1. An intelligent monitoring automatic alarm device for an elevator car, comprising:
the human body monitoring device is arranged in the elevator car, is used for collecting personnel presence information in the elevator car and transmits the personnel presence information to the control unit;
the control unit is used for monitoring the elevator operation signal and the elevator door closing signal, judging the information acquired by the human body monitoring device according to the elevator operation signal and the elevator door closing signal, and sending an alarm control signal for starting an alarm to the alarm unit according to the judging result;
the alarm unit starts alarm equipment to alarm after receiving the alarm control signal of the control unit so as to realize active trapped alarm of an elevator carrier;
the control unit includes:
the monitoring module is used for monitoring an elevator operation signal and an elevator door closing signal, delaying for a period of time after the elevator operation signal is monitored to be an elevator stop operation signal and the elevator door closing signal is monitored, and starting the judging module;
the judging module is used for judging the information acquired by the human body monitoring device so as to judge whether personnel exist in the elevator car, and generating an alarm control signal for starting an alarm to the alarm unit for alarming when the judgment result shows that the personnel exist;
the control unit sends the collected signals, the judging result and the elevator car related information to the monitoring center, and the monitoring center automatically displays the corresponding building number and elevator number of the trapped person according to the information;
the human body monitoring device adopts a pyroelectric infrared monitoring probe;
the pyroelectric infrared monitoring probe is arranged at the middle position of the top of the elevator car and irradiates downwards in a cone shape, and the irradiation angle is 40-75 degrees;
the control unit is a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) module;
when the elevator normally operates, an elevator operation switch K1 is closed, a power supply voltage is transmitted to a first input end IN1, namely an elevator operation signal, and the IN1 is connected to a first output end OUT1 of a signal acquisition processing board through step-down processing;
when the elevator door is normally closed, the elevator door closing switch K2 is closed, the power supply voltage is transmitted to the second input end IN2, namely an elevator door closing signal, and the IN2 is connected to the second output end OUT2 of the signal acquisition processing board through step-down processing;
when a person exists IN the elevator car, the pyroelectric infrared monitoring probe monitors an infrared signal, the third input end IN3 outputs a signal, the third input end IN3 is connected to the third output end OUT3 of the signal acquisition and processing board through depressurization, and the output end S of the pyroelectric infrared monitoring probe is at a low level when no person exists;
the information acquisition processing board is also provided with an amplifying circuit, a third input end IN3 is connected to the input end of the amplifying circuit, an NPN triode Q2 is conducted through a bias resistor R1, a +24V power supply voltage is grounded through a relay JK1, the relay JK1 generates current to enable a contact to be closed so as to be connected with an alarm bell power supply, so that an alarm sound is sent out when a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) sends out an alarm control signal, and the resistor R2 is used for eliminating surge of the relay JK 1;
the alarm control signal output by the PLC module programmable controller is connected to a fourth input/output end OUT4 of the signal acquisition processing board, and is connected to an alarm bell after isolation processing.
