本发明提供一种单双层服装用织唛,包括织唛主体、车缝边和切割边,所述织唛主体包括柔顺层、基布层和抗静电层,所述基布层包括表层基布和里层基布,所述表层基布由表经和表纬交织而成,所述里层基布由里经和里纬交织而成,所述抗静电层由接结经与表纬、里纬分别交织而成,所述车缝边由第一经线和第一纬线交织而成,所述第一经线和第一纬线交织成一上三下的斜纹组织,所述斜纹组织包括经组织点和纬组织点,所述纬组织点上设有防伪标志,所述车缝边两端设有切割边,所述切割边远离车缝边的一端设有若干根切割线。本发明一种单双层服装用织唛,具有防伪性、耐高温性、抗静电等多功能的特性,增加了与皮肤接触的舒适感,实用性强。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及服装配件领域,特别涉及一种单双层服装用织唛。
【背景技术】
织唛是织在衣服、裤子上面的,包含有文字、字母、LOGO图案的布标。服装厂、制衣厂、家纺厂在其生产、制造、加工或者销售服装、家纺时采用的,用于区别服装、家纺的来源,由文字、图形、字母、数字、三维标志、颜色组合,或者上述要素的组合,具有显著特征的标志,是现代经济的产物。
织唛是在织唛机上面,通过固定经纱,用纬纱表达文字、图形、字母、数字、三维标志、颜色组合等织出来的,具有高端,牢固,线条鲜明等特点。
现有的织唛一般只具有标志的功能,没有其他的特性,功能性单一,而且织唛被缝制在服装上接触皮肤,由于织唛表面的粗糙形容易与皮肤进行摩擦,引起皮肤的不适;织唛从机器上切割下来,由于不耐高温,经常出现卷边的现象而影响外观。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种单双层服装用织唛,具有防伪性、耐高温性、抗静电等多功能的特性,增加了与皮肤接触的舒适感,实用性强。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种单双层服装用织唛,包括织唛主体、车缝边和切割边,所述的织唛主体包括柔顺层、基布层和抗静电层,所述的基布层的上下两端设有均设有柔顺层,所述的基布层包括表层基布和里层基布,所述的表层基布由表经和表纬交织而成,所述的里层基布由里经和里纬交织而成,所述的表层基布和里层基布之间设有抗静电层,所述的抗静电层由接结经与表纬、里纬分别交织而成,所述的表经、里经和接结经的排列比为2:2:1,所述的表纬和里纬的排列比为1:1,所述的基布层的两端设有车缝边,所述的车缝边由第一经线和第一纬线交织而成,所述的第一经线和第一纬线交织成一上三下的斜纹组织,所述的斜纹组织包括经组织点和纬组织点,所述的纬组织点上设有防伪标志,所述的车缝边的两端设有切割边,所述的切割边远离车缝边的一端设有若干根切割线。
作为优选,所述的接结经为包芯纱,所述的包芯纱内设有导电纤维,所述的导电纤维的截面为椭圆。
作为优选,所述的表经和表纬交织成二上二下的重平组织,所述的里经和里纬交织成二上二下的重平组织,所述的重平组织的组织循环数为4,所述的每个循环的表纬和里纬均设有4根,所述的接结经分别与第2根表纬和第4根里纬交织。
作为优选,所述的表经、表纬和里经、里纬的表面均设有若干根凸出的绒毛,所述的绒毛的长度为0.2-0.5mm,所述的柔顺层为绒毛经熨烫平整而成的毛绒层,所述的柔顺层的厚度为0.2-0.4mm。
作为优选,所述的纬组织点设有若干个,所述的防伪标志设有若干个,所述的防伪标志包括真防伪标志和假防伪标志,所述的真防伪标志设有若干个不同图案的防伪标志,所述的假防伪标志设有若干个与真防伪标志不同图案的防伪标志,所述的真防伪标志与假防伪标志的数量比例为1:2或2:3或3:4中的一种。
作为优选,所述的切割边由第二经线和第二纬线交织而成,所述的第二经线和第二纬线交织成平纹组织,所述的切割线的细度大于第二经线和第二纬线,所述的切割线为包覆纱,所述的切割线内设有耐高温纤维,所述的切割线沿切割边的宽度方向延伸。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过设置表层基布和里层基布,在表层基布和里层基布之间设置抗静电层,有效的减少了服装的静电;设有的柔顺层提高了表面的柔软度,增加了与皮肤接触的舒适感;车缝边设有的防伪标志增加了仿制的难度,保护了品牌的声誉和厂商的利益;切割线的高温设置防止卷边影响外观及缝制。

通过采用上述技术方案,本发明设置表层基布121和里层基布122,增加了强度和抗拉性能,在表层基布121和里层基布122之间设置抗静电层13,抗静电层13由接结经131与表纬124、里纬126分别交织而成,与表层基布121和里层基布122形成一体式结构,在秋冬干燥的天气时服装易产生静电,穿着带有本发明的服装时,可先将本发明与墙面刮擦数分钟,通过本发明的抗静电层13将服装上的静电消除,有效的由于服装静电产生的潜在危害;在表经123、表纬124和里经125、里纬126的表面设有凸出的绒毛127,绒毛127经过熨烫形成舒适的柔顺层11,柔顺层11提高了表面的柔软度,增加了与皮肤接触时的舒适感,不用将本发明剪掉,减少了劳动消耗,利于服装的悬挂;车缝边2设有的防伪标志233分为真防伪标志2331和假防伪标志2332,通过设置多种不同图案的真防伪标志2331和与真防伪标志2331不同图案的假防伪标志2332,加大了仿造的难度,保护了品牌的声誉和厂商的利益;切割边3设置的平纹组织,增强了强度,防止拉扯受损和出现毛边,切割线31内设置的耐高温纤维防止卷边影响外观及缝制。本发明具有防伪性、耐高温性、抗静电等多功能的特性,增加了与皮肤接触的舒适感,实用性强。

1.一种单双层服装用织唛,其特征在于:包括织唛主体(1)、车缝边(2)和切割边(3),所述的织唛主体(1)包括柔顺层(11)、基布层(12)和抗静电层(13),所述的基布层(12)的上下两端设有均设有柔顺层(11),所述的基布层(12)包括表层基布(121)和里层基布(122),所述的表层基布(121)由表经(123)和表纬(124)交织而成,所述的里层基布(122)由里经(125)和里纬(126)交织而成,所述的表层基布(121)和里层基布(122)之间设有抗静电层(13),所述的抗静电层(13)由接结经(131)与表纬(124)、里纬(126)分别交织而成,所述的表经(123)、里经(125)和接结经(131)的排列比为2:2:1,所述的表纬(124)和里纬(126)的排列比为1:1,所述的基布层(12)的两端设有车缝边(2),所述的车缝边(2)由第一经线(21)和第一纬线(22)交织而成,所述的第一经线(21)和第一纬线(22)交织成一上三下的斜纹组织(23),所述的斜纹组织(23)包括经组织点(231)和纬组织点(232),所述的纬组织点(232)上设有防伪标志(233),所述的车缝边(2)的两端设有切割边(3),所述的切割边(3)远离车缝边(2)的一端设有若干根切割线(31)。
