The application provides a ceiling machine. Typically, the ceiling mounted machine is mounted to the ceiling, and thus, in the present application, the end of the machine that is closer to the ceiling is defined as the upper end and the end of the machine that is farther from the ceiling is defined as the lower end (as shown in fig. 1).
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the ceiling machine provided by the application is provided with a shell 1 and a heat exchanger 2 arranged in the shell 1, wherein the heat exchanger 2 and the shell 1 are enclosed to form an annular air outlet duct 3b. The ceiling machine further comprises an annular air guide piece 4 and a rotating wheel assembly, and the annular air guide piece 4 is arranged at an air outlet of the air outlet air duct 3b. The runner assembly comprises a runner 5 and a driving device, the runner 5 comprises an annular body 51 and a fan blade 52 arranged on the annular body 51, the annular body 51 is sleeved on the annular air guide piece 4, one end of the fan blade 52 is connected with the annular body 51, the other end of the fan blade extends to the air outlet, and the driving device is connected with the runner 5 to drive the runner 5 to rotate.
In this embodiment, the housing 1 is disposed in a cylindrical shape, and one end of the housing 1 is closed and the other end is opened. The heat exchanger 2 is annularly arranged in the cylindrical shell 1, and is enclosed with the shell 1 to form an annular air outlet duct 3b. A fan 10 is arranged in one side, far away from the shell 1, of the heat exchanger 2, and an air inlet of the fan 10 is correspondingly provided with an air inlet channel 3a. Compared with the square air outlet air duct 3b of the existing ceiling fan, the air outlet air duct 3b of the ceiling fan is in annular arrangement, so that on one hand, the air quantity of air outlet can be increased, on the other hand, dead angles of air outlet can be avoided, the air outlet is uniform, and the comfort level of a user is effectively improved.
The lower extreme of heat exchanger 2 is provided with water collector 6, the upper end of annular wind-guiding piece 4 with water collector 6 is connected, the lower extreme of annular wind-guiding piece 4 is provided with air inlet grille 8, air inlet grille 8 corresponds the air intake setting of air inlet wind channel 3a. The annular body 51 of the rotating wheel 5 is sleeved on the annular air guide 4. The annular wind guide 4 can be used for guiding wind and can be used for installing and fixing the rotating wheel assembly. The annular air guide 4 may be cylindrical, and of course, the annular air guide 4 may also be conical.
The fan blade 52 may be disposed at the outer edge of the annular body 51, and of course, the fan blade 52 may also be disposed at the upper surface or the lower surface of the annular body 51. The fan blade 52 may be square, triangular, or trapezoidal, and it is understood that the fan blade 52 may be arc-shaped. The shape of the fan blade 52 may affect the air output, for example, the fan blade 52 is square or trapezoid, and the contact area between the fan blade 52 and the air flow is larger, so that the wind force generated by the fan blade 52 is larger, which is beneficial to sending out more air flow, thereby being beneficial to improving the air output.
The driving device can drive the rotating wheel 5 to rotate in a gear-rack meshing mode, and the driving device can drive the rotating wheel 5 to rotate through a rotating shaft. For example, an inner ring is disposed on the inner side of the annular body 51, and the annular body 51 and the inner ring are fixedly connected through a plurality of connecting rods. Specifically, the inner side of the annular body 51 is provided with a plurality of mounting holes along the circumferential direction thereof, one end of each connecting rod is mounted in a corresponding one of the mounting holes, and the other end of each connecting rod is connected with the inner ring. The driving device comprises a motor and a rotating shaft, one end of the rotating shaft is connected to the motor, and the other end of the rotating shaft is connected with the inner ring. Thus, the motor may further drive the annular body 51 to rotate by driving the rotating shaft to rotate.
Here, the driving device may also change the air outlet direction of the air outlet by controlling the rotational speed of the rotating wheel 5. When the rotating speed of the rotating wheel 5 is smaller, the air outlet direction of the air outlet is mainly vertical; when the rotating speed of the rotating wheel 5 is high, the air outlet direction of the air outlet is mainly horizontal. It will be appreciated that when the wheel 5 is not rotating, the air outlet direction of the air outlet is vertical, i.e. the air is blown vertically downwards, which is disadvantageous for uniform blowing of the ceiling fan.
According to the technical scheme, the annular air guide piece 4 is arranged at the air outlet of the air outlet duct 3b, the rotating wheel 5 is arranged on the annular air guide piece 4, and the rotating wheel 5 is driven to rotate through the driving device, so that the air outlet angle is changed, and the ceiling machine has a larger air outlet angle. Specifically, when the rotation speed of the rotating wheel 5 is small, the air outlet direction is mainly vertical; when the rotating speed of the rotating wheel 5 is high, the air outlet direction is mainly the horizontal direction. Therefore, the ceiling fan can change the air outlet angle and enlarge the range of the air outlet angle by controlling the rotating speed of the rotating wheel 5.
The annular flange 41 is convexly arranged on the side direction of the annular air guide 4, the annular flange 41 is positioned above the air inlet grille 8 and forms a groove with the air inlet grille 8, and the annular body 51 is positioned in the groove. Specifically, the annular flange 41 is disposed in the middle of the annular air guide 4. On the one hand, the air inlet grille 8 can play a role of preventing foreign objects from entering the air inlet channel so as to ensure the normal operation of the fan 10; on the other hand, the air inlet grille 8 can also play a limiting role on the annular air guide 4.
Balls are arranged between the annular air guide 4 and the annular body 51. In a preferred embodiment, the balls may be disposed between the upper surface of the annular body 51 and the lower surface of the annular flange 41. Here, the annular body 51 and the annular flange 41 are provided with balls, so that friction between the annular body 51 and the annular flange 41 can be reduced, thereby facilitating rotation of the annular body 51 about its axis. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the balls may be provided between the inner side of the annular body 51 and the outer side of the annular air guide 4.
Referring to fig. 4, the upper surface of the annular flange 41 is inclined outwardly to form a guide surface 42. The guiding surface 42 can guide the air flow to reduce the air output in the vertical direction, thereby increasing the air output in the horizontal direction.
In addition, the annular body 51 is gradually widened from top to bottom, so that the air output in the vertical direction can be further reduced.
In this embodiment, the plurality of fan blades 52 are uniformly distributed on the upper surface of the annular body 51, and the heights of the plurality of fan blades 52 are the same. The driving device drives the annular body 51 to rotate, so as to drive the fan blades 52 to rotate, and centrifugal airflow is generated. Generally, the more the number of the blades 52 is set on the rotating wheel 5, the stronger the wind force generated when the blades 52 rotate at a high speed, however, the more the number of the blades 52 is, the larger wind resistance is generated, and the rotating wheel 5 is oscillated, resulting in larger noise. Therefore, in order to obtain a larger wind force and reduce noise, the number of the fan blades 52 may be set to 18 in the present embodiment.
Further, the fan blades 52 are arranged in an arc shape, so that on one hand, the contact area between the fan blades 52 and the air flow can be increased, and stronger wind power is generated; on the other hand, the wind resistance can be reduced, and the effect of noise reduction is achieved. In addition, the cross-sectional width of the fan blade 52 may be equal to or smaller than the annular width of the annular body 51. Here, the annular width refers to a difference between an outer diameter of the annular body 51 and an inner diameter of the annular body 51.
In a preferred embodiment, a rack is disposed on the inner side of the annular body 51, and the driving device includes a motor, the motor is fixed on the annular air guiding member 4, a gear is disposed on the motor, and the rack is meshed with the gear. The motor drives the annular body 51 to rotate through the engagement of the rack and the gear, so as to drive the fan blade 52 to rotate.
Specifically, the annular air guide member 4 is provided with a mounting groove for mounting the gear. The number of the mounting grooves can be one or a plurality of the mounting grooves. If the number of the installation grooves is multiple, the number of the motors is also multiple, each motor is provided with a gear, and the multiple motors drive the multiple gears to rotate, so that the annular body 51 is jointly driven to rotate.
In a preferred embodiment, the annular air guide 4 is gradually widened from top to bottom. Here, the annular air guide 4 and the lower end of the housing 1 form an air outlet of the air outlet duct 3b, and the annular air guide 4 is gradually expanded from top to bottom, so that the air outlet duct 3b is prolonged, and a longer and more stable air outlet duct is formed, so that the air after heat exchange by the heat exchanger 2 can be sent to a longer distance. Meanwhile, the annular air guide piece 4 is gradually expanded from top to bottom, and can also play a role in guiding air flow at the air outlet, so that the air supply in the horizontal direction is facilitated.
In this embodiment, the ceiling fan further includes a water pan 6, the water pan 6 is disposed at the lower end of the heat exchanger 2, and the annular air guide 4 is mounted on the water pan 6. The water receiving disc 6 can enable condensed water on the heat exchanger 2 to flow out in time so as to ensure the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger 2.
In this embodiment, the opening end of the housing 1 is provided with an annular outer edge panel 7, and the inner hole of the outer edge panel 7 is gradually widened from top to bottom. The outer edge panel 7 and the elastic air guide member enclose to form an air outlet of the air outlet duct 3b, and the outer edge panel 7 has the function of further prolonging the function of the air outlet duct 3b and simultaneously has the attractive function.
Further, the ceiling machine further comprises an air guide ring and an insulating layer 9. The air guide ring is arranged corresponding to the air inlet of the air inlet duct 3a and is positioned above the fan 10, and the air guide ring can guide fresh air to enter the air inlet duct more stably and accurately. The heat preservation layer 9 is installed on the water pan 6, the heat preservation layer 9 is sleeved in the annular air guide piece 4, and the heat preservation layer 9 can be made of foam materials or cotton fabric materials. The heat preservation layer 9 can preserve heat of the heat-exchanged gas, and prevents the heat-exchanged gas from directly exchanging heat with the gas outside the shell 1.
The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present application and is not intended to limit the scope of the application, and all equivalent structural changes made by the description of the present application and the accompanying drawings or direct/indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the scope of the application.
