Abstract
The invention relates to a brush holder, a brush assembly and a motor. The brush holder comprises a brush holder body, wherein the brush holder body is provided with an upper surface and a lower surface opposite to the upper surface; the brush holder body is provided with a first through hole, and the first through hole penetrates from the upper surface to the lower surface; the brush cylinder is used for containing the electric brush, is arranged on the upper surface of the brush holder body and protrudes out of the upper surface of the brush holder body. The brush holder body and the brush cylinder are made of insulating materials, and the brush holder body and the brush cylinder are integrally formed, so that the brush cylinder and the brush can be prevented from being blocked due to the difference of expansion coefficients, rust prevention can be realized, the service life is long, and the use is more convenient. Technical Field
The invention relates to a brush holder, a brush assembly and a motor.
Background
Brush motors are a common driving means. The brush motor has longer application history and relatively mature technology. The structure of the common brush motor is basically shaped, and the improvement is not easy. However, with the increase of application fields, new requirements, such as miniaturization, are continuously put on the structure of the motor. The brush assembly is an important component of a brushed motor and its size also relates to the overall size of the motor. The reduced size of the brush assembly tends to reduce the overall size of the motor. However, it is not easy to change the size of the brush motor. The brushes are arranged in brush barrels of the brush holders, and the brush barrels are generally made of metal materials. Because the brush and the brush cylinder are made of conductive materials, but the electric potentials of the brush and the brush cylinder are different, the electric corrosion can be caused in the using process, and the service lives of the brush cylinder and the brush are reduced. In the process of electrifying and using, the electric brush is easy to generate heat and has higher temperature, and the brush barrel of the metal material and the electric brush have different expansion coefficients, so that the electric brush and the brush barrel are easy to be blocked, and the normal use of the electric brush is influenced. Each brush motor is typically provided with a plurality of brushes, each two of which are electrically connected in a group by brush connection wires. Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings and examples:
As shown in fig. 1,2, 3 and 4, the brush assembly 100 includes a brush holder 10, two or more brushes 20, and a brush connection wire 30. The brush holder 10 includes a holder body 11. The brush holder body 11 is circular in shape, and has an upper surface 12 and a lower surface 13 opposite to the upper surface 12. The brush holder body 11 is provided with a first through hole 14, and the first through hole 14 penetrates from the upper surface 12 to the lower surface 13. The first through hole 14 is located at the center of the brush holder body 11. The brush holder body 11 is further provided with a plurality of groups of second through holes 15. The second through hole 15 penetrates from the upper surface 12 to the lower surface 13. The number of the second through holes 15 in each group is two, and the second through holes are arranged at intervals. In the example shown in the figures, there are four groups of eight second through holes 15. The upper surface 12 of the brush holder body 11 is provided with a plurality of first support columns 16, and the first support columns 16 protrude from the upper surface 12 of the brush holder body 11. Each first support column 16 is located between two second through holes 15 in the same group. The first support column 16 is provided with a third through hole 17.
At least one brush tube 18 is provided on the upper surface 12 of the brush holder body 11, and the brush tube 18 protrudes from the upper surface 12 of the brush holder body 11. The brush pot 18 is used to house a brush 20. The brush holder body 11 and the brush tube 18 are made of insulating materials and are integrally formed. In the example shown in the drawing, four brush cartridges 18 are provided on the brush holder body 11, and are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction. The brush holder body 11 is further provided with a plurality of second support columns 44 on the upper surface 12.
The lower surface 13 of the brush holder body 11 is provided with a recess 19, which recess 19 is arranged around or semi-around the first through hole 14. In the example shown in the figures, the number of grooves 19 is two.
The brush assembly 100 of the present invention further includes a brush 20, a brush connection wire 30, and an adapter 31. The brush 20 is disposed within the brush pot 18 and is movable. The brush 20 is connected to a braid 21. One end of the braid 21 is connected to the brush 20, and the other end is connected to the connection terminal 22. In the example shown in the drawing, the connection terminal 22 is in a sheet shape. The adapter 31 has a U-shaped structure. The adapter 31 passes through the two second through holes 15 in the same group to clamp the first support column 16. The connection terminal 22 is juxtaposed and in contact with the adapter 31, and the fastener 25 passes through the third through hole 17 to fix the connection terminal 22, the adapter 31 and the first support column 16 so that the connection terminal 22 is electrically connected with the adapter 31. In the example shown in the figures, four adapters 31 are provided in total, each adapter 31 being electrically connected to one brush tail 21 via one connection terminal 22. The lower surface 13 of the brush holder body 11 is provided with two brush connection lines 30, each brush connection line 30 being disposed in one of the grooves 19. Both ends of each brush connection wire 30 are electrically connected with two adapters 30, respectively. Each brush connection wire 30 electrically connects the two brushes 20 through the adapter 31, the connection terminal 22 and the braid 21.
The brush holder body 11 is provided with a torsion spring 40, and the torsion spring 40 is provided with a circular ring section 41 and a force arm 42. The ring segment 41 is sleeved on the second support column 44. The arm 42 bears against the brush 20; the brush 20 moves to change the elastic force of the arm 42. The body of the arm 42 is more than half the length. The extension line of the main body part of the arm 42 passes through the center of the circle of the ring segment 41 or is parallel to the radial direction of the ring segment 41. The end of the arm 42 is provided with a bent section 43 towards the brush 20. The bent section 43 abuts against the brush 20, so that the arm 42 can always abut against the brush 20 during the movement of the brush 20 due to wear.
In the present invention, the connecting terminal and the brush connecting wire are electrically connected by the adaptor, and the above embodiment is not limited to the structure of the adaptor, and the adaptor may have a plate-like, sheet-like, rod-like or other special-shaped structure, so long as the adaptor can electrically connect the connecting terminal and the brush connecting wire, more preferably, the adaptor can electrically connect the brush connecting wire on the lower surface and the connecting terminal on the upper surface respectively through the brush holder body, and is convenient to mechanically connect to the brush holder body.
The brush attachment in the present invention is provided so as to be entirely located on the lower surface in the above-described embodiment. According to the invention, the brush connecting wire is only required to be positioned on the lower surface by more than half of the length, so that the volume of the brush assembly can be reduced.
In the present invention, the fasteners 25 may take any useful form, such as screws, rivets, pins, etc.
The brush holder body and the brush cylinder are made of insulating materials, and the brush holder body and the brush cylinder are integrally formed, so that the brush cylinder and the brush can be prevented from being blocked due to the difference of expansion coefficients, rust prevention can be realized, the service life is long, and the use is more convenient. The brush cylinder and the brush connecting wire are respectively arranged on the upper surface and the lower surface of the brush holder body, so that the space of the brush holder body can be fully utilized, and the overall size of the brush assembly is reduced. The lower surface of the brush holder body is provided with the groove for accommodating the brush connecting wire, the brush connecting wire can be prevented from protruding out of the lower surface of the brush holder body, the size of the brush assembly can be further reduced, and through calculation, the size of the brush assembly can be reduced by more than 20%. The brush braid is connected with the brush connecting wire through the connecting terminal and the adapter, and all parts can be manufactured respectively, so that the production is convenient and the requirement on the die is low. After each part is produced respectively, the assembly is more convenient. Two second through holes and a first support column are arranged, the U-shaped adapter can be conveniently installed on the brush holder body, and the installation is firmer. The first support column is arranged, the connecting terminal and the adapter are connected by the fastener, so that the assembly is convenient, and the maintenance and the replacement are convenient. The force arm extension line of the torsion spring points to the circle center of the circular ring section or is parallel to the radial direction, so that the force applied by the force arm to the electric brush can change the pressure value of the torsion spring to the electric brush by less than 50% in the whole abrasion process of the electric brush, and the pressure change value of the traditional torsion spring is more than 75%.

The electric brush assembly is characterized by comprising more than two electric brushes, an electric brush frame, an electric brush connecting wire and an adapter; the brush holder includes: a brush holder body having an upper surface and a lower surface opposite to the upper surface; the brush holder body is provided with a first through hole, and the first through hole penetrates from the upper surface to the lower surface; the brush cylinder is used for accommodating the electric brush, is arranged on the upper surface of the brush holder body and protrudes out of the upper surface of the brush holder body; each brush is arranged in one brush cylinder; the two brushes are in a group, and the two brushes in the same group are electrically connected through a brush connecting wire; the length of the brush connecting wire exceeding half is positioned on the lower surface of the brush holder body; two ends of the brush connecting wire are respectively and electrically connected with two brushes in the same group; the adapter is arranged on the brush holder body and penetrates through the brush holder body; one end of the adapter is connected with the brush connecting wire, and the other end of the adapter is electrically connected with the brush; the upper surface of the brush holder body is provided with a first support column which protrudes out of the upper surface of the brush holder body; the adapter piece penetrates from the lower surface of the brush holder body to the upper surface of the brush holder body and protrudes out of the upper surface of the brush holder body; the adapter is connected with the first support column.
2. The brush assembly of claim 1, further comprising a brush braid having one end connected to the brush and another end electrically connected to the adapter; the brush connecting wire is electrically connected with the brush through the brush braid and the adapter.
3. The brush assembly of claim 2, wherein the other end of the brush braid is provided with a connection terminal, the connection terminal being electrically connected to the adapter, the brush braid being electrically connected to the adapter through the connection terminal.
4. The brush assembly of claim 1, wherein the adapter is a U-shaped structure and the connector clamps the first support post.
5. The brush assembly of claim 4, wherein the brush holder body is provided with second through holes, each two of the second through holes being a set of spaced apart holes; the first support columns are arranged between the two second through holes in the same group; the U-shaped adapter penetrates through the brush frame body from the two second through holes in the same group.
6. The brush assembly of claim 5, wherein the second through hole extends from the upper surface of the brush holder body to the lower surface; the second through hole is arranged on one side of the first support column.
7. The brush assembly of claim 1, wherein the adapter is connected to the first support post by a fastener.
8. The brush assembly of claim 1, wherein the brush holder body lower surface is provided with a groove disposed around or semi-around the first through hole; the brush connecting wire main body is arranged in the groove.
9. The brush assembly of claim 1, wherein the brush holder body is provided with a torsion spring having a circular ring section and a moment arm that abuts the torsion spring; the elastic force of the force arm is changed when the electric brush moves; the extension line of the main body part of the force arm passes through the circle center of the circular ring section or is parallel to the radial direction of the circular ring section.
10. The brush assembly of claim 1, wherein the first support post is provided with a third through hole.
