Description

Adsorption roller and equipment for processing lamellar products
Technical Field
The invention relates to a roller body, in particular to an adsorption roller with a suction hole on the roller surface. The invention also relates to a device for processing sheet-like products, such as rewinders, tissue folders in tissue machines.
Background
The adsorption roller is a roller body with a suction hole on the roller surface, and is widely applied to various sheet-shaped product processing mechanical equipment such as rewinder, paper towel folding machine and the like. In the existing adsorption roller, a fixed mandrel is arranged in a roller body, and two ends of the mandrel are coaxially connected with the roller body through bearings. The inside of the mandrel is provided with an air suction channel, the circumference of the mandrel is fixed with an air suction seat, the air suction seat is provided with an adsorption cavity, and one end of the adsorption cavity is communicated with the air suction channel in the mandrel, so that the adsorption cavity forms negative pressure. The other end of the adsorption cavity is tightly attached to the inner wall of the roller body. The suction holes on the roller surface penetrate through the wall surface of the roller body. Along with the rotation of the roller body, when the suction hole rotates to a position corresponding to the top cavity opening of the adsorption cavity, the suction hole is communicated with the adsorption cavity and the suction channel to form negative pressure, so that the suction hole is controlled to produce adsorption effect on materials close to the roller surface within a certain rotation angle range of the roller body.
However, the suction roll of the above-described structure has the following drawbacks: 1. the two ends of the mandrel are coaxially connected with the roller body through the bearings, so that the coaxiality requirement on the mandrel and the roller body is high, and the processing and assembly difficulties are increased; 2. the top of the air suction seat is always attached to the inner wall of the roller body, and the roller body is usually required to rotate at a high speed, so that serious heating is caused, and the defect that the inner wall of the roller body and the top of the air suction seat are worn at a high speed occurs; 3. the top of the suction seat is worn to cause air leakage, so that the adsorption force of the suction hole on the roller surface is obviously reduced; 4. in order to ensure the adsorption force of the air suction holes on the roller surface, the air suction seats which are easy to wear have to be frequently replaced, so that the production efficiency of the equipment is reduced, and the use and maintenance cost of the equipment is increased; 5. in order to ensure the adsorption force of the suction holes on the roll surface, the suction seat is required to be attached to the inner wall of the roll, but on the other hand, the suction seat is easy to wear due to the attachment to the inner wall of the roll body, so that the contradiction that the balance is difficult is formed.

Detailed Description
In order that the invention may be understood more fully, the invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. The drawings illustrate preferred embodiments of the invention. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. These embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.
It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may also be present.
Referring to fig. 1,2 and 3, the suction roll of the present invention comprises a roll 1, wherein the roll surface of the roll 1 is provided with a plurality of suction holes 2 penetrating through the roll surface, a plurality of suction elements 3 are arranged in the roll 1, and each suction element 3 is provided with a suction port 3a facing the inner wall of the roll 1. All getter elements 3 are mounted on the same support 4. The support 4 extends from the end of the roll 1 to the outside of the roll 1. An intake passage 5 is provided in the support 4, the intake passage 5 communicating with the intake port 3a of each of the intake elements 3. Each suction hole 2 on the roll surface can periodically pass through the suction opening 3a of one of the suction elements 3 as the roll 1 rotates relative to the suction element 3.
The roll 1 may be a single component or a component formed by combining a plurality of components. The shape, number and arrangement of the suction holes 2 on the roll surface are determined according to the actual requirements of the equipment to which the suction roll is mounted.
A radial position adjusting mechanism connected with the air suction element 3 is arranged outside the roller 1. The radial position adjustment mechanism of this embodiment is a pneumatic mechanism. The pneumatic element 6 of the pneumatic mechanism is connected with all the suction elements 3 through the supporting piece 4, and the pneumatic element 6 can drive the suction elements 3 to move so as to change the radial position of the suction elements 3 in the roller 1. The pneumatic elements 6 are preferably air cylinders, the piston rods of which are connected to the support 4, and when the air cylinders drive the piston rods to extend and retract, the piston rods drive all the suction elements 3 together through the support 4, so as to synchronously change the radial positions of all the suction elements 3 in the roller 1. With the variation of the radial position of the getter elements 3 inside the drum 1, the getter opening 3a of each getter element 3 can be either attached to the inner wall of the drum 1 as in fig. 3 or detached from the inner wall of the drum 1 as in fig. 4. When the suction port 3a of the suction element 3 is kept close to the inner wall of the roller 1 as shown in fig. 3, the suction hole 2 on the roller surface can be communicated with the suction channel 5 in the supporting piece 4 as shown in fig. 2 and 3 in the process of passing through the suction port 3a of the suction element 3, and the suction hole 2 forms suction therewith, so that the material close to the roller surface can be adsorbed, and the adsorption function of the adsorption roller is realized. When the suction function of the suction roll is not required, the suction port 3a of the suction element 3 is kept separate from the inner wall of the roll 1 as shown in fig. 4, and at this time, the suction hole 2 on the roll surface is separated from the suction port 3a by a certain distance as shown in fig. 4 in the process of passing through the suction port 3a of the suction element 3, and suction force is not formed in the suction hole 2.
The shape of the getter element 3 is not limited to the one shown in the drawings, and may be determined according to actual needs. In order to enhance the wear resistance of the getter element 3, the getter element 3 may be made of a wear resistant material, or a wear resistant material layer may be provided on the surface of the getter element 3 that is in contact with the inner wall of the drum 1. The wear resistant material may be, but is not limited to, graphite, plastic.
The support 4 of this embodiment is a circular tube, and the getter element 3 is fixed to the outer wall of the circular tube by means of screws 7. The shape of the support 4 is not limited to a round tube, and may be, for example, a square tube, and may be designed into various regular or irregular shapes according to actual needs. The support 4 may be a single component or a component formed by combining a plurality of components.
As an alternative, the support 4 may be free of suction channels 5, for example a solid tube, in which case a suction tube may be connected separately for each suction element 3, all of the suction tubes extending from the end of the drum 1 to the outside of the drum 1, so that there is no need to provide suction channels 5 in the support 4.
The manner in which the drum 1 rotates relative to the suction element 3 depends on the actual requirements of the equipment in which the suction roll is installed, and for example, it may be that only the suction element 3 is fixed, that only the drum 1 is rotated, that only the suction element 3 is rotated about the axis of the drum 1, and that both the suction element 3 and the drum 1 are simultaneously rotated at a certain speed difference.
As another embodiment, the radial position adjusting mechanism may also adopt a crank-slider mechanism, wherein a crank of the crank-slider mechanism is connected with the motor, and a slider of the crank-slider mechanism is connected with the supporting member 4 shown in fig. 1, thereby forming a connection relationship with all the air suction elements 3. The motor drives the crank to rotate, the crank drives the sliding block to linearly move, and the sliding block drives all the air suction elements (3) to move together through the supporting piece 4, so that the radial position of each air suction element 3 in the roller 1 is changed. The motor for driving the crank to rotate can adopt a servo motor.
As another embodiment, the radial position adjusting mechanism may also adopt a rack-and-pinion mechanism, the gear of which is connected to the motor, and the rack of which is connected to the support 4 shown in fig. 1, so as to be in connection with all the getter elements 3. The motor drives the gear to rotate, the gear drives the rack to linearly move, and the rack drives all the air suction elements (3) to move together through the supporting piece 4, so that the radial position of each air suction element 3 in the roller 1 is changed. The motor for driving the gear to rotate can adopt a servo motor.
As a preferred embodiment, the end of the roller 1 is provided with an opening 8. As shown in fig. 5, the aperture of the opening 8 is large enough so that the getter element 3 and the support 4 can be moved together from the opening 8 into and out of the interior of the drum 1. This facilitates the installation and maintenance of the getter element 3 and the support 4. The openings 8 may be provided at both ends of the drum 1 or may be provided at only one end of the drum 1.
An embodiment in which the suction roll shown in fig. 1 is applied to one apparatus is shown in fig. 6. The apparatus of fig. 6 is an apparatus for processing sheet-like products, and may be, for example, a rewinder for winding paper into a roll, or a paper towel folder, and the suction roll of fig. 1 may be, accordingly, a rewinder roll, or a paper towel folder roll. As shown in fig. 6, the support bearing 9 of the suction roll is mounted on the frame 10 of the apparatus and is sleeved on the outer wall of the roll drum 1 of the suction roll, and the pneumatic element 6 in the radial position adjusting mechanism is mounted on the frame 10 of the apparatus. If a pneumatic element 6 is used with a cylinder, the piston rod of the cylinder may be slidably connected to the frame 10.
The above examples illustrate only a few embodiments of the invention, which are described in detail and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and improvements can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention. The protection scope of the patent of the invention shall be subject to the appended claims.
