The mass block 5 is arranged in the residual liquid channel 4 in a sliding way, and the mass block 5 can send the residual liquid in the detergent containing space 2 into the outer cylinder of the washing machine through the residual liquid discharge channel 4 by means of the vibration of the washing machine during working. Specifically, the washing machine may vibrate during operation, and the washing machine may vibrate in X, Y, Z three directions. Referring to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the mass block 5 in the residual liquid passage 4 slides back and forth along the Z direction, and the residual liquid in the feed box 211 is fed into the outer tub of the washing machine by the vibration of the washing machine along the Z direction.
Specifically, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the residual liquid discharge channel 4 includes a first channel 41 communicated with at least one residual water hole 21111, and a second channel 42 having one end communicated with the first channel 41 and the other end communicated with the outer tub of the washing machine, and the mass 5 is slidably disposed in the first channel 41.
In this embodiment, the mass 5 is in clearance fit with the first channel 41, and the mass 5 is cylindrical or spherical. In this embodiment, the mass 5 is spherical. One end of the first channel 41 close to the second channel 42 is a round hole matched with the mass block 5, and the first channel 41 and the second channel 42 form a step-shaped residual liquid discharge hole. Specifically, the maximum width of the residual liquid discharge hole in the second passage 42 is smaller than the diameter of the residual liquid discharge hole in the first passage 41, and the diameter of the mass 5 is smaller than the maximum width of the residual liquid discharge hole in the second passage 42, so that the mass 5 cannot pass through the residual liquid discharge hole in the second passage 42 and is always placed in the residual liquid discharge hole in the first passage 41. One end of the first channel 41 connected with the residual water hole 21111 and the outer wall of the detergent box body 21 form a supporting surface 411, so that the mass 5 can only slide back and forth in the residual liquid discharge hole of the first channel 41 between the supporting surface 411 and the second channel 42.
During the vibration process of the washing machine, the mass 5 can vibrate along the Z direction in the first channel 41 along with the vibration of the washing machine, so that the liquid remained in the dosing box 211 is squeezed into the second channel 42 through the gap between the mass 5 and the first channel 41 by the reciprocating motion of the mass 5, and then enters the outer cylinder of the washing machine.
One end of the second channel 42 connected with the first channel 41 is provided with a tapered groove 421 matched with the mass block 5, so that the first channel 41 and the second channel 42 are not communicated when the mass block 5 is placed in the tapered groove 421. The liquid in the outer drum of the washing machine can be prevented from entering the first channel 41 through the second channel 42 and further flowing back to the throwing box 211; and also can prevent the leakage of the detergent under the condition that the washing machine is not started or the vibration is very small.

Specifically, a first check valve (not shown) is disposed at an end of the first passage 41 close to the detergent containing space 2, the spring 6 is disposed in the first passage 41 between the check valve and the mass 5, and a second check valve (not shown) is disposed at an end of the second passage 42 far from the first passage 41, so that the liquid can only flow in a direction indicated by an arrow Z in the drawing, but cannot flow back.
As shown in fig. 5, when the washing machine is not vibrated, the mass 5 is located in the tapered groove 421 due to the gravity of the mass 5 itself and the gravity of the residual liquid in the first passage 41. When the washing machine starts to work and generates vibration, when the mass block 5 vibrates along the direction opposite to the direction shown by the Z arrow, the pressure in the first channel 41 is increased due to the action of the first one-way valve in the first channel 41, the pressure in the second channel 42 is reduced due to the action of the second one-way valve in the second channel 42, and the residual liquid in the first channel 41 is squeezed into the second channel 42 through the gap between the mass block 5 and the first channel 41 and then enters the outer barrel of the washing machine, so that the drainage effect is greatly improved.
When the mass block 5 vibrates along the direction indicated by the arrow Z, the residual liquid enters the first channel 41 due to the action of the first one-way valve, the second channel 42 is communicated with the outer cylinder of the washing machine, and under the action of the gravity of the residual liquid and the force generated by the vibration of the washing machine, the residual liquid enters the second channel 42 through the gap between the mass block 5 and the first channel 41 and further enters the outer cylinder of the washing machine.
Through all set up the check valve structure at the both ends of remaining liquid discharge passage 4 for quality piece 5 all can discharge remaining liquid at the back and forth motion in-process, great improvement drainage effect. In addition, because the tapered groove 421 and the second check valve are provided at the same time, a double guarantee function of cutting off the second passage 42 and the first passage 41 is achieved.
