Abstract

本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种液晶面板背光模组。本发明的一种液晶面板背光模组,包括:背板、第一粘结层、反射层、第二粘结层、LED灯条以及导光板;背板上设置有凹槽,凹槽内端面设置有第一粘结层,凹槽另一内端面设置有第二粘结层;第一粘结层上粘结有反射层;第二粘结层上粘结有LED灯条;导光板位于反射层和LED灯条之间;导光板底部设置有反射片;反射层与导光板相对的端面为斜面,向第一粘结层的方向倾斜;通过设置反射层,将导光板远离LED灯条一端散失的光线发射会导光板,提升导光板亮度的均匀性。

一种液晶面板背光模组
技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种液晶面板背光模组。
背景技术
液晶显示器为平面超薄的显示设备,它由一定数量的彩色或黑白像素组成,放置于光源或者反射面前方。液晶显示器功耗很低,因此倍受工程师青睐,适用于使用电池的电子设备。它的主要原理是以电流刺激液晶分子产生点、线、面配合背部灯管构成画面。现有的液晶面板背光模组,由于LED灯条设置于一侧,使得导光板远离LED灯条的一侧光线相对较暗,影响整个导光板的光线均匀性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种液晶面板背光模组,解决现有的液晶面板背光模组,由于LED灯条设置于一侧,使得导光板远离LED灯条的一侧光线相对较暗,影响整个导光板的光线均匀性的问题。同时,本发明还提供了一种液晶面板背光模组的导光板支撑结构及其制造工艺。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种液晶面板背光模组,包括:背板、第一粘结层、反射层、第二粘结层、LED灯条以及导光板;
所述背板上设置有凹槽,所述凹槽内端面设置有所述第一粘结层,所述凹槽另一内端面设置有所述第二粘结层;
所述第一粘结层上粘结有所述反射层;
所述第二粘结层上粘结有所述LED灯条;
所述导光板位于所述反射层和所述LED灯条之间;
所述导光板底部设置有反射片;
所述反射层与所述导光板相对的端面为斜面,向所述第一粘结层的方向倾斜。
优选地,所述反射层的厚度与所述导光板的厚度相等。
优选地,所述反射层与所述导光板之间设置有间隙。
一种液晶面板背光模组的导光板支撑结构,包括背板、第一粘结层、反射层、第二粘结层、LED灯条;所述背板上设置有凹槽,所述凹槽内端面设置有所述第一粘结层,所述凹槽另一内端面设置有所述第二粘结层;所述第一粘结层上粘结有所述反射层;所述第二粘结层上粘结有所述LED灯条;所述导光板安装在所述反射层和所述LED灯条之间,导光板的底部设有反射片。
一种液晶面板背光模组的导光板支撑结构的制造工艺,步骤如下:
1)、结构及分别加工
导光板支撑结构,包括背板、第一粘结层、反射层、第二粘结层、LED灯条;所述背板上设置有凹槽,所述凹槽内端面设置有所述第一粘结层,所述凹槽另一内端面设置有所述第二粘结层;所述第一粘结层上粘结有所述反射层;所述第二粘结层上粘结有所述LED灯条;所述导光板安装在所述反射层和所述LED灯条之间,导光板的底部设有反射片;
背板的材质是碳素钢,加工工艺是压铸成型;
第一粘结层、反射层、第二粘结层、LED灯条、反射片均通过现有技术制备;
2)、前处理
将背板置于槽液中浸泡处理至少1小时,然后直接吹干;
槽液组分为:硫酸铵2份、二聚丙酸8份、氯仿5份、环氧树脂20份、牵牛子甙2份;
3)、后续组装成型
首先将背板平铺,然后在背板内的凹槽两侧分别安装第一粘结层和第二粘结层,接着分别安装反射层和LED灯条,然后将反射片安装在反射层和LED灯条之间,最后将导光板安装即可。
本发明所具有的优点与效果是:
1)、本发明的一种液晶面板背光模组,包括:背板、第一粘结层、反射层、第二粘结层、LED灯条以及导光板;背板上设置有凹槽,凹槽内端面设置有第一粘结层,凹槽另一内端面设置有第二粘结层;第一粘结层上粘结有反射层;第二粘结层上粘结有LED灯条;导光板位于反射层和LED灯条之间;导光板底部设置有反射片;反射层与导光板相对的端面为斜面,向第一粘结层的方向倾斜;通过设置反射层,将导光板远离LED灯条一端散失的光线发射会导光板,提升导光板亮度的均匀性。
2)、本发明的一种液晶面板背光模组的导光板支撑结构及其制造工艺,工艺设计合理、简单,通过合理设计前处理工序,使背板及其相关的支撑结构的强度更好,耐磨性能更高。

具体实施方式
实施例1
请参阅图1至图2,本发明提供一种液晶面板背光模组,包括:背板1、第一粘结层2、反射层3、第二粘结层4、LED灯条5以及导光板6;所述背板1上设置有凹槽,所述凹槽内端面设置有所述第一粘结层2,所述凹槽另一内端面设置有所述第二粘结层4;所述第一粘结层2上粘结有所述反射层3;所述第二粘结层4上粘结有所述LED灯条5;所述导光板6位于所述反射层3和所述LED灯条5之间;所述导光板6底部设置有反射片7;所述反射层3与所述导光板6相对的端面为斜面,向所述第一粘结层2的方向倾斜。所述反射层3的厚度与所述导光板6的厚度相等。所述反射层3与所述导光板6之间设置有间隙。所述反射层3的斜面可以将导光板散射出来的光线反射至导光板,提升导光板光线均匀性。
本发明的一种液晶面板背光模组,通过设置反射层,将导光板远离LED灯条一端散失的光线发射会导光板,提升导光板亮度的均匀性。
实施例2
一种液晶面板背光模组的导光板支撑结构的制造工艺,步骤如下:
1)、结构及分别加工
导光板支撑结构,包括背板、第一粘结层、反射层、第二粘结层、LED灯条;所述背板上设置有凹槽,所述凹槽内端面设置有所述第一粘结层,所述凹槽另一内端面设置有所述第二粘结层;所述第一粘结层上粘结有所述反射层;所述第二粘结层上粘结有所述LED灯条;所述导光板安装在所述反射层和所述LED灯条之间,导光板的底部设有反射片;

1.一种液晶面板背光模组,其特征在于,包括:背板(1)、第一粘结层(2)、反射层(3)、第二粘结层(4)、LED灯条(5)以及导光板(6);
所述背板(1)上设置有凹槽,所述凹槽内端面设置有所述第一粘结层(2),所述凹槽另一内端面设置有所述第二粘结层(4);
所述第一粘结层(2)上粘结有所述反射层(3);
所述第二粘结层(4)上粘结有所述LED灯条(5);
所述导光板(6)位于所述反射层(3)和所述LED灯条(5)之间;
所述导光板(6)底部设置有反射片(7);
所述反射层(3)与所述导光板(6)相对的端面为斜面,向所述第一粘结层(2)的方向倾斜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种液晶面板背光模组,其特征在于,所述反射层(3)的厚度与所述导光板(6)的厚度相等。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种液晶面板背光模组,其特征在于,所述反射层(3)与所述导光板(6)之间设置有间隙。
