Abstract

The copyright protection device based on the block chain technology provided by this embodiment writes the acquired copyright information of the works into a block chain in a packaging manner, and issues the copyright information to a network; after receiving an authorization request sent by a requester, extracting corresponding copyright information from the block chain according to the copyright of the work requested in the authorization request, forming authorization information based on the copyright information and feeding back the authorization information to the requester, packaging and writing the authorization information into the block chain, and issuing the authorization information to a network; the copyright verification request sent by the third party is received, and the copyright information and the authorization information corresponding to the works are fed back to the requesting party according to the works requested to be verified in the copyright verification request for verification by the requesting party, so that the characteristics of unforgeability, untrustworthy, openness and transparency, and long-term effectiveness of the block chain are utilized, and the efficient processing process of ensuring, using and maintaining the rights of the works is facilitated.

Fig. 5 is a block chain technology based copyright protection apparatus of the second embodiment of the present invention, which can be used to execute the method steps shown in fig. 3. As shown in fig. 5, the structure and function of fig. 4 are further provided with: a validation identity feedback module 450 and an infringement information in-chain module 460, wherein:
the copyright information chaining module 410 is further configured to, after obtaining the copyright information of a work, obtain a timestamp as a validation start time of the corresponding copyright of the work, and store the timestamp in association with the copyright information in the blockchain.
The verification flag feedback module 450 is configured to, after determining that the authorization information is issued to the copyright requestor, issue an authorization verification flag to the requestor, and present the verification flag when the requestor displays the content of the work, so that a reviewer can view the copyright ownership of the work.
Further, the authorization verification mark may comprise a digital identification code or a two-dimensional code,
the copyright ownership of the work is viewed by the reviewer through the authorized verification identifier, which comprises:
inputting a digital identification code or a two-dimensional code into a designated information inquiry platform, reading the copyright information and the authorization information of the corresponding work, comparing the information with the copyright information and the authorization information of the same work recorded in a block chain, and confirming whether a party showing the work has the use right of the work.
And the infringement information entry chain module is used for acquiring infringement description information of the corresponding works, packaging and writing the infringement description information into the block chain and issuing the block chain to a network if it is determined that the party showing the works has infringement behavior after the copyright attribution of the works is checked through the authorization verification identifier.
The copyright protection apparatus based on the blockchain technology of the present embodiment further uses a timestamp to further define the effective start time and the authorized time of the copyright based on the structural function shown in fig. 4; in the authorization process, an authorization verification identifier is issued to a copyright user, so that a reviewer can conveniently check the copyright information and the authorization information of the works shown by the user, and the copyright behavior of the user can be conveniently managed; recording the infringement behavior of the user in the use right, writing the infringement behavior into the block chain in the form of infringement description information, and mastering the infringement behavior in time and maintaining the legal right of the legal user.

Based on the copyright protection logic based on the block chain technology, the scheme also provides a system for processing the logic. As shown in fig. 6, the copyright protection system based on the blockchain technology provided for the embodiment of the present invention includes a plurality of service nodes 610 and a plurality of blockchain maintenance nodes 620, each service node 610 is communicatively connected to at least one blockchain maintenance node 620, each blockchain maintenance node 620 is communicatively connected to each other,
the service node 610 is configured to: receiving various service requests about copyright maintenance initiated by a user, sending key information of a block chain to be written, which is related in the service requests, to the block chain maintenance node 620, and/or initiating a query request of the block chain information to the block chain maintenance node 620;
blockchain maintenance node 620 is configured to: and packaging and writing the received key information into the block chain, broadcasting the block chain to other block chain maintenance nodes 620, and/or feeding back block chain information to the service node 610 according to a query request.
The main function of the service node 610 is to interact with the user side, process various requests and feed back related information; the main functions of blockchain maintenance node 620 are to perform processing and maintenance operations on the blockchain, including writing information to the blockchain and reading information from the blockchain.
Further, each blockchain maintenance node 620 may also have the same service processing operation function as the service node 610, i.e. interaction with the user side, processing various requests and feeding back related information.
Further, the copyright maintenance service may include as shown in fig. 1: copyright validation service, usage authorization service, and copyright infringement maintenance service. The specific processing procedure of each service link can be seen in the method embodiments shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3.
It should be noted here that the service node 610 is distinguished from the function of the blockchain maintenance node 620, so as to facilitate distributed deployment and management of the processing flow of each node in the system. The processing node mentioned in fig. 2 and fig. 3 may be the service node 610 or the blockchain maintenance node 620 in this embodiment, but the processing node performing relevant operations on the blockchain is only referred to as the blockchain maintenance node 620 in this embodiment.
The copyright protection system based on the blockchain technology of the embodiment includes a plurality of service nodes and a plurality of blockchain maintenance nodes, the service nodes and the blockchain maintenance nodes can be connected in a communication manner, the service nodes are responsible for processing various requests submitted by users about copyright protection and feeding back related information according to the requests, and the blockchain maintenance nodes are responsible for processing and maintaining blockchains. Each node in the system is clearly divided into work, and the normal operation of each business link in the copyright is maintained.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that each embodiment can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware. With this understanding in mind, the above-described technical solutions may be embodied in the form of a software product, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium such as ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk, etc., and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute the methods described in the embodiments or some parts of the embodiments.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
Claims (14)
1. A copyright protection method based on block chain technology is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring copyright information of a work, packaging and writing the copyright information into a block chain, and publishing the block chain to a network;
receiving an authorization request sent by a requester, extracting corresponding copyright information from the block chain according to the copyright of the work requested in the authorization request, and forming authorization information based on the copyright information and the received authorization request and feeding back the authorization information to the requester;
packaging and writing the authorization information into a block chain, and issuing the block chain to a network; the authorization information includes: copyright information and authorization description information of the authorized works;
receiving a copyright verification request sent by a third party, and feeding back copyright information and authorization information corresponding to the works to the requesting party according to the works requested to be verified in the copyright verification request for the requesting party to check.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the copyright information comprises: work content and copyright description information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining copyright information for a work is,
receiving copyright information formed based on the completed works submitted by any one of an original author, a copyright bureau and a publishing and issuing medium, wherein the copyright information also comprises an identity label of a submitter.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
after acquiring the copyright information of the work, acquiring a time stamp as the effective starting time of the corresponding copyright of the work, and storing the time stamp and the copyright information into a block chain in an associated manner.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
after determining that the authorization information is sent to the copyright requester, sending an authorization verification identifier to the requester, wherein the authorization verification identifier is used for being shown when the requester shows the content of the work so that a reviewer can view the copyright attribution of the work.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the authorization verification identifier comprises a digital identification code or a two-dimensional code,
the method for the reviewer to view the copyright attribution of the work through the authorization verification mark comprises the following steps:
and inputting the digital identification code or the two-dimensional code on a designated information inquiry platform, reading the copyright information and the authorization information of the corresponding work, comparing the information with the copyright information and the authorization information of the same work recorded in the block chain, and confirming whether the party showing the work has the use right of the work.
7. The method of claim 5 or 6, further comprising:
and if it is determined that the party showing the works has infringement after the copyright attribution of the works is checked through the authorization verification mark, acquiring infringement description information of the corresponding works, packaging and writing the infringement description information into a block chain, and publishing the block chain to a network.
8. A copyright protection apparatus based on a block chain technique, comprising:
the copyright information chaining module is used for acquiring the copyright information of the works, packaging and writing the copyright information into a block chain, and publishing the block chain to a network;
the authorization information feedback module is used for receiving an authorization request sent by a requester, extracting corresponding copyright information from the block chain according to the copyright of the works requested in the authorization request, and forming authorization information based on the copyright information and the received authorization request to feed back the authorization information to the requester;
the authorization information chaining module is used for packaging and writing the authorization information into a block chain and publishing the block chain to a network; the authorization information includes: copyright information and authorization description information of the authorized works;
the copyright information checking module receives a copyright checking request sent by a third party, and feeds back the copyright information and the authorization information corresponding to the work to the requesting party according to the work requested to be checked in the copyright checking request so as to be checked by the requesting party.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the copyright information comprises: work content and copyright description information.
10. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the copyright information chaining module obtaining copyright information for a work comprises:
receiving copyright information formed based on the completed works submitted by any one of an original author, a copyright bureau and a publishing and issuing medium, wherein the copyright information also comprises an identity label of a submitter.
11. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the copyright information chaining module is further configured to,

and the verification identifier feedback module is used for issuing an authorization verification identifier to the request party after determining that the authorization information is issued to the copyright request party, and is used for presenting the verification identifier when the request party displays the content of the works so as to enable a consultant to check the copyright attribution of the works.
13. The apparatus of claim 12, wherein the authorization verification identifier comprises a digital identification code or a two-dimensional code,
the method for the reviewer to view the copyright attribution of the work through the authorization verification mark comprises the following steps:
