本发明公开了一种环保清洗剂,包括以下质量百分比的组分:阳离子表面活性剂5‑30%,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚0.2‑0.6%,水性防锈剂8‑25%,乙二胺四乙酸7‑16%、三乙醇胺2‑6%,苯并三氮唑0.4‑0.8%,其余为水。本发明通过各组分物质的配合,实现不易发臭,清洗能力强,防锈性好,并具有生物降解、环保无毒、稀释比例大的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保清洗剂。
背景技术
清洗剂多数含有三氯乙烯、四氯乙烯类物质,三氯乙烯等物质属于有机溶剂型清洗剂,具有猛烈的毒性,且对大气的臭氧层破坏甚大。随着全球环境的恶化和大众环保意识的增强,大多数卤素类化合物被限制使用。因为含卤素化合物的蒸汽导致臭氧层的破坏,从而增加紫外线对地球的辐射强度,诱导皮肤癌的发生。卤素化合物的毒性会对人类的免疫系统、内分泌系统、生殖系统等造成严重的影响。因此,有必要开发出一种环保、无毒的清洗剂。
可见,现有技术还有待改进和提高。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术的不足之处,本发明的目的在于提供一种清洗能力强、防锈性强、可生物降解的环保清洗剂。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采取了以下技术方案:
一种环保清洗剂,包括以下质量百分比的组分:阳离子表面活性剂5-30%,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚0.2-0.6%,水性防锈剂8-25%,乙二胺四乙酸 7-16%、三乙醇胺 2-6%,苯并三氮唑0.4-0.8%,其余为水。
所述的环保清洗剂中,所述组分的重量分数分别为:阳离子表面活性剂20%,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚0.5%,水性防锈剂15%,乙二胺四乙酸10%、三乙醇胺5%,苯并三氮唑0.5%,其余为水。
所述的环保清洗剂中,所述水性防锈剂为多元醇酯防锈剂。
所述的环保清洗剂中,所述阳离子表面活性剂为季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂。
有益效果:
本发明通过各组分物质的配合,实现不易发臭,清洗能力强,防锈性好,并具有生物降解、环保无毒、稀释比例大的特点。

本发明提供一种环保清洗剂,包括以下质量百分比的组分:阳离子表面活性剂5%,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚0.2%,水性防锈剂8%,乙二胺四乙酸 7%、三乙醇胺 2%,苯并三氮唑0.4%,其余为水。作为优选地,水性防锈剂为多元醇酯防锈剂,阳离子表面活性剂为季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂。
实施例2。
本发明提供一种环保清洗剂,包括以下质量百分比的组分:阳离子表面活性剂20%,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚0.5%,水性防锈剂15%,乙二胺四乙酸10%、三乙醇胺5%,苯并三氮唑0.5%,其余为水。作为优选地,水性防锈剂为多元醇酯防锈剂,阳离子表面活性剂为季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂。
实施例3。
本发明提供一种环保清洗剂,包括以下质量百分比的组分:阳离子表面活性剂30%,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚0.6%,水性防锈剂25%,乙二胺四乙酸 16%、三乙醇胺6%,苯并三氮唑0.8%,其余为水。作为优选地,水性防锈剂为多元醇酯防锈剂,阳离子表面活性剂为季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂。

1.一种环保清洗剂,其特征在于,包括以下质量百分比的组分:阳离子表面活性剂5-30%,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚0.2-0.6%,水性防锈剂8-25%,乙二胺四乙酸7-16%、三乙醇胺2-6%,苯并三氮唑0.4-0.8%,其余为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保清洗剂,其特征在于,所述组分的重量分数分别为:阳离子表面活性剂20%,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚0.5%,水性防锈剂15%,乙二胺四乙酸10%、三乙醇胺5%,苯并三氮唑0.5%,其余为水。
3.根据权利要求2所述的环保清洗剂,其特征在于,所述水性防锈剂为多元醇酯防锈剂。
4.根据权利要求2所述的环保清洗剂,其特征在于,所述阳离子表面活性剂为季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂。
