Abstract
本发明涉及一种黑猪使用的微生态发酵饲料及其制备方法。其制备方法是在丰富配方中饲料原料的同时,在其中添加由特定制备方法制备的发酵豆粕,并添加了植物提取物、微生态制剂和酶制剂等功能性物质。用本发明制备的发酵饲料饲喂猪只,可在促进猪只生长的同时,提高猪只免疫力,减少饲料中抗生素的使用,减少饲料成本,具有广阔的市场前景。

本发明涉及一种饲料,尤其是涉及一种黑猪使用的微生态发酵饲料及其制备方法,属于饲料领域。
背景技术
我国是世界上最大的养殖生产国之一,同时也是世界上饲料原料特别是蛋白质原料的需求大国,我国饲料工业生产中蛋白质饲料资源严重不足,鱼粉等高品质动物蛋白原料主要依赖国外进口,而目前全球性鱼类资源的日趋减少直接导致鱼粉价格直接上涨,这使得饲料生产企业将视线逐渐转向植物蛋白。豆粕作为一种质量稳定的植物蛋白原料,氨基酸种类和含量丰富,尤其是其它植物性饲料中比较缺乏的赖氨酸,其含量高达2.5%-2.8%,是一种优质的鱼粉替代品。但由于豆粕中抗营养因子(球蛋白抗原、植酸、单宁、脲酶等)的存在以及其适口性差等问题限制了豆粕的应用价值。目前,应用发酵技术处理豆粕,是有效提高豆粕品质的方法之一。发酵豆粕是指利用有益微生物发酵低值豆粕,去除多种抗营养因子,提高豆粕品质,最终提高配合饲料的质量。
中草药作为抗生素的替代品,因具有“安全、绿色、天然、副作用小”等特点已经在饲料中广泛应用。目前中草药在饲料中的添加形式主要以粉碎为主,有效成分浓度较低,用量较大,导致配合饲料的适口性受到影响。因此,通过对中草药进行粗提,提高中草药有效成分浓度,改善配合饲料适口性是一个较好的解决途径。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种黑猪使用的微生态发酵饲料及其制备方法。该发酵饲料配伍科学,集合了多种饲料原料的优点,确保了配合饲料营养的全面性。配方中添加了由特定发酵工艺制备的发酵豆粕,营养价值高,抗营养因子少,可替代猪料中的鱼粉,促进猪只生长,减少抗生素和化学合成类药物的使用。
本发明提供的技术方案如下:
一种黑猪使用的微生态发酵饲料及其制备方法,每100份由以下原料按重量份数组成:玉米15-20份,膨化玉米2-4份,大麦3-5份,小麦4-6份,发酵豆粕12-15份,豆粕12-15份,膨化豆粕3-5份,膨化大豆粉3-5份,DDGS10-12份,米皮糠16-18份,玉米皮1-2份,沸石粉0.5-0.8份,氯化钾0.01-0.02份,碳酸氢钠0.1-0.2份,石粉1.5-2份,磷酸氢钙0.8-1份,豆油0.5-0.8份,赖氨酸1-1.2份,氯化钠0.5-0.8份,氯化胆碱0.05-0.1份,丁酸钠0.01-0.03份,山梨酸钾

所述发酵豆粕的制备方法如下:
(1)将豆粕、豆皮和麸皮按重量比8:(0.5-1):(0.5-1)混合,粉碎过40目筛,得豆粕混合物;
(2)将丁香、山银花、土茯苓、大青叶和马齿苋按重量比3:(1-2):(2-3):(1-3):
(1-2)混合,粉碎过40目筛,得中草药混合物;
(3)将豆粕混合物和发酵液按固液比10:(1-3)的比例混合均匀,装入发酵罐中进行密闭发酵48-72h,得豆粕发酵物;
所述发酵液的制备方法:按复合发酵菌:葡萄糖:麦麸:蛋白胨:酵母膏:蒸馏水
=1:(3-5):(3-6):(5-8):(3-5):(75-85)比例进行混合,温度维持在35-38℃,搅拌25-40min,得发酵液;所述复合发酵菌由乳酸肠球菌菌粉、嗜酸乳杆菌菌粉、干酪乳杆菌菌粉、酿酒乳杆菌菌粉和德氏乳杆菌菌粉按重量比1:(1-3):(1-2):(1-3):(2-4)比例混合而成;其中乳酸肠球菌活菌数为2.3×107/g,嗜酸乳杆菌活菌数为1.5×106/g,干酪乳杆菌活菌数为1.8×108/g,酿酒乳杆菌活菌数为2.2×107/g,德氏乳杆菌活菌数为3.2×105/g;
(4)将步骤(2)得到的中草药混合物与步骤(3)得到的豆粕发酵物按重量比1:20-30混合,按固液比10:(1-2)加入发酵液,装入发酵罐中发酵12-24h;所述发酵液的制备方法与步骤(3)发酵液的制备方法相同;
(5)将步骤(4)发酵好的混合物烘干,使其水分低于13%,烘干温度为40-45℃,粉碎过40目筛,即得发酵豆粕。
所述植物提取物的制备方法如下:
(1)将威灵仙和厚朴叶分别干燥,粉碎,过40目筛,得威灵仙粉和厚朴叶粉;
(2)将威灵仙粉、厚朴叶粉、纤维素酶和果胶酶按重量比100:(100-300):(0.8-1):
(0.5-1)混合均匀,再按固液比1:(10-15)加入蒸馏水,浸泡3-5h,浸泡温度为35-40℃,过滤,取滤渣;
(3)将滤渣烘干,加入65-70%的甲醇,回流提取8-10h,提取温度为40-50℃,过滤,将滤液浓缩干燥,粉碎过40目筛,即得植物提取物。
所述微生态制剂由干酪乳杆菌菌粉、德氏乳杆菌菌粉、黑曲霉菌粉和短小芽孢杆
菌菌粉按重量比2:(1-3):(2-3):(1-2)混合而成;其中,干酪乳杆菌活菌数为1.4×106个/g,德氏乳杆菌活菌数为2.8×107个/g,黑曲霉活菌数为2.5×105个/g,短小芽孢杆菌活菌数为5.5×105个/g。
一种黑猪使用的微生态发酵饲料及其制备方法:将所述原料混合,制粒,打包即可。
有益效果
1、本发明配伍科学,集合了多种饲料原料的优点,确保了配合饲料营养的全面性,可促进猪只快速生长,提高饲料的利用率。2、发酵豆粕在发酵过程中添加了豆皮、麸皮和多种中草药,使豆粕在发酵时既保证了豆粕的有效发酵,降低了抗营养因子含量,又可减少豆粕中的营养物质由于发酵造成的损失。经过发酵之后,中草药的活性成分得到有效释放,从而提高利用率。3、通过在饲料中添加由本发明制造的发酵豆粕,可完全替代猪料中的鱼粉,大大降低了饲料的生产成本。4、本发明添加的微生态制剂可进一步提高发酵豆粕和发酵中草药的作用效果。

一种黑猪使用的微生态发酵饲料及其制备方法,每100份由以下原料按重量份数组成:玉米15份,膨化玉米3.5份,大麦5份,小麦4份,发酵豆粕12份,豆粕15份,膨化豆粕5份,膨化大豆粉5份,DDGS12份,米皮糠16份,玉米皮1份,沸石粉0.5份,氯化钾0.01份,碳酸氢钠0.1份,石粉1.5份,磷酸氢钙0.8份,豆油0.5份,赖氨酸1份,氯化钠0.5份,氯化胆碱0.05份,丁酸钠0.01份,山梨酸钾0.03份,预混料1.5份;预混料为每100份由以下成分按重量份数组成:植物提取物10份,微生态制剂5份,维生素A0.3份,维生素B10.3份,维生素B20.2份,维生素B60.2份,维生素E0.5份,D-泛酸钙0.1份,维生素D30.3份,氯化镁0.5份,硫酸亚铁1份,碘化钾0.5份,硫酸锰0.2份,硫酸锌1份,硫酸铜2份,酵母硒0.3份,β-葡聚糖酶0.1份,木聚糖酶0.1份,植酸酶0.2份,其余为载体,载体由花生壳和玉米芯1:1组成,花生壳和玉米芯预先粉碎过40目筛。

(1)将威灵仙和厚朴叶分别干燥,粉碎,过40目筛,得威灵仙粉和厚朴叶粉;
(2)将威灵仙粉、厚朴叶粉、纤维素酶和果胶酶按重量比100:100:0.8:0.5混合均匀,再按固液比1:10加入蒸馏水,浸泡3-5h,浸泡温度为35℃,过滤,取滤渣;
(3)将滤渣烘干,加入65%的甲醇,回流提取8h,提取温度为40℃,过滤,将滤液浓缩干燥,粉碎过40目筛,即得植物提取物。
所述微生态制剂由干酪乳杆菌菌粉、德氏乳杆菌菌粉、黑曲霉菌粉和短小芽孢杆

(3)将豆粕混合物和发酵液按固液比10:3的比例混合均匀,装入发酵罐中进行密闭发酵72h,得豆粕发酵物;
所述发酵液的制备方法:按复合发酵菌:葡萄糖:麦麸:蛋白胨:酵母膏:蒸馏水

所述发酵液的制备方法:按复合发酵菌:葡萄糖:麦麸:蛋白胨:酵母膏:蒸馏水
=1:4:5:6:4:80比例进行混合,温度维持在36℃,搅拌30min,得发酵液;所述复合发酵菌由乳酸肠球菌菌粉、嗜酸乳杆菌菌粉、干酪乳杆菌菌粉、酿酒乳杆菌菌粉和德氏乳杆菌菌粉按重量比1:2:1.5:2:3比例混合而成;其中乳酸肠球菌活菌数为2.3×107/g,嗜酸乳杆菌活菌数为1.5×106/g,干酪乳杆菌活菌数为1.8×108/g,酿酒乳杆菌活菌数为2.2×107/g,德氏乳杆菌活菌数为3.2×105/g;
(4)将步骤(2)得到的中草药混合物与步骤(3)得到的豆粕发酵物按重量比1:25混合,按固液比10:1.5加入发酵液,装入发酵罐中发酵18h;所述发酵液的制备方法与步骤(3)发酵液的制备方法相同;
(5)将步骤(4)发酵好的混合物烘干,使其水分低于13%,烘干温度为42℃,粉碎过40
目筛,即得发酵豆粕;所述植物提取物的制备方法如下:
(1)将威灵仙和厚朴叶分别干燥,粉碎,过40目筛,得威灵仙粉和厚朴叶粉;
(2)将威灵仙粉、厚朴叶粉、纤维素酶和果胶酶按重量比100:200:0.85:0.6混合均匀,再按固液比1:12加入蒸馏水,浸泡4h,浸泡温度为36℃,过滤,取滤渣;
(3)将滤渣烘干,加入68%的甲醇,回流提取9h,提取温度为45℃,过滤,将滤液浓缩干燥,粉碎过40目筛,即得植物提取物。
所述微生态制剂由干酪乳杆菌菌粉、德氏乳杆菌菌粉、黑曲霉菌粉和短小芽孢杆
菌菌粉按重量比2:2:2.5:1.5混合而成;其中,干酪乳杆菌活菌数为1.4×106个/g,德氏乳杆菌活菌数为2.8×107个/g,黑曲霉活菌数为2.5×105个/g,短小芽孢杆菌活菌数为5.5×105个/g。
一种发酵饲料的制备方法:将所述原料混合,制粒,打包即可。
试验例:试验选择双胞胎(集团)股份有限公司下属养殖场平均体重为(12.20±0.30)kg的健康仔猪160头,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复10头(公母各半),其中包括一个空白对照组和3个试验组。空白对照组为不添加发酵豆粕的普通日粮,其余3个试验组分别使用实例1-3的日粮配方。仔猪自由采食和饮水,按常规进行免疫及驱虫,试验期为25d,记录试验猪的日采食量,试验结束时结料并称重,计算日增重,日采食量、料重比和成活率。结果如下:

Claims (4)
1.一种黑猪使用的微生态发酵饲料及其制备方法,其特征在于每100份由以下原料按重量份数组成:玉米15-20份,膨化玉米2-4份,大麦3-5份,小麦4-6份,发酵豆粕12-15份,豆粕12-15份,膨化豆粕3-5份,膨化大豆粉3-5份,DDGS10-12份,米皮糠16-18份,玉米皮1-2份,沸石粉0.5-0.8份,氯化钾0.01-0.02份,碳酸氢钠0.1-0.2份,石粉1.5-2份,磷酸氢钙0.8-1份,豆油0.5-0.8份,赖氨酸1-1.2份,氯化钠0.5-0.8份,氯化胆碱0.05-0.1份,丁酸钠0.01-0.03份,山梨酸钾0.03-0.05份,预混料1.5-2份;预混料为每100份由以下成分按重量份数组成:植物提取物10-15份,微生态制剂5-8份,维生素A0.3-0.5份,维生素B10.3-0.5份,维生素B20.2-0.4份,维生素B60.2-0.4份,维生素E0.5-0.8份,D-泛酸钙0.1-0.4份,维生素D30.3-0.5份,氯化镁0.5-0.8份,硫酸亚铁1-3份,碘化钾0.5-1份,硫酸锰0.2-0.3份,硫酸锌1-3份,硫酸铜2-4份,酵母硒0.3-0.5份,β-葡聚糖酶0.1-0.3份,木聚糖酶0.1-0.3份,植酸酶0.2-0.4份,其余为载体,载体由花生壳和玉米芯1:1-3组成,花生壳和玉米芯预先粉碎过40目筛;
所述植物提取物的制备方法如下:
(1)将威灵仙和厚朴叶分别干燥,粉碎,过40目筛,得威灵仙粉和厚朴叶粉;
(2)将威灵仙粉、厚朴叶粉、纤维素酶和果胶酶按重量比100:(100-300):(0.8-1):
(0.5-1)混合均匀,再按固液比1:(10-15)加入蒸馏水,浸泡3-5h,浸泡温度为35-40℃,过滤,取滤渣;
(3)将滤渣烘干,加入65-70%的甲醇,回流提取8-10h,提取温度为40-50℃,过滤,将滤液浓缩干燥,粉碎过40目筛,即得植物提取物;
所述微生态制剂由干酪乳杆菌菌粉、德氏乳杆菌菌粉、黑曲霉菌粉和短小芽孢杆菌菌粉按重量比2:(1-3):(2-3):(1-2)混合而成;其中,干酪乳杆菌活菌数为1.4×106个
/g,德氏乳杆菌活菌数为2.8×107个/g,黑曲霉活菌数为2.5×105个/g,短小芽孢杆菌活菌数为5.5×105个/g。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种黑猪使用的微生态发酵饲料及其制备方法,其特征在于每100份由以下原料按重量份数组成:玉米18份,膨化玉米2.5份,大麦3.5份,小麦5份,发酵豆粕15份,豆粕14份,膨化豆粕3.5份,膨化大豆粉3份,DDGS10.5份,米皮糠16份,玉米皮1份,沸石粉0.5份,氯化钾0.01份,碳酸氢钠0.2份,石粉2份,磷酸氢钙1份,豆油0.8份,赖氨酸1.2份,氯化钠0.6份,氯化胆碱0.05份,丁酸钠0.01份,山梨酸钾0.03份,预混料1.6份;预混料为每100份由以下成分按重量份数组成:植物提取物12份,微生态制剂6份,维生素A0.4份,维生素B10.4份,维生素B20.3份,维生素B60.3份,维生素E0.6份,D-泛酸钙0.3份,维生素D30.4份,氯化镁0.6份,硫酸亚铁2份,碘化钾0.6份,硫酸锰0.25份,硫酸锌2份,硫酸铜3份,酵母硒0.4份,β-葡聚糖酶0.2份,木聚糖酶0.2份,植酸酶0.3份,其余为载体,载体由花生壳和玉米芯1:2组成,花生壳和玉米芯预先粉碎过40目筛;所述植物提取物的制备方法如下:
(1)将威灵仙和厚朴叶分别干燥,粉碎,过40目筛,得威灵仙粉和厚朴叶粉;
(2)将威灵仙粉、厚朴叶粉、纤维素酶和果胶酶按重量比100:200:0.85:0.6混合均匀,再按固液比1:12加入蒸馏水,浸泡4h,浸泡温度为36℃,过滤,取滤渣;
(3)将滤渣烘干,加入68%的甲醇,回流提取9h,提取温度为45℃,过滤,将滤液浓缩干燥,粉碎过40目筛,即得植物提取物;
所述微生态制剂由干酪乳杆菌菌粉、德氏乳杆菌菌粉、黑曲霉菌粉和短小芽孢杆菌菌粉按重量比2:2:2.5:1.5混合而成;其中,干酪乳杆菌活菌数为1.4×106个/g,德氏乳杆菌
活菌数为2.8×107个/g,黑曲霉活菌数为2.5×105个/g,短小芽孢杆菌活菌数为5.5×105个/g。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种黑猪使用的微生态发酵饲料及其制备方法,其特征在于所述发酵豆粕的制备方法如下:
(1)将豆粕、豆皮和麸皮按重量比8:(0.5-1):(0.5-1)混合,粉碎过40目筛,得豆粕混合物;
(2)将丁香、山银花、土茯苓、大青叶和马齿苋按重量比3:(1-2):(2-3):(1-3):
(1-2)混合,粉碎过40目筛,得中草药混合物;
(3)将豆粕混合物和发酵液按固液比10:(1-3)的比例混合均匀,装入发酵罐中进行密闭发酵48-72h,得豆粕发酵物;
所述发酵液的制备方法:按复合发酵菌:葡萄糖:麦麸:蛋白胨:酵母膏:蒸馏水=1:(3-5):(3-6):(5-8):(3-5):(75-85)比例进行混合,温度维持在35-38℃,搅拌25-40min,得发酵液;所述复合发酵菌由乳酸肠球菌菌粉、嗜酸乳杆菌菌粉、干酪乳杆菌菌粉、酿酒乳杆菌菌粉和德氏乳杆菌菌粉按重量比1:(1-3):(1-2):(1-3):(2-4)比例混合而成;其中乳酸肠球菌活菌数为2.3×107/g,嗜酸乳杆菌活菌数为1.5×106/g,干酪乳杆菌活菌数为1.8×108/g,酿酒乳杆菌活菌数为2.2×107/g,德氏乳杆菌活菌数为3.2×105/g;
(4)将步骤(2)得到的中草药混合物与步骤(3)得到的豆粕发酵物按重量比1:20-30混合,按固液比10:(1-2)加入发酵液,装入发酵罐中发酵12-24h;所述发酵液的制备方法与步骤(3)发酵液的制备方法相同;
(5)将步骤(4)发酵好的混合物烘干,使其水分低于13%,烘干温度为40-45℃,粉碎过40目筛,即得发酵豆粕。
4.根据权利要求2所述一种黑猪使用的微生态发酵饲料及其制备方法,其特征在于所述发酵豆粕的制备方法如下:
(1)将豆粕、豆皮和麸皮按重量比8:0.8:0.6混合,粉碎过40目筛,得豆粕混合物;
(2)将丁香、山银花、土茯苓、大青叶和马齿苋按重量比3:1.5:2.5:2:1.5混合,粉碎过
40目筛,得中草药混合物;
(3)将豆粕混合物和发酵液按固液比10:2的比例混合均匀,装入发酵罐中进行密闭发酵60h,得豆粕发酵物;
所述发酵液的制备方法:按复合发酵菌:葡萄糖:麦麸:蛋白胨:酵母膏:蒸馏水=1:4:5:6:4:80比例进行混合,温度维持在36℃,搅拌30min,得发酵液;所述复合发酵菌由乳酸肠球菌菌粉、嗜酸乳杆菌菌粉、干酪乳杆菌菌粉、酿酒乳杆菌菌粉和德氏乳杆菌菌粉按重量比1:2:1.5:2:3比例混合而成;其中乳酸肠球菌活菌数为2.3×107/g,嗜酸乳杆菌活菌数为1.5×106/g,干酪乳杆菌活菌数为1.8×108/g,酿酒乳杆菌活菌数为2.2×107/g,德氏乳杆菌活菌数为3.2×105/g;
(4)将步骤(2)得到的中草药混合物与步骤(3)得到的豆粕发酵物按重量比1:25混合,按固液比10:1.5加入发酵液,装入发酵罐中发酵18h;所述发酵液的制备方法与步骤(3)发酵液的制备方法相同;
(5)将步骤(4)发酵好的混合物烘干,使其水分低于13%,烘干温度为42℃,粉碎过40
目筛,即得发酵豆粕。
