At present, the common mode for producing cigarettes in the tobacco industry is to shred tobacco leaves, wrap and form cigarette paper and connect cigarette filter rods for preparing the cigarettes. The production technology is mature, the production speed is high, and the method is a universal method for producing conventional cigarettes at home and abroad.
The tobacco shreds of each finished cigarette are generally formed by shredding, mixing and mixing dozens of tobacco leaves with different specifications, and the tobacco shreds are different in length and shape and have certain crimpness, so that the mixing and mixing process cannot meet the requirement of uniform mixing. Therefore, the tobacco shred formulas of each cigarette in the finished product cigarette are inconsistent in a strict sense, so that the quality stability of the cigarettes is difficult to meet, and the homogenization of the product cannot be ensured, which is a great problem bothering the tobacco industry.
The cigarette prepared by disordered wrapping of the tobacco shreds with the cigarette paper has the disadvantages of poor roundness and low hardness of the cigarette due to the tobacco shred dropping phenomenon which is difficult to avoid after the tobacco shreds are cut due to inconsistent quality, so that poor experience feeling is brought to consumers.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defect of unstable quality of cigarette products in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a preparation method of homogeneous cigarettes with high homogenization, good stability, high hardness and good combustion performance; overcomes the defects of unstable quality, cut shred falling and empty head of the existing cigarette.

2) preparing tobacco particle round bars by adopting a tobacco particle round bar forming device;

the mold comprises a cylindrical inner cavity;
a heater is arranged at one end, close to the extruder, of the periphery of the die, and a cooler is arranged at the other end of the periphery of the die;
adding a hot melt adhesive on the surfaces of the tobacco particles, continuously feeding the tobacco particles with the hot melt adhesive on the surfaces into an extruder through a feeder, pressing the tobacco particles into one end of a cylindrical inner cavity of a die under the extrusion action of the extruder, and continuously extruding the tobacco particles from the other end of the cylindrical inner cavity of the die to obtain tobacco particle round bars after heating, heat preservation and cooling in sequence;
3) and the tobacco particle round bar is wrapped by cigarette paper, cut and molded and then compounded with the filter stick to obtain the tobacco particle round bar.
Aiming at the defects that the conventional cigarette preparation process has different cut tobacco lengths and shapes and certain crimpness and the conventional mixing and mixing process is difficult to uniformly mix the cut tobacco, the obtained cigarette has poor quality stability and the homogenization of the product cannot be ensured. According to the technical scheme, the tobacco material is firstly crushed and granulated to prepare tobacco particles, then the tobacco particles are extruded and formed by a die to obtain tobacco particle round bars, and then the tobacco particles round bars are further compounded with filter tips to prepare cigarettes. The tobacco material in the tobacco particles is mixed in a powder form, and the auxiliary material additive is compounded with the tobacco powder in a solution or powder form, so that the tobacco particle has the characteristic of good uniformity, the high homogenization and stability of the cigarette are ensured, and the situations of cut, loose end and the like of the cigarette are avoided. The tobacco particles are made into the tobacco particle round bar through a special forming device, the tobacco particles form the tobacco round bar in an accumulation mode, certain gas flow channels are reserved among the tobacco particles, the cigarette combustion performance can be improved, the cigarette resistance can be effectively reduced, and the smoking harmony is good and smooth. And the round stick of the cigarette is mellow and full, and the hardness is greatly improved.
In the preferred scheme, the tobacco raw material is crushed into powder with the granularity of 80-200 meshes; more preferably 100 to 150 mesh. The crushing of tobacco material to a suitable particle size enables more uniform mixing, a prerequisite for obtaining high homogenization.
In a preferred scheme, the crushing process is carried out at a low temperature of 40-60 ℃. The aroma components in the tobacco can be kept to the maximum extent at proper temperature, and the negative influence on the smoking of the cigarette products is avoided.
Preferably, the tobacco material comprises tobacco leaf and/or stem. The common tobacco and tobacco stems are suitable for preparing homogenized cigarettes and have wide applicability.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the tobacco powder to the pore-forming agent, the combustion improver, the adhesive, the humectant and the tobacco essence material is 100: (0.5-10): (0.1-5): (1-15): (0.1-5): (0.01-1). The mass ratio of the tobacco powder to the pore-forming agent, the combustion improver, the adhesive, the humectant and the tobacco essence material is preferably 100: (1-5): (0.5-2): (5-12): (0.2-2): (0.05-0.5).
In a more preferable scheme, the pore-forming agent comprises at least one of sodium bicarbonate, urea, ammonium bicarbonate, baking powder and potassium hydrogen tartrate. The pore-forming agent increases the micropores of the tobacco material in the combustion process of the cigarette, so that the smoking process of the cigarette can be smoother, and the combustion performance of the cigarette can be improved.
In a more preferable scheme, the combustion improver comprises at least one of potassium citrate, sodium tartrate and sodium acetate. The combustion performance of the cigarette can be improved by adopting a proper combustion improver.
In a more preferable scheme, the adhesive comprises at least one of white latex solution for cigarettes, modified starch solution, cyclodextrin solution and polyvinyl alcohol solution, and the solid content of the adhesive is 5-50%. The tobacco powder can be bonded and agglomerated into tobacco particles by adopting a proper adhesive, so that the tobacco powder is effectively compounded with the combustion improver, the adhesive, the humectant, the tobacco essence and the like.
Preferably, the humectant comprises at least one of honey, xylitol, glycerin and propylene glycol. The adoption of proper humectant can improve the moisture-retaining quality and smoking taste of the tobacco.
In a preferred embodiment, the hot melt adhesive comprises at least one of polyethylene, microcrystalline wax, vinyl acetate, polyolefin, polyisobutylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, and polymerized rosin. The characteristics that the hot melt adhesive is melted at a higher temperature and solidified at a lower temperature are utilized, and the hot melt adhesive can be used for bonding tobacco particles, such as polyethylene, microcrystalline wax, vinyl acetate, polyolefin, polyisobutylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, polymerized rosin and the like. The binder is suitable for binding, curing and forming tobacco particles to prepare round tobacco particle rods.
In the preferred scheme, the particle size of the tobacco particles is 10-80 meshes, and the moisture content is 8-12% by mass. The particle size of the tobacco particles is maintained within the range of 10-80 meshes, so that after the die is extruded and formed, better gas channels can be reserved among the reconstituted tobacco particles, the combustion performance of the cigarette is improved, and the lower suction resistance of the cigarette can be kept. The moisture content is kept in the moisture content range of the conventional cigarette tobacco shreds, so that the cigarette keeps better mouthfeel in the smoking process.
In a more preferable scheme, the particle size of the tobacco particles is 20-70 meshes.
In the preferred scheme, the density of the tobacco particle round rod is 0.1-2 g/mL; more preferably 0.3 to 1 g/mL. The smaller the density of the tobacco particle round rod is, the larger the puffing degree is, and the smaller the cigarette smoke resistance is, but the larger the amount of the binder required to be used when the tobacco round rod is formed into a rod is, the negative influence on the smoke taste of the prepared cigarette can be caused. Therefore, the tobacco round rod is kept in a proper density range, and excellent comprehensive performance is favorably obtained.
The granulation in the technical scheme of the invention is realized by adopting a conventional granulator.
Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the invention has the following technical effects:
1) the cigarette prepared by the invention has excellent homogenization degree and good stability. The tobacco materials in the cigarette are uniformly mixed in a powder form, and various auxiliary material additives are mixed with the tobacco powder in a solution form or a powder form, so that the optimal homogenization effect can be achieved, the problem of poor quality stability of the existing cigarette product is fundamentally solved, and the phenomena of cut, cut and loose ends of the existing cigarette are easily caused.
2) The cigarette is made into a tobacco particle round rod by extrusion molding of reconstituted tobacco particles with uniform particle sizes, a better gas channel is reserved among the reconstituted tobacco particles, and a combustion improver and the like are added, so that the combustion performance of the cigarette is improved, and the smoke resistance of the cigarette is reduced.
3) The round rod of the cigarette tobacco particles prepared by the invention is formed by extrusion of the tobacco particles with uniform particle size through a die, has better hardness compared with common cigarettes, has suction resistance close to that of the common cigarettes, and has good and smooth smoking harmony; in addition, the cigarette has strong ash holding capacity and good stability.
4) The cigarette production equipment is simple, the preparation method is simple, the price is low, and the tobacco raw materials can be utilized to the maximum extent.
5) The cigarette provided by the invention is mellow, high in hardness, regular and beautiful in end face, and can provide better sensory experience for consumers.

Detailed Description
The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention without further limiting its scope.
The tobacco particle round bar forming device of the invention is shown in figure 1. The tobacco particle round rod forming device comprises a feeder 1, an extruder 2 and a die 3. The extruder 2 is arranged at one end of the die 3, and the feeder 1 is arranged on the extruder 2. The mould 3 comprises a cylindrical inner cavity 4; and a heater 3 is arranged at one end of the periphery of the die 3, which is close to the extruder 2, and a cooler 5 is arranged at the other end of the periphery of the die.
Example 1
1) Pulverizing tobacco materials such as tobacco leaf and tobacco stem into 100-120 mesh tobacco powder at 40 deg.C; 2) mixing the tobacco powder with sodium bicarbonate, potassium citrate, 10% white latex solution for tobacco, propylene glycol, tobacco essence and the like according to the mass ratio of 100: 1: 0.5: 5: 0.2: 0.05, granulating and drying in one step to obtain tobacco particles, and removing the particles smaller than 70 meshes by air separation; 3) spraying polyethylene hot melt adhesive on the surfaces of the tobacco particles qualified by winnowing, pressing the tobacco particles into the tobacco particles from one end of a cylindrical die with the diameter of 7.5mm by using a continuous feeding device under the condition of heat preservation, solidifying and rapidly cooling the tobacco particles, and extruding the tobacco particles from the other end to obtain tobacco particle round bars with the density of 0.3 g/mL; 4) and (3) wrapping the extruded tobacco round rod by using cigarette paper, cutting the tobacco round rod into 59mm, and connecting the tobacco round rod with a cigarette filter rod through a tipping paper to prepare the required novel homogeneous cigarette.
Example 2
1) Pulverizing tobacco materials such as tobacco leaf and tobacco stem into 100-120 mesh tobacco powder at 40 deg.C; 2) mixing the tobacco powder with ammonium bicarbonate, potassium citrate, 15% modified polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution, propylene glycol, tobacco essence and the like according to the mass ratio of 100: 2: 1: 8: 0.5: 0.1, granulating and drying in one step to obtain tobacco particles, and removing the particles smaller than 70 meshes by air separation; 3) spraying vinyl acetate hot melt adhesive on the surfaces of the tobacco particles qualified by air separation, pressing the tobacco particles into the tobacco particles from one end of a cylindrical die with the diameter of 7.5mm by using a continuous feeding device under the condition of heat preservation, solidifying and rapidly cooling the tobacco particles, and extruding the tobacco particles from the other end to obtain tobacco particle round bars with the density of 0.5 g/mL; 4) and (3) wrapping the extruded tobacco round rod by using cigarette paper, cutting the tobacco round rod into 59mm, and connecting the tobacco round rod with a cigarette filter rod through a tipping paper to prepare the required novel homogeneous cigarette.
Example 3
1) Pulverizing tobacco materials such as tobacco leaf and tobacco stem into 100-120 mesh tobacco powder at 40 deg.C; 2) mixing the tobacco powder with potassium hydrogen tartrate, sodium citrate, 25% modified starch water solution, glycerin, tobacco essence and the like according to the mass ratio of 100: 4: 1.5: 10: 1: 0.3, granulating and drying in one step to obtain tobacco particles, and removing the particles smaller than 70 meshes by air separation; 3) spraying microcrystalline wax hot melt adhesive on the surfaces of the tobacco particles qualified by air separation, pressing the tobacco particles into the tobacco particles from one end of a cylindrical die with the diameter of 7.5mm by using a continuous feeding device under the condition of heat preservation, solidifying and rapidly cooling the tobacco particles, and extruding the tobacco particles from the other end to obtain tobacco particle round bars with the density of 0.8 g/mL; 4) and (3) wrapping the extruded tobacco round rod by using cigarette paper, cutting the tobacco round rod into 59mm, and connecting the tobacco round rod with a cigarette filter rod through a tipping paper to prepare the required novel homogeneous cigarette.
And (3) evaluating sample smoke:
the novel cigarettes prepared in examples 1 to 3 were tested and evaluated with respect to conventional cigarettes prepared from the same tobacco leaves, and the results are shown in Table 1.

According to the evaluation results, the smoking quality of the novel homogeneous cigarette prepared by the invention is equivalent to that of the conventional cigarette, and the roundness, hardness, cut appearance and burning ash wrapping performance of the cigarette are greatly improved. Because the tobacco particles forming the cigarette have uniform components and uniform granularity, the uniformity of the quality of the cigarette of the invention is much better than that of the existing conventional cigarette.
