Abstract

背景技术:
陶瓷是陶器和瓷器的总称。常见的陶瓷材料有粘土、氧化铝、高岭土等。陶瓷材料一般硬度较高,但可塑性较差。除了使用于食器、装饰上外,陶瓷在科学、技术的发展中亦扮演着重要角色。陶瓷原料是地球原有的大量资源黏土经过淬取而成。而粘土的性质具韧性,常温遇水可塑,微干可雕,全干可磨;烧至700度可成陶器能装水;烧至1230度则瓷化,可几乎完全不吸水且耐高温耐腐蚀。其用法之弹性,在今日文化科技中有各种创意的应用。
陶瓷坯料在制作过程中,需要较强的粘性以便于坯料的成型,粘性较高的坯料经煅烧后,韧性高,耐磨性好,不易摔破。

一种陶瓷坯料的粘合剂,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
石棉粉25-30份、石蜡12-15份、海泡石粉10-15份、聚氨酯8-11份、氧化聚乙烯6-10份、活性炭5-8份、丁晴橡胶5-8份、固化促进剂4-6份、松香3-5份、环氧大豆油3-5份、木素纤维2-3份、硫磺1-2份、改良剂3-6份、水100-150份。
进一步的,所述陶瓷坯料的粘合剂,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
石棉粉28份、石蜡13份、海泡石粉12份、聚氨酯10份、氧化聚乙烯8份、活性炭7份、丁晴橡胶7份、固化促进剂5份、松香4份、环氧大豆油4份、木素纤维3份、硫磺2份、改良剂5份、水125份。
进一步的,所述改良剂由以下重量份的组分构成:土豆淀粉3-5份,玉米淀粉3-5份,木薯淀粉3-5份,麦麸1-3份,糯米粉2-4份,碱液4-8份,硼砂2-3份。
进一步的,所述改良剂优选以下重量份的组分构成:土豆淀粉4份,玉米淀粉4份,木薯淀粉4份,麦麸2份,糯米粉3份,碱液6份,硼砂2份。
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)向水中加入石棉粉和海泡石粉,浸泡30min加热至回流状态保温处理15min,再加入木素纤维和松香,继续保温处理10min,即得物料I;
(2)将石蜡、聚氨酯和氧化聚乙烯充分混合,再加入丁晴橡胶和环氧大豆油,进行加热搅拌,先加热至120-140℃保温搅拌10min,然后继续加热至150-180℃保温搅拌5min,搅拌速度为400-500r/min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、活性炭、固化促进剂、改良剂,充分混合均匀后用搅拌机进行快速搅拌,搅拌速度为1000-1200r/min;
(4)将搅拌好的物料加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于15μm。
进一步的,所述改良剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
将土豆淀粉、玉米淀粉、木薯淀粉、麦麸、糯米粉、碱液、硼砂混合,将混合物进行打碎研磨处理,将研磨后的混合物进行加热,加热温度为120-150度,加热时间为20-30分钟,将加热好的混合物加入搅拌器中进行保温搅拌,搅拌速度为1200-1400r/min,保持温度为80-90度。

5.根据权利要求1或2所述的陶瓷坯料的粘合剂,其特征在于,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)向水中加入石棉粉和海泡石粉,浸泡30min加热至回流状态保温处理15min,再加入木素纤维和松香,继续保温处理10min,即得物料I;
(2)将石蜡、聚氨酯和氧化聚乙烯充分混合,再加入丁晴橡胶和环氧大豆油,进行加热搅拌,先加热至120-140℃保温搅拌10min,然后继续加热至150-180℃保温搅拌5min,搅拌速度为400-500r/min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、活性炭、固化促进剂、改良剂,充分混合均匀后用搅拌机进行快速搅拌,搅拌速度为1000-1200r/min;
(4)将搅拌好的物料加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于15μm。
6.根据权利要求3或4所述的陶瓷坯料的粘合剂,其特征在于,所述改良剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:将土豆淀粉、玉米淀粉、木薯淀粉、麦麸、糯米粉、碱液、硼砂混合,将混合物进行打碎研磨处理,将研磨后的混合物进行加热,加热温度为120-150度,加热时间为20-30分钟,将加热好的混合物加入搅拌器中进行保温搅拌,搅拌速度为1200-1400r/min,保持温度为80-90度。
