The energy-saving and environment-friendly toilet sewage recycling system can recycle sewage, and is simple in device and low in cost.

Background

In the present invention, there are various ways of collecting the sewage generated by the shower mechanism 1 into the sewage utilizing mechanism 4, but in order to further improve the collecting efficiency of the sewage and the clogging of the surface pipe, it is preferable that a floor drain 7 is provided under the shower head of the shower mechanism 1, and the floor drain 7 is communicated with the top of the sewage utilizing mechanism 4 through a water inlet pipe.

In the above embodiment, the specific structure of the activation layer 13 may be selected within a wide range, but in order to further improve the purification effect of sewage, it is preferable that the filler in the activation layer 13 is nano silver, nano titanium or nano palladium; or the filler is prepared by the following method: kaolin, tetrabutyl titanate, palladium chloride, stannic chloride, nano cerium oxide, hydrazine hydrate and ethanol are mixed according to the following ratio of 10:0.5-0.6:0.05-0.1:0.1-0.15:0.02-0.04:2-3:10-20 weight ratio is that the hydrothermal reaction is carried out for 8-12h at 200-220 ℃.

An energy-saving and environment-friendly toilet sewage recycling system is characterized by comprising: a shower mechanism (1), a hand washing table (2), a closestool (3) and a sewage utilization mechanism (4); the sewage generated by the shower mechanism (1) and the wash platform (2) can be respectively collected to the top of the sewage utilization mechanism (4) through a water inlet pipe, the lower end of the sewage utilization mechanism (4) is communicated with the toilet bowl (3) through a water outlet pipe, and a water pressure enhancer (8) is arranged in the middle of the water outlet pipe; the sewage utilization mechanism (4) is sequentially provided with a filter layer (10), a deodorizing layer (11), a sterilizing layer (12) and an activating layer (13) from top to bottom; the middle part of the water inlet pipe between the wash platform (2) and the sewage utilization mechanism (4) is also provided with a filtering and sterilizing unit (9); the tail end of the water outlet pipe is also communicated with an outer drain pipe, and a tap (14) is arranged on the outer drain pipe; the middle part of the water outlet pipe is also provided with an auxiliary agent adding mechanism, the auxiliary agent adding mechanism comprises a pipe body (15), the lower part of the pipe body (15) is communicated with the upper part of the water outlet pipe through a communicating pipe (16), the communicating pipe (16) is provided with a valve (20), a piston (17) is arranged in the pipe body (15), the top of the pipe body (15) is provided with a balancing weight (19), and the balancing weight (19) is connected with the piston (17) through a connecting rod (18); the active layer filler is prepared by the following method: kaolin, tetrabutyl titanate, palladium chloride, stannic chloride, nano cerium oxide, hydrazine hydrate and ethanol are mixed according to the following ratio of 10:0.5-0.6:0.05-0.1:0.1-0.15:0.02-0.04:2-3:10-20 weight ratio of the water to the heat at 200-220 ℃ for 8-12h; a floor drain (7) is arranged below the shower head of the shower mechanism (1), and the floor drain (7) is communicated with the top of the sewage utilization mechanism (4) through a water inlet pipe; the part of the water inlet pipe between the shower mechanism (1) and the floor drain (7) is a U-shaped pipe (5).
2. The energy-saving and environment-friendly toilet sewage recycling system according to claim 1, wherein the water pressure enhancer (8) is a booster pump.
3. The energy-saving and environment-friendly toilet sewage recycling system according to claim 1, wherein the filter sterilization unit (9) is formed by dropwise adding a plurality of layers of metal grids, and activated carbon is filled between two adjacent metal grids.
4. An energy saving and environmental protection toilet sewage recycling system according to any of claims 1-3, characterized in that the filter layer (10) is filled with at least one of cotton, sand, haydite, alumina and silica gel.
5. The energy-saving and environment-friendly toilet sewage recycling system according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the deodorizing layer (11) is filled with at least one of activated carbon, molecular sieve, natural clay.
6. The energy-saving and environment-friendly toilet sewage recycling system according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the sterilization layer (12) is filled with at least one of copper sulfate, silver oxide and basic copper carbonate.
7. The energy-saving and environment-friendly toilet sewage recycling system according to claim 1, wherein a negative pressure pump (6) is arranged in the middle of a water inlet pipe between the sewage utilization mechanism (4) and the floor drain (7).
