Description of the embodiments
The technical solutions are clearly and completely described below in connection with the accompanying drawings of the present invention.
Figures 1, 2, 3, 8 show block diagrams of devices for heating a hot compress eye mask using a vapor medium. In the figure, the device for heating the hot compress eyeshade by using the steam medium comprises a shell 1, a circuit control device 21, a steam generating device, a locking cover device 17, a cooling device, a movable support 4 and a steam hot compress eyeshade 5. A first inner chamber 2 and a second inner chamber 6 are arranged in the shell 1. An opening is arranged at the top end of the first inner chamber 2, a shell upper cover 3 is arranged at the opening, and the shell upper cover 3 enables the first inner chamber 2 to form a closed cavity. The movable support 4 is arranged in the first inner chamber 2, a plurality of steam hot compress eyepatches 5 are arranged on the movable support 4 at intervals, and a temperature sensor 19 is arranged on the side wall of the first inner chamber 2. In the second inner chamber 6 there are provided steam generating means for providing the steam medium of the first inner chamber 2, a tank chamber 15, cooling means, locking cover means 17 and circuit control means 21. The steam generating device comprises a steam generating device body 7 and a heating body 8, a heating cavity 7.1 is arranged in the steam generating device body 7, and the heating body 8 is fixed on one side of the body 7 of the steam generating device and is directly contacted with a heated medium in the heating cavity 7.1. The outside of the heating body 8 is fixedly connected with a temperature control switch 9. The lower part of the steam generating device body 7 is connected with a water tank cavity 15 through a silicone tube or a plastic tube 14, and a steam medium tank 16 with a one-way valve is arranged in the water tank cavity 15. The cooling device comprises an air duct 18 communicated with the first inner chamber 2, an induced draft fan 18.1 arranged in the air duct 18 and an air door 18.2 opened by wind pressure. The locking cover device 17 adopts an electromagnetically controlled lock cylinder 17.1, and the lock cylinder 17.1 extends into the first inner chamber 2 from the second inner chamber 6 and is inserted into a lock hole 3.3 positioned on the upper cover 3 of the shell; the circuit control device 21 is electrically connected with and controls the heating body 8, the temperature control switch 9, the cover locking device 17, the induced draft fan 18.1, the temperature sensor 19 and the infrared light sensor 20 through the processor 23. The check valve is arranged on the second upper cover 16.1, the piston 16.2 passes through the second upper cover 16.1, a reset spring 16.3 is arranged on the piston 16.2 outside the second upper cover 16.1, and a sealing silica gel ring 16.4 is arranged on the piston 16.2 in the second upper cover 16.1; when the steam medium tank 16 is inversely installed in the water tank cavity 15, the one-way valve is opened.
The movable support 4 adopts a porous steaming tray, a plurality of rows of upright supports 4.1 are arranged on the steaming tray, and a plurality of upright supports 4.2 are arranged below the steaming tray. The steam hot compress eyeshade 5 comprises a steam hot compress eyeshade body 5.1, a heat storage body 5.2 for the steam hot compress eyeshade and an elastic buckling belt 5.3 which is in stable contact with eyes, wherein the steam hot compress eyeshade body 5.1 is provided with a containing cavity 5.4 for placing the heat storage body 5.2. The heat storage body 5.2 is selected from one or a combination of gel materials and silica gel soft materials, or one or a combination of spherical magnetic ceramic balls, far infrared ceramic balls and red bean particles with the diameter of 1-5 mm.
Fig. 2 and 6 are structural cross-sectional views of a device for heating a hot compress eye mask using a steam medium. The second inner chamber 6 is arranged on one side of the shell 1, the position of the water tank cavity 15 is higher than that of the cooling device, the heating chamber 7.1 is communicated with the first inner chamber 2 through the mesh filter 13 arranged on the upper part of the steam generating device body 7 and the steam spraying channel 11 positioned on the first upper cover 10, and the water outlet of the steam medium tank 16 is lower than the bottom position of the mesh filter 13.
Fig. 3 and 7 are structural cross-sectional views of another device for heating the hot compress eye mask using a steam medium. The second inner chamber 6 is arranged at the bottom of the housing 1, the water tank cavity 15 and the cooling device are respectively arranged at opposite sides of the second inner chamber 6, and the heating chamber 7.1 is directly arranged at the bottom position of the first inner chamber 2.
Fig. 4 and 5 show the structure of the steam hot compress eye mask. The steam hot compress eyeshade 5 comprises a steam hot compress eyeshade body 5.1, a heat storage body 5.2 for the steam hot compress eyeshade, and an annular elastic buckling belt 5.3 for the steam hot compress eyeshade body 5.1 to be in stable contact with eyes. The steam hot compress eyeshade body 5.1 is provided with a containing cavity 5.4, and the heat storage body 5.2 is arranged in the containing cavity 5.4. The accommodating chamber 5.4 is also provided with an opening 5.5 for putting in or taking out the heat storage body, a connecting piece for closing or opening the opening is arranged at the opening 5.5, and the steam hot compress eyeshade 5 is provided with an opening for putting in or taking out the heat storage body 5.2, so that the steam hot compress eyeshade body is convenient for taking out the heat storage body for cleaning or replacing after being used for a plurality of times. The connecting piece includes concave knot and the protruding knot of mutually supporting, designs the connecting piece into the structure of mutually supporting with the similar concave knot of current self-sealing bag opening and protruding knot for opening 5.5 can be repeated a plurality of times under the effect of connecting piece closed or open, sealing performance is good moreover, convenient operation. The heat storage body 5.2 is provided with a heat storage body 5.6, the heat storage body 5.6 is provided with a sealed accommodating cavity, and the heat storage body 5.2 is sealed and placed in the Chu Reti body 5.6. The heat storage body 5.6 is made of polymer waterproof material and comprises any combination of PVC, TPU, PE, EVA, PP and PVDC. The heating body 8 is fixed on the steam generating device body 7 through the sealing silica gel 7.2, and the sealing effect can be improved by using the sealing silica gel 7.2, so that the steam generating device is not easy to have water leakage faults. The heating body 8 adopts one of PTC heating sheets or cast aluminum heating plates, and the PTC heating sheets have the advantages of rapid temperature rise, low price, long service life, safety, reliability and the like. The outside of the heating body 8 is fixedly connected with a temperature control switch 9, and the temperature control switch 9 is arranged to prevent the heating chamber 7.1 from dry burning and causing accidents. The upper end of the heating chamber 7.1 is provided with a first upper cover 10, the first upper cover 10 is provided with a steam ejection channel 11, and the steam ejection channel 11 passes through the second inner chamber 6 and enters the first inner chamber 2. The lower end of the heating chamber 7.1 is provided with a steam medium inlet channel 7.3, and the steam medium inlet channel 7.3 is connected with a steam medium supply device through a silicone tube or a plastic tube 14. The steam medium supply device comprises a steam medium box chamber 15, an outlet 15.1 of the steam medium box chamber and a steam medium box 16, wherein the steam medium box 16 is provided with a second upper cover 16.1, the second upper cover 16.1 is provided with a piston 16.2, a spring 16.3 pushing the piston to be closed and a silica gel ring 16.4, the steam medium box 16 is movably arranged in the steam medium box chamber 15, when the steam medium box 16 is inversely placed in the steam medium box chamber 15, the weight of the steam medium box body presses the piston 16.2 arranged on the second upper cover 16.1 to move upwards, steam medium is promoted to flow into the steam medium chamber 15, the steam medium chamber outlet 15.1 is connected with a steam medium channel 7.3 through a silica gel pipe or a plastic pipe 14, and a bottle mouth of the steam medium box 16 is in threaded connection with the second upper cover 16.1 by 16.5. The steam generating device 7 is further provided with a fixing device 7.4, the fixing device 7.4 is fixed on the inner side wall of the second inner cavity 6 through a screw, and the water tank cavity 15 is fixed on the upper side wall of the second cavity 6 through a buckle. The vapor medium tank chamber 15 is a water tank chamber 15.
An air duct 18 for rapidly cooling the first inner chamber 2 is further arranged in the second chamber 6, one end of the air duct 18 penetrates through the second inner chamber side cover 6.1, and the other end penetrates through the second inner chamber 6 and enters the first inner chamber 2. An induced draft fan 18.1 is arranged in the air duct, and the induced draft fan 18.1 rapidly introduces air outside the shell 1 and heats the steam hot compress eyeshade 5 at a high temperature according to requirements, so that the eyeshade is suitable for wearing. The air duct 18 is also internally provided with an air door 18.2, the upper end of the air door 18.2 is provided with a rotating shaft 18.3, when the induced draft fan 18.1 is started, the air door 18.2 is naturally opened by the force of wind, and when the induced draft fan 18.1 is closed, the air door 18.2 is automatically and naturally closed.
The first inner chamber 2 is internally provided with a temperature sensor 19, the temperature sensor 19 is used for detecting whether the steam hot compress eyeshade 5 placed in the first inner chamber 2 is overheated to cause eye injury to a user, the temperature sensor 19 is fixedly connected to the side wall of the first inner chamber 2, and the temperature sensor adopts an NTC temperature control probe or an infrared temperature sensor. The first inner chamber 2 is provided with a cover locking device control switch 20 of the upper cover 3 of the outer shell, whether the upper cover is closed or not is controlled by the cover locking device control switch 20, and the cover locking device control switch is an infrared light sensor.
A circuit control device 21 is arranged in the second inner chamber 6, and the circuit control device 21 introduces an external power supply through a wire 22. The circuit control device 21 is internally provided with a processor 23, the circuit control device 21 is connected with and controls the infrared light sensor 20, the temperature control switch 9, the temperature sensor 19, the locking cover device 17, the heating body 8 and the induced draft fan 18.1 through wires of the processor 23, and the processor 23 is also provided with a wire connection alarm 24 and informs a user of use or occurrence of problems in use through the alarm 24.
The steam medium 25 in the water tank chamber 16 is selected from purified water, mineral water, water added with 0.1-5% of natural essential oil or liquid decocted by 1-5% of chrysanthemum, 1-5% of coptis chinensis, 1-5% of honeysuckle, 1-5% of liquorice, 1-5% of mulberry leaf, 1-5% of cassia seed and 94-70% of purified water.
The lower extreme of shell 1 is equipped with supporter 26, and supporter 26 can make the equipment that utilizes steam medium heating steam hot compress eye-shade firm, and supporter 26 is silica gel pad or the one-time moulded body of moulding plastics optional.
