Abstract
The invention provides a customized information automatic binding and collecting method, which is based on an MES system for automatic control and comprises the following implementation steps: 1) binding the serial number of the manufacturer with the serial number of the customer, and storing the serial number of the manufacturer and the serial number of the customer into an MES system; 2) scanning mainboard information, recording the mainboard MAC addresses into an MES system, automatically intercepting the first 12 bits of the MAC addresses by the MES system, and automatically checking the uniqueness of the customer serial numbers and the MAC addresses; 3) automatically extracting a MAC address corresponding table scanned within 24 hours by the MES system in a fixed time period every day, and automatically pushing a mail to a specified worker of a manufacturer to apply for an activation code; 4) activating the client customization system through the applied activation code; 5) and (4) checking through the MES system, and automatically prompting by the MES system when an exception exists. The method of the invention ensures that the whole production flow is simple and smooth.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of production processes, in particular to a customized information automatic binding and collecting method.
Background
Manufacturers provide customized production modes which are oriented to customer requirements in order to meet the customer requirements, and the customer requirements are variable, so that how to quickly realize the production without errors is required, and automatic fool-proofing measures are required to be adopted for control in the production process. For example, some OEM customers need to print related information such as serial numbers meeting customer rules, and also need to collect motherboard MAC addresses to apply for activation code activation systems, and these information needs to be unique, the common practice is to use excel form records, and label printers record and check whether labels are repeated, and formulators collect MAC addresses to apply for activation codes in the form of mails, because motherboard MAC address bar codes are two-in-one, two more bits are scanned out than the actual MAC addresses, and need to delete manually, and when checking, the serial numbers are checked to be correct according to serial number naming rules, and use the applied activation codes to activate the systems, the whole process is manually controlled, once a certain link has human errors or omissions, if not found and corrected in time, rework or customer complaints and cost loss will be caused.
Based on the method, a customized information automatic binding and collecting method is designed, manual control of the whole production flow is changed into MES automatic fool-proof control, the working efficiency is improved, and the cost loss is reduced.

whether the MAC address is repeated with a previously recorded MAC address;
whether the MAC address is 12 bits and is a combination of numbers and letters.
When the mainboard is replaced, the MAC address of the new mainboard needs to be scanned and updated to the MES system, and then steps 3), 4) and 5) are executed.

4) scanning the serial number of a manufacturer, displaying the scanning information and the applied activation code by the MES system, and checking the label by a checker according to the prompt so as to activate the customer-customized system by using the applied activation code;
5) and scanning the serial number of the manufacturer, displaying the scanning information by the MES system, scanning the serial number of the customer again for verification, indicating that the customized information of the customer customizing system is correct if the verification is passed, and automatically prompting by the MES system if the verification is not passed.
In step 5), the content checked by the MES system comprises:
whether the client serial number is duplicate with a previously recorded client serial number;
whether the client serial number meets 17 bits required by the client;
whether the first 6 bits of the scanned customer serial number label are consistent with the product internal code corresponding to the machine type used by the manufacturer.
