所述横向式转向带相对于所述基础模块移动。
5.根据权利要求1所述的输送带模块,其特征在于,所述基础模块的所述顶侧包括绕挂在附加辊上的可移动平带。
6.根据权利要求1所述的输送带模块,其特征在于,所述辊的转动轴线大致平行于所述第一侧边缘和所述第二侧边缘。
7.根据权利要求1所述的输送带模块,其特征在于,所述辊组件是嵌在所述横向式转向带的铰接模块中的齿轮传动式辊组件。
8.根据权利要求7所述的输送带模块,其特征在于,所述齿轮传动式辊组件包括相互致动的三个齿轮,其中第一个齿轮与所述基础模块的所述顶侧接触,第二个齿轮的外侧部分形成物体输送表面。
9.一种使包裹从输送带转向的方法,所述输送带包括如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的输送带模块,所述方法包括以下步骤:
输送被放置在所述辊组件上的所述包裹;和
致动所述辊组件,以朝着所述输送带模块的侧边缘推动所述包裹,并使所述包裹从所述输送带模块排出。
