Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting thereof. It should be further noted that, for convenience of description, only some, but not all of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings.
Example 1
The present embodiment provides an ATM, which is applicable to a case of performing an alarm operation when an illegal action related to the ATM occurs, as shown in fig. 1, and specifically includes: a keypad 110, a pressure sensor module 120, a processor 130, and an alarm module 140, wherein:
a keypad 110 is provided on the outside surface of the ATM for receiving numbers or instructions entered by the user when handling the ATM service.
The pressure sensor module 120 is disposed close to a side of the keypad 110 away from direct contact with the user, and is configured to detect a pressure value applied to the keypad 110 from the outside, and transmit the detected pressure value to the processor 130.
The number of pressure sensors in the pressure sensor module 120 may be one, and the pressure value externally applied to the keypad 110 is the pressure value detected by the pressure sensor. The type of the pressure sensor may be a piezoresistive sensor, a capacitive sensor, a piezoelectric sensor, a servo control sensor, a resonant sensor, or the like, and the present invention is not particularly limited to the type of the pressure sensor.
As an alternative implementation of this embodiment, the number of pressure sensors in the pressure sensor module 120 may be the same as the number of keys in the keypad 110, and each pressure sensor is correspondingly installed directly under each key, where the pressure value applied by the user to the keypad may be the maximum pressure value among the pressure values detected by each pressure sensor.
And the alarm module 140 is connected with the processor 130 and is used for executing alarm operation.
The processor 130 is connected to the pressure sensor module 120, and is configured to obtain a pressure value applied to the keypad 110 from the outside, for example, the pressure value applied to the keypad 110 when the user types in a number or a command, and execute a matched alarm processing policy according to the pressure value, and if the pressure value is greater than a first set pressure threshold, control the alarm module to send a first alarm signal.
When the pressure sensor module 120 detects that a user applies pressure to the keypad 110, the processor 130 connected to the pressure sensor module 120 obtains the pressure value and determines the range to which the pressure value belongs, so as to determine and execute a matched alarm processing strategy according to the pressure value.
Specifically, three ranges may be divided according to the magnitude of the pressure value, namely: the first range is smaller than or equal to a first set pressure threshold, the second range is between the first set pressure threshold and a second set pressure threshold, and the third range is larger than or equal to the second set pressure threshold, wherein the second set pressure threshold is far larger than the first set pressure threshold.
If the pressure value falls within the first range, the user is considered to normally use the password keyboard to key in numbers or instructions, and the processor does not perform additional processing at the moment; if the pressure value falls within the second range, the user is considered to be in a stressed state, the need for help is indicated by increasing the pressure of pressing the password keyboard, and the processor executes a matched alarm processing strategy, for example, the processor can immediately alarm an alarm center for help of a police; if the pressure value falls within the third range, it is considered that an lawbreaker deliberately damages the password keyboard of the ATM, and at this time, the processor may execute a matched alarm processing policy, for example, may immediately alarm the alarm center, or may disconnect the circuit of the password keyboard, so as to ensure that the circuit board of the password keyboard is not damaged as much as possible, and send an alarm signal to the bank server to notify the bank staff, so that the bank staff can take countermeasures according to specific situations, for example, for an ATM with a relatively short distance, the bank staff can go to the site for viewing, for an ATM with a relatively long distance, the bank staff can remotely control the ATM to execute shutdown processing, thereby avoiding the ATM from being damaged to a greater extent, and then the bank staff goes to the site for viewing, etc.
In practical applications, the selection of the first set pressure threshold and the second set pressure threshold may be specifically determined by multiple tests on crowd samples, and the present invention is not specifically limited to the two pressure thresholds.
According to the ATM provided by the embodiment, the pressure sensor module is arranged on one side, far away from direct contact of a user, of the password keyboard closely attached to the ATM, and the matched alarm processing strategy is executed by judging the pressure value applied by the user. Through the ATM, the alarm processing operation can be executed under the condition that lawbreakers are unknowing, or help is sought to police, the best alarm time is grasped, the occurrence of illegal actions is prevented as much as possible, or bank staff is notified while equipment circuits are protected as much as possible, so that the bank staff can make countermeasures according to specific conditions.
Example two
Based on the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the alarm module 240 may include a wireless communication sub-module 241 for transmitting a wireless alarm signal and/or establishing a communication connection with a target device. The wireless communication sub-module 241 may be a 3G wireless communication sub-module or a 4G wireless communication sub-module. The wireless communication sub-module can be in wireless connection with a server of an alarm center in advance, and directly transmits a wireless alarm signal with an ATM identity mark when the wireless communication sub-module is needed; it is also possible to establish a communication connection with the alarm telephone of the alarm center, and if necessary to apply directly for establishing a communication link with the alarm telephone of the alarm center.
In particular, the alarm module 240 further includes an alarm information storage sub-module 242, the alarm information storage sub-module 242 being coupled to the wireless communication sub-module 241 for storing voice alarm information including geographical location information of the ATM, for example, "here XX XXATM in XX city, existing users need police assistance, police is requested to alarm as soon as possible or is herein XX way XXATM in XX city, existing users deliberately destroy the ATM, police is requested to alarm as soon as possible, and the like. The wireless communication sub-module 241 is further configured to read and automatically play the above-mentioned voice alarm information after establishing a communication connection with the target device, so that the alarm receiving personnel can clearly alarm information.
On the basis of the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the ATM further includes: the power switching module 250, one end of the power switching module 250 is connected to the keypad 210, and the other end is connected to a power supply (not shown in the figure) of the keypad 210, for disconnecting or recovering the power supply to the keypad 210;
the processor 230 is further connected to the power switching module 250, and is specifically configured to control the power switching module 250 to disconnect the power supply to the keypad 210 and send a second alarm signal to the bank server if the pressure value applied to the keypad 210 is greater than a second set pressure threshold, where the second set pressure threshold is greater than the first set pressure threshold, and specifically, the second set pressure threshold may be generally set to a pressure value that can destroy the appearance of the keypad.
That is, when the pressure value detected by the pressure sensor module 220 is greater than the second set pressure threshold, the power switching module 250 is controlled to cut off the power supply to the keypad 210 to protect the circuit part of the keypad 210 as much as possible and reduce the loss as much as possible.
Specifically, the ATM further includes a timing module 260, connected to the power switching module 250, for counting a duration of time after the power switching module 250 cuts off the power to the keypad 210;
the processor 230 is further connected to the timing module 260, and is configured to control the power switching module 250 to perform an operation of restoring power to the keypad 210 if the duration counted by the timing module 260 reaches the set time threshold and the pressure value applied to the keypad 210 is within the set zero value range.
That is, each time the power switching module 250 performs an operation of disconnecting the power to the keypad 210, the timer module 260 starts counting the time the keypad 210 is disconnected. The processor 230 may control the power switching module 250 to resume power to the keypad 210 if the duration that the keypad 210 is powered off reaches a set threshold, which may be 30s, for example, and the pressure value detected by the pressure sensor module 220 is about 0 at this time.
Specifically, the ATM further includes a keypad self-checking module 270, coupled to the keypad 210, for detecting an operation state of the keypad 210;
the processor 230 is further connected to the keyboard self-checking module 270, and is further configured to control the keyboard self-checking module 270 to start detecting the operation state of the keypad 210 after controlling the power switching module 250 to perform the operation of recovering the power supply to the keypad 210; obtaining a detection result of the keyboard self-detection module 270; and if the detection result is a fault state, sending a fault alarm signal to a bank server.
That is, when the power is restored to the keypad 210, the processor 230 controls the keypad self-checking module 270 to check the operation state of the keypad 210, so as to determine whether the keypad can still work normally. After the keyboard self-checking module 270 finishes the detection, the processor judges the detection result, and when the detection result is determined to be a fault, a fault alarm signal is sent to the bank server so as to inform a bank worker to perform equipment maintenance as soon as possible.
Specifically, the ATM further includes a display module 280, coupled to the processor 230, for displaying various prompt messages;
the processor 230 is further configured to generate fault prompt information after sending the fault alarm signal to the bank server, and control the display module 230 to display the fault prompt information.
When the processor 230 determines that the keypad 210 is in a fault state and fails to provide service normally, a fault prompt message is generated and displayed by the display module, for example, "in local fault, service is suspended", etc., so as to prompt the user that the ATM suspends service.

s310, acquiring a pressure value applied to the password keyboard from the outside through the pressure sensor module.
S320, executing a matched alarm processing strategy according to the pressure value.
Specifically, if the pressure value applied to the password keyboard by the outside is greater than the first set pressure threshold, the control alarm module sends a first alarm signal, for example, communication connection with the target device can be established through the wireless communication sub-module, and the control wireless communication sub-module reads and automatically plays the voice alarm information stored in the alarm information storage sub-module. Wherein the first set pressure threshold is a pressure value greater than when the user normally presses a case to type in a number or command.
Specifically, if the pressure value applied to the password keyboard by the outside is greater than a second set pressure threshold, the power switching module is controlled to cut off power supply to the password keyboard and send a second alarm signal to the bank server, wherein the second set pressure threshold is greater than the first set pressure threshold, and the second set pressure threshold can be generally set to be a pressure value capable of damaging the appearance of the password keyboard.
Further, after the power switching module is controlled to cut off the power supply to the code keyboard, if the duration time counted by the timing module after the power switching module cuts off the power supply to the code keyboard reaches a set time threshold (for example, 30s or the like), and the pressure value applied to the code keyboard by the outside is in a set zero value area range, the power switching module is controlled to resume the power supply to the code keyboard.
Further, after controlling the power switching module to resume the operation of supplying power to the password keyboard, the keyboard self-checking module may also be controlled to start detecting the running state of the password keyboard; obtaining a detection result of the keyboard self-checking module; if the detection result is in a fault state, a fault alarm signal is sent to a bank server, fault prompt information is generated, and the display module is controlled to display.
According to the ATM operation method, the pressure value applied to the password keyboard when a user types in a number or an instruction is obtained through the pressure sensor module, and the matched alarm processing strategy is executed according to the pressure value. By the method, the alarm processing operation can be executed under the condition that lawbreakers are unknowed, or help is sought to police, the best alarm time is grasped, the illegal actions are prevented as much as possible, or bank staff is notified while equipment circuits are protected as much as possible, so that the bank staff can take countermeasures according to specific conditions.
