Abstract
The application provides an anti-disassembly joint and an air conditioner with the same. The anti-disassembly joint according to the application comprises: the connector body comprises a main pipe body and limiting teeth arranged outside the main pipe body; the joint nut is in threaded fit with the main pipe body, a limiting groove matched with a limiting tooth is formed in the joint nut, and the limiting tooth is provided with a vertical thrust surface. The anti-disassembly joint can avoid error disassembly.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of air conditioning auxiliary equipment, in particular to an anti-disassembly joint and an air conditioner with the same.
Background
In the air conditioning industry, most pipeline connecting joints are detachable, namely, connection of two pipelines is realized through a threaded structure. Most of the connecting joints are applied to the connection of fluorine systems of the indoor units and the outdoor units and the connection among components of the waterway system of the air conditioner. The connection mode is very suitable for mediums without special requirements, such as water, R22 refrigerant and the like, because even if the air conditioner is installed at a customer home, the air conditioner is disassembled by the customer for various reasons, the leakage of the medium in the water or the pipeline is accidentally caused, and the influence is not caused too much. However, for some media with special requirements, such as R32 refrigerant and other flammable and explosive gases, if the detachable joint is still used, the customer can detach the joint, which can easily cause a larger safety accident, for example, the R32 refrigerant belongs to a special refrigerant, and explodes when exposed fire occurs after the R32 refrigerant is emitted to air to reach a certain concentration, but the R32 refrigerant is a trend of development of the current air conditioner due to the good property of the R32 refrigerant, so that the joint must be prevented from being detached by mistake by the customer in the air conditioner, and the hidden danger is avoided.
Disclosure of Invention
The application aims to provide an anti-disassembly joint capable of avoiding error disassembly and an air conditioner with the same.
The application provides an anti-disassembly joint, which comprises: the connector body comprises a main pipe body and limiting teeth arranged outside the main pipe body; the joint nut is in threaded fit with the main pipe body, a limiting groove matched with a limiting tooth is formed in the joint nut, and the limiting tooth is provided with a vertical thrust surface.
Optionally, the limiting teeth further have an avoidance slope, and the avoidance slope is an arc slope.
Optionally, the main pipe body is provided with a first through hole, the anti-disassembly joint further comprises a connecting pipe, and a part of the connecting pipe stretches into the first through hole.
Optionally, one end of the connection pipe located in the first through hole is provided with a tapered anti-drop structure preventing the connection pipe from dropping out of the joint body.
Optionally, the outer periphery of the joint body is provided with an annular boss, and the limiting teeth are arranged on the side face of the annular boss, which faces the joint nut.

According to the anti-disassembly joint and the air conditioner with the same, the joint main body of the anti-disassembly joint is matched with the joint nut, the limiting teeth are arranged on the joint main body, the corresponding limiting grooves are arranged on the joint nut, and the vertical faces of the limiting grooves of the joint nut are contacted with the vertical thrust faces of the limiting teeth of the joint main body by rotating the joint nut in the screwing process, so that the joint main body is fastened to an object to be installed. When the joint nut is screwed in the reverse direction, the force is applied to the rotation direction of the joint body, so that the joint body can be kept not loose. Therefore, even if the joint nut is rotated reversely, the joint main body cannot be loosened from the object to be installed, and the joint is prevented from being disassembled.

Detailed Description
The application will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings in connection with embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the anti-disassembly joint includes a joint body 10 and a joint nut 20 according to an embodiment of the present application. Wherein, the joint main body 10 comprises a main pipe body and limiting teeth 15 arranged outside the main pipe body. The joint nut 20 is in threaded fit with the main pipe body, a limiting groove 21 matched with the limiting tooth 15 is formed in the joint nut 20, and the limiting tooth 15 is provided with a vertical thrust surface.
The joint body 10 of the anti-disassembly joint is matched with the joint nut 20, the limiting teeth 15 are arranged on the joint body 10, the corresponding limiting grooves 21 are arranged on the joint nut 20, and the vertical surfaces of the limiting teeth 15 are in contact with the vertical thrust surfaces of the limiting teeth 15 of the joint body 10 through rotating the joint nut 20 in the screwing process, so that the joint body 10 is rotated, and the joint body 10 is fastened to an object to be installed. When the joint nut 20 is reversely screwed, the joint nut 20 is withdrawn from the reverse limiting groove, and the direction of rotation of the joint body 10 is powerless, so that the joint body 10 can be kept not loose. Thus, even if the joint nut 20 is rotated in the reverse direction, the joint body 10 cannot be loosened from the object to be mounted, and the joint is prevented from being detached.
Alternatively, the spacing teeth 15 have a relief ramp, which may be an arcuate ramp. Thus, when the joint nut 20 is reversely screwed, the inclined surface of the limit groove 21 of the joint nut 20 is contacted with the avoiding inclined surface of the limit tooth 15 of the joint main body 10, the acting force of the inclined surface and the avoiding inclined surface are parallel to the contact inclined surface, the joint nut 20 reversely rotates to withdraw the limit groove 21, and the joint main body 10 is powerless in the rotation direction, so that the joint main body 10 can be kept not loose. Thus, even if the joint nut 20 is rotated in the reverse direction, the joint body 10 cannot be loosened from the object to be mounted, and the joint is prevented from being detached.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the joint body 10 is optionally a cylindrical tube. A first through hole 16 is provided in the main pipe body for connection of other pipes. The first through hole 16 penetrates the joint main body 10 in the axial direction. Of course, in other embodiments, the shape of the connector body 10 may be any other shape, such as rectangular, polygonal, etc.
Alternatively, in the present embodiment, when the limiting teeth 15 extend into the limiting grooves 21, a gap is provided between the limiting teeth 15 and the limiting grooves 21. Such that when the coupling nut 20 is engaged with the coupling body 10, the stop teeth 15 extend into the stop slots 21 during rotation of the coupling nut 20 and the coupling nut 20 can continue to rotate until the coupling body 10 is tightened.
Optionally, the outer circumference of the joint body 10 is provided with an annular boss 13, and the stop teeth 15 are provided on the side of the annular boss 13 facing the joint nut 20. The limiting teeth 15 are arranged through the annular boss 13, so that the processing of the limiting teeth 15 is more convenient.
Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the number of the limiting teeth 15 is 3, and are disposed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the joint body 10. Alternatively, the number of the limiting grooves 21 is an integer multiple of the number of the limiting teeth 15. This facilitates the cooperation of the spacing groove 21 with the spacing teeth 15.
Alternatively, the joint body 10 includes a first thread segment 11 and a second thread segment 12, the first thread segment 11 being located at one side of the annular boss 13, the joint nut 20 being connected to the joint body 10 through the first thread segment 11, the second thread segment 12 being located at the other side of the annular boss 13.
The first thread segments 11 are full thread segments. The second thread segments 12 may be used in connection with mounting copper tubing.
Optionally, the anti-disassembly joint further comprises a connecting pipe 30, and a part of the connecting pipe 30 extends into the first through hole 16 to realize pipeline connection.
Alternatively, one end of the connection pipe 30 located in the first through hole 16 is provided with a tapered escape prevention structure 31 preventing the connection pipe 30 from escaping from the joint body 10. As shown in fig. 2, the tapered anti-drop structure 31 has a horn shape, the cross-sectional area of which gradually decreases.
As shown in fig. 2, the connection pipe 30 is directly connected to the joint body 10, sealed by the tapered end-portion anti-drop structure 31, and the joint nut 20 is connected to the joint body 10 by screw connection.
The first thread section 11 and the second thread section 12 are external threads of the joint main body 10, the second thread section 12 is used for engineering connection, the first thread section 11 is a thread for connecting the joint nut 20, the thread connected with the joint nut 20 is a full thread, and when the anti-disassembly joint is in a tightening state, one section of thread is exposed outside, so that the phenomenon of jacking with the joint main body 10 when a limit groove 21 and limit teeth 15 of the joint nut 20 are not matched when the anti-disassembly joint is tightened is avoided, and in addition, the joint main body 10 is provided with 3 limit teeth 15, and the effect is that the joint main body is matched with the limit groove 21 of the joint nut 20, thereby achieving the purpose of tightening. In addition, the joint nut 20 is provided with 6 limit grooves 21, when the joint nut 20 is screwed into the joint main body 10, the limit teeth 15 are clamped into the limit grooves 21, when the joint nut 20 is continuously tightened, the anti-disassembly joint is tightened through the interaction force between the limit teeth 15 and the limit grooves 21, and when the joint nut 20 is screwed out in the opposite direction, the limit teeth 15 of the joint main body 10 are withdrawn from the limit grooves 21, and meanwhile, the joint nut 20 is loosened, and the joint main body is kept not loose, so that the anti-disassembly aim is fulfilled.
According to another aspect of the present application, there is provided an air conditioner including a connection joint, the connection joint being the above-described anti-disassembly connection joint.
The pipelines of the air conditioner are connected through the anti-disassembly connecting joint. The detachable joint for the air conditioner is prevented from being detached easily, and the problem that dangerous substances are likely to leak if a user disassembles the detachable joint by mistake is avoided. The anti-disassembly joint can be used in an air conditioner with special medium requirements, and avoids the major potential safety hazard reserved.
The anti-disassembly joint cannot be disassembled once being connected and tightened, and must be disassembled by a professional installer with tools if the joint needs to be disassembled, so that potential safety hazards caused by the fact that customers do not know the characteristics of an air conditioner and do not allow equipment to be disassembled by the installer.
The anti-disassembly joint and the air conditioner with the same have the following technical effects:
the anti-disassembly joint is applied to a medium application air conditioner with special requirements, and can effectively improve the operation reliability of the air conditioner and the product quality.

the joint nut (20) is in threaded fit with the main pipe body, a limiting groove (21) matched with the limiting tooth (15) is formed in the joint nut (20), and the limiting tooth (15) is provided with a vertical thrust surface;
the limiting teeth (15) further comprise avoidance inclined planes, and the avoidance inclined planes are arc-shaped inclined planes;
an annular boss (13) is arranged on the periphery of the joint main body (10), and the limiting teeth (15) are arranged on the side surface of the annular boss (13) facing the joint nut (20);
the connector body (10) comprises a first thread section (11) and a second thread section (12), the first thread section (11) is located on one side of the annular boss (13), the connector nut (20) is connected with the connector body (10) through the first thread section (11), and the second thread section (12) is located on the other side of the annular boss (13).

5. The anti-disassembly joint according to claim 1, characterized in that the number of limit teeth (15) is 3 and arranged at intervals along the circumference of the joint body (10).
6. The anti-disassembly joint according to claim 1 or 5, characterized in that the number of limit grooves (21) is plural and arranged at intervals along the circumference of the joint nut (20), the number of limit grooves (21) being greater than or equal to the number of limit teeth (15).
7. The anti-disassembly joint according to claim 1 or 5, characterized in that the number of limit grooves (21) is an integer multiple of the number of limit teeth (15).
8. An air conditioner comprising a connection joint, wherein the connection joint is the anti-disassembly connection joint as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
