Description

Method for preparing high-strength corrugated base paper by using straws and waste paper pulp
Technical Field
The invention discloses a method for preparing high-strength corrugated base paper, relates to the field of papermaking by using cellulose, and particularly relates to a method for preparing high-strength corrugated base paper by using straws and waste paper pulp.
Background
China is a big agricultural country, the yield of straws can reach hundreds of millions of tons every year, and the huge resource is used as living energy in rural areas, most of the resources are abandoned on the ground or are burnt on the spot, and only a small part of the resources are used as feed or generate methane. The straw is composed of straw skin, straw pith and leaves, and the main components of the straw skin are cellulose and lignin; straw pulp contains a large amount of hemicellulose, starch and a small amount of protein components; the straw mainly contains crude protein, crude fat and saccharide.
At present, the papermaking raw materials in China mainly comprise wood, non-wood and waste paper. According to the measurement and calculation of China paper making society, in 2016, the wood pulp accounts for 23% of the total weight of the raw materials, the non-wood pulp accounts for 15%, and the waste paper pulp accounts for 62%. In recent years, the proportion of waste paper pulp is gradually increased, waste paper becomes an important resource for the development of the Chinese paper industry, and the circular economy characteristic of the sustainable development of the Chinese paper industry is more and more obvious. Among them, the corrugated base paper is one of the important constituent materials for producing corrugated cardboards. The corrugated base paper requires good fiber bonding strength, flat paper surface, better tightness and stiffness and certain elasticity so as to ensure that the manufactured carton has shockproof and pressure resistance. Corrugated paper is indispensable packaging paper in various industries, especially along with the prevalence of electric commercial network purchase in China in recent years, the demand for packaging paper is increased rapidly, the development of corrugated paper production industry is greatly promoted, a plurality of production enterprises choose to produce corrugated base paper by taking waste paper pulp as a raw material, but the corrugated base paper used in China is generally high in quantification, and the high-strength corrugated base paper is few, the added value is low, and the requirement of a carton factory for increasing the product quality cannot be met, so the demand for the high-strength corrugated base paper also depends on import. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an economic and reasonable production method of high-strength corrugated medium as soon as possible to improve the product quality of enterprises and meet the social production requirements.

The method comprises the steps of firstly introducing quicklime (CaO) into a reactor, adding water to prepare calcium hydroxide, then putting waste paper pulp into the reactor, fully stirring the calcium hydroxide and the waste paper pulp at a constant temperature to prepare a mixture, and producing the corrugated case by using the mixture, wherein the strength performance and the optical performance are both obviously improved, fiber resources are saved, the cost is reduced, but the plant fiber proportion is reduced due to the fact that a large amount of inorganic components are mixed in the corrugated case, and certain negative effects can be caused on fiber collection and recycling.
Japanese patent (JP 2004299779 (a)) provides a method for improving the strength of corrugated board by printing special inks. The printing ink contains a certain amount of synthetic resin, and the bonding force between fibers is improved by utilizing the bonding property of the resin, so that the strength of the paperboard is improved. The method separates the production process and the strength improvement process of the corrugated board, adopts special ink to print commercial advertisements (slogans) on the corrugated board, improves the strength of the corrugated board, and has simple operation and short process flow. However, the paper/board containing resin component is very difficult to disperse into fiber in the recycling process, and the removal of the resin component is also an essential step for recycling the waste paper/board, thereby causing the recycling process to be complicated and not being beneficial to environmental protection.

On the premise of not changing the original production process of the full waste paper corrugated base paper, the strength performance of the corrugated base paper can be obviously improved by using the prepared reinforcing agent. The method can directly add the prepared reinforcing agent into paper pulp in the production process of the corrugated base paper, does not change the original production process flow, has simple addition form, and can improve the indexes of the paper such as ring crush strength, tensile index and the like. But the preparation process of the reinforcing agent is complex, which brings certain influence on the economical efficiency of the production cost and has certain application limitation.
In conclusion, the production of corrugated paper by using waste fibers is a good way for comprehensive utilization of biomass resources, and people pay attention to finding a method for improving the strength of corrugated paper, which is simple in operation, energy-saving, environment-friendly and excellent in effect. The invention takes the straw as the raw material, separates out the straw pith, and prepares the corrugated base paper by processing and proportioning with the waste paper pulp, thereby realizing the improvement of the strength of the corrugated paper.
