At present, the overall dimension of a mobile terminal in special industry is generally larger, and a user is tired and inconvenient if the user wants to take up the mobile terminal with one hand for operation. If a user wants to pick up the mobile terminal with both hands, the user cannot separate the other hand to operate the mobile terminal, and after the inventor has studied the operation process of the user for a long time, a housing assembly of the mobile terminal and the mobile terminal are designed to solve the long-term problem of the user, please refer to the following description.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a housing assembly of the present application, and fig. 2 is a schematic partial structural diagram of a rear housing 10 and a blocking member 20 of the housing assembly of the present application.
The housing assembly includes a rear housing 10, a blocking member 20 and a hand strap 30. The rear shell 10 is provided with a mounting groove 12, and the mounting groove 12 is provided with two side walls 14; the blocking piece 20 is installed in the installation groove 12, and two ends of the blocking piece 20 are respectively connected with two opposite side walls 14 of the installation groove 12 and form an installation gap with the installation groove 12; the hand strap 30 penetrates the installation gap and is wound around the blocking member 20 to connect the hand strap 30 with the rear case 10.
In this embodiment, the blocking member 20 is connected to the side wall 14 of the mounting groove 12 of the rear case 10, and the hand-held strap 30 penetrates through the mounting gap formed by the blocking member 20 and the mounting groove 12 and is wound around the blocking member 20, so that the hand-held strap 30 is connected to the rear case 10, and a user can easily hold the mobile terminal only by holding the hand-held strap 30 with one hand, thereby greatly improving user experience.
Alternatively, the rear case 10 may be formed with a mounting groove 12, and a blocking member 20 is correspondingly mounted in the mounting groove 12, and the hand strap 30 is wound around the blocking member 20 through a mounting gap between the blocking member 20 and the mounting groove 12, so that a user can hold the mobile terminal by holding the hand strap 30. The space of the rear shell 10 can be saved by the arrangement, and the installation space is vacated for other electronic components in the rear shell 10, so that the mobile terminal is smaller and more practical in size.
Alternatively, the rear case 10 may be formed with two or more mounting grooves 12, which are uniformly distributed on the rear case 10 of the mobile terminal, and may be uniformly distributed along the length direction or the width direction of the rear case 10. Specifically, in the embodiment, two mounting grooves 12 are provided and are uniformly distributed along the length direction, one blocking member 20 is mounted in each mounting groove 12, the hand-held belt 30 respectively penetrates through two mounting gaps between the two blocking members 20 and the two mounting grooves 12 and is wound on the two blocking members 20, and a user can hold the mobile terminal by holding the hand-held belt 30 through the gap between the hand-held belt 30 and the housing. This arrangement allows the user to hold the mobile terminal with the two stoppers 20 restrained to the hand strap 30 and with the hand strap 30 applied with a more uniform force to the user, so that the user can hold the mobile terminal for a long period of time without feeling tired.
There are many ways to mount the blocking member 20 to the mounting groove 12, and in one embodiment, the blocking member 20 and the rear housing 10 are integrally formed, that is, the blocking member 20 and the rear housing 10 are made by an integral molding technique, such as integral injection molding or integral die casting. Therefore, the assembly process of the product can be reduced, and the production efficiency is improved. In another embodiment, the blocking member 20 and the rear case 10 are two separate parts, that is, the blocking member 20 and the rear case 10 are manufactured separately, and then the blocking member 20 and the rear case 10 are assembled together, so although the assembly process of the product is increased, a large amount of cost can be saved in the manufacturing of the product mold, in the actual production, the cost of the mold manufactured by integrally molding the blocking member 20 and the rear case 10 is higher than the cost of the mold manufactured by separately molding the blocking member 20 and the rear case 10, because the problem that the blocking member 20 cannot be ejected from the mold needs to be dealt with by the mold manufactured by integrally molding the blocking member 20 and the rear case 10, and a thimble or a slider mechanism is additionally added.
The blocking member 20 and the rear case 10 are two separate parts, and there are various ways in which the blocking member 20 and the rear case 10 are assembled together, such as adhering the blocking member 20 to both sidewalls 14 of the mounting groove 12 of the rear case 10 by glue or connecting by mechanical structure.
Specifically, the mechanical structure is connected in a manner that mounting holes 16 are formed in two opposite side walls 14 of the mounting groove 12, the length of the blocking member 20 is greater than the maximum distance between the two opposite side walls 14 of the mounting groove 12, and on the premise that the blocking member 20 or the housing is deformed, the two ends of the blocking member 20 are respectively inserted into the mounting holes 16, so that the blocking member 20 is fixed to the mounting groove 12.
Referring to fig. 1 and to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view of an embodiment of a barrier 20 of the present application.
Optionally, the blocking member 20 includes a main body portion 22 and an elastic member 24, the length of the main body portion 22 is smaller than or equal to the maximum distance between the two opposite side walls 14 of the installation groove 12, the length of the blocking member 20 is larger than the maximum distance between the two opposite side walls 14 of the installation groove 12, the main body portion 22 is provided with an accommodating space, and the elastic member 24 is accommodated in the accommodating space. The elastic member 24 is contracted into the receiving space by the sidewalls 14, and the blocking member 20 can be easily fitted into the mounting groove 12 because the length of the main body portion 22 is less than or equal to the maximum distance between the opposite sidewalls 14 of the mounting groove 12. When the elastic member 24 is aligned with the mounting hole 16, the elastic member 24 elastically protrudes from the main body 22 into the mounting hole 16, and the blocking member 20 can be fixed in the mounting groove 12 because the length of the blocking member 20 is greater than the maximum distance between the opposite sidewalls 14 of the mounting groove 12.
Further, the elastic assembly 24 includes a spring 26 and a retractable head 28 connected to the spring 26, and the spring 26 supports the retractable head 28 such that the retractable head 28 can be extended out of the receiving space and inserted into the mounting hole 16.
Optionally, the elastic component 24 includes a spring 26 and a retractable head 28, during the installation process, one end of the main body 22 without the retractable head 28 is inserted into the installation hole 16, then one end of the main body 22 with the retractable head 28 is retracted into the receiving space under the action of the side wall 14, when the elastic component 24 is aligned with the installation hole 16, the elastic component 24 elastically protrudes from the main body 22 into the installation hole 16, and at this time, the blocking component 20 can be fixed in the installation groove 12 because the length of the blocking component 20 is greater than the maximum distance between the two opposite side walls 14 of the installation groove 12.
Optionally, the elastic member 24 includes a spring 26 and two retractable heads 28, and during the installation process, the two retractable heads 28 are retracted into the receiving space under the action of the side walls 14, and when the elastic member 24 is aligned with the mounting hole 16, the elastic member 24 elastically protrudes from the main body 22 into the mounting hole 16, and since the length of the blocking member 20 is greater than the maximum distance between the two opposite side walls 14 of the mounting groove 12, the blocking member 20 can be fixed in the mounting groove 12.
Alternatively, the retractable head 28 includes a protrusion 21 and a latching portion 23, one end of the protrusion 21 can elastically extend out of the opening of the main body 22, the other end is connected to the latching portion 23, and the other end of the latching portion 23 is connected to the spring 26. The diameter of the protrusion 21 in the direction perpendicular to the elastic extension direction of the retractable head 28 is smaller than or equal to the diameter of the opening of the main body 22, and the diameter of the latching portion 23 in the direction perpendicular to the elastic extension direction of the retractable head 28 is larger than the diameter of the opening, so as to prevent the spring 26 from completely ejecting the retractable head 28 out of the accommodating space of the main body 22. To facilitate the installation of the retractable head 28 into the receiving space of the main body 22, the retractable head 28 is made of a soft material, such as one or more of TPU, TPE, TPR, silicone rubber, or rubber. After the deformation of the position-locking portion 23 of the retractable head 28, the diameter of the position-locking portion in the direction perpendicular to the elastic extension direction of the retractable head 28 is smaller than the diameter of the opening of the main body 22, so that the retractable head 28 can be easily installed in the accommodating space of the main body 22.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view of another embodiment of the barrier 20 of the present application. Optionally, the body portion 22 comprises a first body portion 25 and a second body portion 27, and the first body portion 25 and the second body portion 27 are detachably connected, for example, by a snap or a screw connection. Because the main body 22 is made separately, the first main body 25 and the second main body 27 can be easily demoulded, and the cost is greatly reduced because the moulds for making them do not need to additionally increase rows or ejector mechanisms. In addition, the retractable head 28 does not need to be made of a soft material, and the retractable head 28 may be first installed in the first main body 25 or the second main body 27, and then the first main body 25 and the second main body 27 may be connected together.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a partially enlarged view of a region a in fig. 4. The first body portion 25 is provided with a first screw 252 on a side facing the second body portion 27, the second body portion 27 is provided with a second screw 272 on a side facing the first body portion 25, and the first screw 252 and the second screw 272 are kneaded with each other to detachably connect the first body portion 25 and the second body portion 27. In this embodiment, the first body portion 25 is internally threaded and the second body portion 27 is externally threaded, and in other embodiments, the first body portion 25 is externally threaded and the second body portion 27 is internally threaded. As long as the first body portion 25 and the second body portion 27 are screwed.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram illustrating an embodiment of the present application in the process of installing the hand strap 30 in the housing assembly.
Optionally, one end of the handheld belt 30 is provided with a first connecting portion 32, the other end of the handheld belt 30 is provided with a second connecting portion 34, specifically, the handheld belt 30 is in a rectangular parallelepiped shape, one end of one surface of the handheld belt 30 is provided with the first connecting portion 32, the other end of the different surface of the handheld belt 30 in the thickness direction is provided with the second connecting portion 34, and the first connecting portion 32 and the second connecting portion 34 are mutually matched, so that the handheld belt 30 can be detachably connected end to end.
Optionally, handheld area 30 is through dismantling the mode end to end connection that bonds, and specifically, the one end of handheld area 30 is provided with a plurality of tiny soft fibre circle hairs, and the other one end of handheld area 30 is provided with a plurality of thorn hairs of harder tape hook, and similar magic subsides' principle, fibre circle hair and thorn hairs mutually support to the bonding can be dismantled to the end to end that makes handheld area 30.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present application.
The mobile terminal comprises the shell assembly and a front shell 40, wherein the front shell 40 is connected with one side of the rear shell 10 far away from the handheld belt 30. The user holds the hand strap 30 through the gap between the hand strap 30 and the rear case 10.
