Abstract

Technical Field

Background

The packaging bag is an essential article in life of people, and can be used for keeping paper, food, hygienic products and the like free from pollution.

At present, in order to tear a plurality of packaging bags conveniently, a virtual tangent line is arranged at an opening, or a triangular tearing opening and a sawtooth-shaped edge are arranged at the edge of the packaging bag. However, in the actual use process, when the packaging bag is torn, the labor is still wasted, and the packaging bag is easily torn too large or directly torn.

In view of the above, it is desirable to provide a package bag that is easy to tear and maintains a clean opening without excessive tearing.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a packaging bag, which aims to solve the technical problems of labor waste and uneven tearing opening when the packaging bag is torn in the prior art.

The invention provides a packaging bag 100, the packaging bag 100 comprises a packaging body 110 and an auxiliary tearing piece 120, the auxiliary tearing piece 120 comprises a thread 121, a first end of the thread 121 is fixed with the packaging body 110, the middle part of the thread 121 is positioned in the packaging body 110, a second end of the thread 121 is exposed out of the packaging body 110, the packaging bag 100 can be easily torn by pulling the second end of the thread 121, and the tearing opening is neat.

The package 100 may be a cube, a cylinder, a rectangular flat, or any other shape.

Preferably, the package 110 is provided with an imaginary tangent line 111, and the middle portion of the thin line 121 is located below the imaginary tangent line 111. The distance between the two ends of the imaginary tangent line 111 and the plane of the package 110 is 1 to 6 mm, and preferably 2 to 4 mm. The distance between the virtual tangent line 111 and the edge is too short, which may cause the package body 110 to be further torn after being torn, and is not favorable for subsequent use, and the opening is too small for convenient use if the distance is too far.

The first end of the thread 121 may be fixed to the package body 110 by knotting, heat-melting, or gluing. The adhesive portion may be applied to the package 110 at other locations after pulling to avoid interfering with the withdrawal of the contents.

This embodiment is mostly the same as the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and the same parts are not described again, but the difference is that the fixing sheet 122 is fixed on the outer surface of the package body 110, and is formed on the outer surface of the package body 110 symmetrically with the tongue piece 123.

Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a tongue of a packaging bag according to an embodiment of the present invention.

The tongue 123 may be a pull ring, a pull hook or a pull block made of metal, synthetic fiber or plastic, or a pull ring, a pull hook or a holding portion made of other materials with any shape, and the shape of the tongue 123 may be semicircular, oval, rectangular, square, strip-shaped or other shapes easy to tear. The length of the tongue piece 123 may be 0.5-3.0cm, preferably 1.0-1.5cm, the length of the tongue piece 123 is too short to facilitate the tearing of the thread through the tongue piece 123, and the length of the tongue piece 123 is too long to allow the tongue piece 123 to be torn off naturally during the packaging, carrying or using process, which may cause the product in the packaging bag to be contaminated, and the long tongue piece 123 may also affect the aesthetic property of the product.

Referring to fig. 4 and 5, fig. 4 and 5 are schematic structural views of two embodiments of the packaging bag according to the present invention.

As shown in fig. 4, the package body 210 is a package of soft tissue paper, and is in a rectangular box shape, and the imaginary tangent line 211 is arranged on one plane of the package body 210, and the auxiliary tearing piece 220 can be pulled up to be torn conveniently.

As shown in fig. 5, the package 310 is a package of a bar-shaped cookie box, and the imaginary cutting line 211 crosses three planes of the package 210, so that the auxiliary tearing member 320 is pulled up for easy tearing.

In summary, those skilled in the art can easily understand that the packaging bag provided by the invention is easy to tear, and the tearing opening is neat.

In order to facilitate tearing of the traditional packaging bag, a virtual tangent line is mostly arranged at the opening, or a triangular tearing opening and a serrated edge are arranged at the edge of the packaging bag. However, in the actual use process, the tearing of the packaging bag is still laborious, and the packaging bag is easy to be torn too small, too large or directly torn. The packaging bag which still needs to be used after being opened is not beneficial to subsequent use.

According to the easily-torn packaging bag provided by the invention, a user can easily open the packaging bag according to the preset opening, and the opening is ensured to be neat. For packaging bags which need to be continuously used after being opened, such as removable facial tissue, biscuit bags and the like, the inconvenience possibly caused in the subsequent use is avoided. For some packaging bags, such as strip-shaped biscuit packaging bags, if the articles in the bags are not used up at one time, the opening which is packaged orderly can be easily closed by clips and the like, so that the cleanness and the sanitation of the articles in the bags are ensured.
