Abstract
The invention provides a straddle type monorail train and a single traction rod type bogie thereof, which are characterized by comprising a square frame body (7) and wheel shafts positioned in the middle of the frame body (7), wherein guide wheel mounting seats are fixedly connected to four corners of the frame body (7), the number of the wheel shafts is one, and running wheels (6) are arranged on the wheel shafts. Compared with a double-shaft bogie adopted by the traditional straddle-type monorail train, the single-traction-rod bogie provided by the invention is light in weight and small in size, and is more beneficial to the straddle-type monorail train to smoothly pass through a track with a small radius curve.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of monorail trains, in particular to a straddle type monorail train and a single traction rod type bogie thereof.
Background
At present, the bogie adopted by the straddle type monorail train is usually a double-shaft bogie, and comprises four running wheels, two running wheels are arranged side by side in front of and behind the bogie, the bogie is difficult to pass through smoothly for smaller turning radius, along with the reduction of available space of a city, higher requirements are provided for planning monorail, and the development requirements of the city are difficult to be met through the monorail train with small radius curves more and more, so that the problem of how to enable the straddle type monorail train to pass through the track with the small radius curves smoothly is solved by the technical problem to be solved urgently by the technicians in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a straddle-type monorail train and a single-traction-rod-type bogie thereof, which are light in weight and small in size, and by which the straddle-type monorail train can pass through a track with a small radius curve more smoothly.

Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic layout diagram of a single-traction-rod bogie of a straddle-type monorail train according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes a frame body 7 in a shape of a Chinese character kou, guide wheel mounting seats (not labeled in the figure) are fixedly connected to four corners of the frame body 7, wheel shafts (not shown in the figure) are positioned in the middle of the frame body 7, the number of the wheel shafts is one, and running wheels 6 are mounted on the wheel shafts.
By designing the framework body 7 into a square shape and installing only one wheel axle in the framework body 7, compared with the traditional double-shaft bogie, the single-traction-rod bogie provided by the invention has the characteristics of light weight and small volume, and is more beneficial to the straddle type monorail train to smoothly pass through the track with a small radius curve.
As shown in fig. 1, the guide wheels 12 are mounted on guide wheel mounting seats at four corners of the frame body 7, the two sides of the frame body 7 extend downwards to form stabilizing wheel mounting seats, the stabilizing wheels 11 are mounted on the stabilizing wheel mounting seats, the guide wheel mounting seats are generally detachably connected with the frame body 7, and the stabilizing wheel mounting seats are generally welded with the frame body 7.
Example two
Referring to fig. 1, in the first embodiment, the number of running wheels 6 is two, and the second embodiment is different from the first embodiment only in that the number of running wheels 6 is different, and in the second embodiment, the number of running wheels 6 is one.
In a specific practical application, the running wheel 6 is generally a nitrogen-filled tubeless rubber tire.
Example III
Referring to fig. 1, in the first embodiment, the axle is in a cantilever structure, and in the third embodiment, the axle is in a simply supported structure, which is different from the first embodiment only in the structural form of the axle.
In the above embodiments, the driving device 5 and the foundation brake device 4 may be provided on one side of the frame body 7, and the rubber hourglass spring 9 may be provided on the other side opposite to the driving device 5 and the foundation brake device 4, as shown in fig. 1.
The rubber hourglass spring 9 can transmit vertical load as well as transverse load, and in order to improve the transverse stability of the single-traction-rod bogie, two transverse shock absorbers 8 can be respectively arranged on two sides of the framework 7, and the two transverse shock absorbers 8 are arranged in the diagonal direction of the framework 7, as shown in fig. 1. In order to improve the vertical stability of the single-traction-rod bogie, one vertical damper 10 may be provided on each side of the frame body 7, and two vertical dampers 10 may be disposed in a diagonal direction of the frame body 7, which is staggered with respect to the two lateral dampers 8.
The single traction rod type bogie provided by the invention has only one wheel axle, so that the single traction rod type bogie belongs to an unstable structure in a vertical plane, namely, when the single traction rod type bogie is singly placed on a track beam, the single traction rod type bogie can not stably work by virtue of the structure, the single traction rod type bogie can be a stable structure only by virtue of the restraint of a vehicle body after the whole vehicle is assembled, and when wheel circumference traction force or braking force acting on a running wheel is generated between wheel tracks, the traction force or the braking force can also generate a turning moment for leading a point head to the framework 7, in order to lead the single traction rod type bogie to stably move forwards, a balance rod 3 and a traction rod 2 for connecting the vehicle body can be arranged at one end of the framework 7, as shown in fig. 1, the balance rod 3 and the traction rod 2 are arranged in parallel and are positioned in the same vertical plane with the center line of the framework 7, the position of the balance rod 3 is higher than the axis of the wheel axle, and the position of the traction rod 2 is lower than the axis of the wheel axle, so that when the single traction rod type bogie is acted on by traction force or braking force, enough acting force is generated in the balance rod 3 to balance (or braking force) to cause the turning moment, and the point head movement of the framework 7 is restrained.
Referring to fig. 1, for safety, a travel auxiliary wheel (not shown) may be provided at the other end of the frame body 7 opposite to the balance bar 3 and the traction bar 2, and the travel auxiliary wheel is generally a solid wheel, for example, a cast aluminum wheel core and a urethane rubber structure may be used.
The invention also provides a straddle-type monorail train, which comprises the single traction rod type bogie disclosed by the embodiment. The single-traction-rod-type bogie disclosed in the above embodiment has the above technical effects, so that the straddle-type monorail train with the single-traction-rod-type bogie also has the above technical effects, and is not described herein again.
