骨瓷最早产生于英国,因其造型独特、简洁明快,质地洁白而细腻,长期以来一直是各国贵族用瓷,是目前唯一世界上公认的高档瓷种。骨质瓷产生于英国的一个高档瓷种,距今已有300多年的历史。因其“薄如纸、透如镜、声如磬、白如玉”,瓷质细腻通透,器型美观典雅,彩面润泽光亮,花面多姿多彩的特点,成就了它洁白的质地和华贵的造型,兼有使用和艺术的双重价值,历史上是宫廷专用品和贵族收藏之珍品。
骨质瓷是以动物的骨炭、粘土、长石和石英为基本原料,经过高温素烧和低温釉烧两次烧制而成的一种瓷器。由于骨瓷是以光亮、细腻、通透为美,因此骨瓷坯料的质量决定骨瓷的质量。

一种骨瓷坯料,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
活性白土25-30份、竹炭纤维素12-15份、海泡石粉10-15份、活性炭8-11份、磷酸盐6-10份、水玻璃5-8份、纳米陶瓷粉5-8份、粘黏剂4-6份、聚丙烯酸钠3-5份、改良剂4-6份、石蜡1-3份,环氧大豆油5-10份,二硼化锆1-2份、水100-150份。
进一步的,上述骨瓷坯料,优选以下重量份数的原料制成:
活性白土28份、竹炭纤维素14份、海泡石粉13份、活性炭9份、磷酸盐8份、水玻璃7份、纳米陶瓷粉6份、粘黏剂5份、聚丙烯酸钠4份、改良剂5份、石蜡2份,环氧大豆油8份,二硼化锆2份、水125份。
进一步的,所述改良剂由以下重量份的组分构成:土豆淀粉5-10份,河蚌壳粉3-6份,珍珠粉2-4份,石英砂1-3份,滑石粉2-4份,硫磺1-3份,微晶蜡2-4份。
进一步的,所述改良剂优选以下重量份的组分构成:土豆淀粉8份,河蚌壳粉5份,珍珠粉3份,石英砂2份,滑石粉3份,硫磺2份,微晶蜡3份。
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将活性白土、竹炭纤维素、海泡石粉、活性炭、纳米陶瓷粉充分混合,进行搅拌加热,加热至90-100℃保温静置10min,加入环氧大豆油,再继续搅拌加热至120-130℃保温静置5min,即得物料I;
(2)向水中加入磷酸盐、水玻璃、聚丙烯酸钠、石蜡、二硼化锆均匀混合,浸泡30分钟,加热至回流状态保温处理15min,再加入粘黏剂,继续保温处理10min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、改良剂,充分混合均匀,加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于20μm;
(4)将打磨后的混合物加入搅拌机中进行搅拌加热,搅拌速度为600-800r/min,加热温度为120-150度;
(5)将搅拌后的混合物再加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于10μm,再经过干燥塑形,即形成坯料。
进一步的,所述改良剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:

(5)将搅拌后的混合物再加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于10μm,再经过干燥塑形,即形成坯料。;
进一步的,所述改良剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
将土豆淀粉、河蚌壳粉、珍珠粉、石英砂、滑石粉、硫磺、微晶蜡混合,搅拌均匀,进行加热,加热温度为120度,加热时间为20分钟,将加热好的混合物加入搅拌器中进行保温搅拌,搅拌速度为800r/min,保持温度为100度。
实施例2
一种骨瓷坯料,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
活性白土30份、竹炭纤维素15份、海泡石粉15份、活性炭11份、磷酸盐10份、水玻璃8份、纳米陶瓷粉8份、粘黏剂6份、聚丙烯酸钠5份、改良剂6份、石蜡3份,环氧大豆油10份,二硼化锆2份、水150份。
所述改良剂由以下重量份的组分构成:土豆淀粉10份,河蚌壳粉6份,珍珠粉4份,石英砂3份,滑石粉4份,硫磺3份,微晶蜡4份。
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)向水中加入活性白土、活性炭、石蜡、二硼化锆,浸泡30min加热至回流状态保温处理15min,再加入环氧大豆油,继续保温处理10min,即得物料I;
(2)将海泡石粉、水玻璃、纳米陶瓷粉充分混合,再加入竹炭纤维素和磷酸盐,先加热至80℃保温混合10min,然后继续加热至130℃保温混合5min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、粘黏剂、聚丙烯酸钠、改良剂,充分混合均匀,加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于20μm;
(4)将打磨后的混合物加入搅拌机中进行搅拌加热,搅拌速度为800r/min,加热温度为150度;
(5)将搅拌后的混合物再加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于10μm,再经过干燥塑形,即形成坯料。
进一步的,所述改良剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
将土豆淀粉、河蚌壳粉、珍珠粉、石英砂、滑石粉、硫磺、微晶蜡混合,搅拌均匀,进行加热,加热温度为150,加热时间为30分钟,将加热好的混合物加入搅拌器中进行保温搅拌,搅拌速度为1000r/min,保持温度为120度。
对照组1
一种骨瓷坯料,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
活性白土25份、竹炭纤维素12份、海泡石粉10份、活性炭8-份、磷酸盐6份、水玻璃5份、纳米陶瓷粉5份、粘黏剂4份、聚丙烯酸钠3份、石蜡1份,环氧大豆油5份,二硼化锆1份、水100份。
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)向水中加入活性白土、活性炭、石蜡、二硼化锆,浸泡30min加热至回流状态保温处理15min,再加入环氧大豆油,继续保温处理10min,即得物料I;
(2)将海泡石粉、水玻璃、纳米陶瓷粉充分混合,再加入竹炭纤维素和磷酸盐,先加热至70-80℃保温混合10min,然后继续加热至120-130℃保温混合5min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、粘黏剂、聚丙烯酸钠,充分混合均匀,加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于20μm;
(4)将打磨后的混合物加入搅拌机中进行搅拌加热,搅拌速度为600r/min,加热温度为120度;
(5)将搅拌后的混合物再加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于10μm,再经过干燥塑形,即形成坯料。
对照组2
一种骨瓷坯料,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
活性白土30份、竹炭纤维素15份、海泡石粉15份、活性炭11份、磷酸盐10份、水玻璃8份、纳米陶瓷粉8份、粘黏剂6份、聚丙烯酸钠5份、改良剂6份、石蜡3份,环氧大豆油10份,二硼化锆2份、水150份。
所述改良剂由以下重量份的组分构成:土豆淀粉10份,河蚌壳粉6份,珍珠粉4份,石英砂3份,滑石粉4份,硫磺3份,微晶蜡4份。
其制备方法包括如下步骤:

进一步的,所述改良剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
将土豆淀粉、河蚌壳粉、珍珠粉、石英砂、滑石粉、硫磺、微晶蜡混合,搅拌均匀,进行加热,加热温度为150,加热时间为30分钟。

本发明生产出来的骨瓷坯料,细腻度高,光滑,耐高温,牢固性强,以此制作的骨瓷细腻、光泽、品质高,是一种优质的骨瓷坯料。

1.一种骨瓷坯料,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:活性白土25-30份、竹炭纤维素12-15份、海泡石粉10-15份、活性炭8-11份、磷酸盐6-10份、水玻璃5-8份、纳米陶瓷粉5-8份、粘黏剂4-6份、聚丙烯酸钠3-5份、改良剂4-6份、石蜡1-3份,环氧大豆油5-10份,二硼化锆1-2份、水100-150份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的骨瓷坯料,其特征在于,上述骨瓷坯料,优选以下重量份数的原料制成:活性白土28份、竹炭纤维素14份、海泡石粉13份、活性炭9份、磷酸盐8份、水玻璃7份、纳米陶瓷粉6份、粘黏剂5份、聚丙烯酸钠4份、改良剂5份、石蜡2份,环氧大豆油8份,二硼化锆2份、水125份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的骨瓷坯料,其特征在于,所述改良剂由以下重量份的组分构成:土豆淀粉5-10份,河蚌壳粉3-6份,珍珠粉2-4份,石英砂1-3份,滑石粉2-4份,硫磺1-3份,微晶蜡2-4份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的骨瓷坯料,其特征在于,所述改良剂优选以下重量份的组分构成:土豆淀粉8份,河蚌壳粉5份,珍珠粉3份,石英砂2份,滑石粉3份,硫磺2份,微晶蜡3份。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的骨瓷坯料,其特征在于,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将活性白土、竹炭纤维素、海泡石粉、活性炭、纳米陶瓷粉充分混合,进行搅拌加热,加热至90-100℃保温静置10min,加入环氧大豆油,再继续搅拌加热至120-130℃保温静置5min,即得物料I;
(2)向水中加入磷酸盐、水玻璃、聚丙烯酸钠、石蜡、二硼化锆均匀混合,浸泡30分钟,加热至回流状态保温处理15min,再加入粘黏剂,继续保温处理10min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、改良剂,充分混合均匀,加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于20μm;
(4)将打磨后的混合物加入搅拌机中进行搅拌加热,搅拌速度为600-800r/min,加热温度为120-150度;
(5)将搅拌后的混合物再加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于10μm,再经过干燥塑形,即形成坯料。
6.根据权利要求3或4所述的骨瓷坯料,其特征在于,所述改良剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:将土豆淀粉、河蚌壳粉、珍珠粉、石英砂、滑石粉、硫磺、微晶蜡混合,搅拌均匀,进行加热,加热温度为120-150度,加热时间为20-30分钟,将加热好的混合物加入搅拌器中进行保温搅拌,搅拌速度为800-1000r/min,保持温度为100-120度。
