Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of protection of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a cup according to a first embodiment of the invention. Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a water cup provided in the first embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 3 is a partial schematic view of a lid portion of a cup according to an embodiment of the invention. FIG. 4 is a schematic view of the lid of FIG. 3 with the first lid open. FIG. 5 is a schematic view of the lid of FIG. 3 with the second lid portion open. As shown in fig. 1 to fig. 5, the water cup provided by this embodiment includes a cup body 1 having an opening at a top end thereof, and a cup cover 2 covering the opening of the cup body 1, the cup cover 2 includes a first cover body 21, a second cover body 22, and a bottom cover 23, the bottom cover 23 is covered on the opening of the cup body 1, a fixed end 211 of the first cover body 21 and a fixed end 221 of the second cover body 22 are hinged to the bottom cover 23 through a horizontal hinge shaft 26 to be in an opened state or closed with the bottom cover 23, an opening direction of the first cover body 21 and that of the second cover body 22 are the same, the water cup further includes a locking device 3, the locking device 3 is located outside a free end 212 of the first cover body 21 and a free end 222 of the second cover body 22, the locking device 3 has a first fastener 31 capable of being engaged with the free end 212 of the first cover body 21, a second fastener 32 capable of being engaged with the free end 222 of the second cover body 22, and a movable member 33, 33 movable relative to the movable in two opposite directions to trigger the first fastener 31 and the second fastener 32 to be disengaged.
In particular, the cup body 1 of the cup is usually of an open design, with an opening arranged at the top and a lid 2 covering the opening to close the cup body 1. The cup lid 2 includes a first lid body 21, a second lid body 22, and a bottom lid 23. The bottom cover 23 is generally slightly larger than the opening of the cup body 1 so as to fit over the top of the cup body of the cup and serve as a connecting portion between the cup body 1 and the upper second cover 22. The fixed end 211 of the first cover 21 and the fixed end 221 of the second cover 22 are hinged to the bottom cover 23 through a horizontal hinge shaft 26, and can rotate around the horizontal hinge shaft 26 to be opened or closed with the bottom cover 23. The second cover 22 is generally disposed between the first cover 21 and the bottom cover 23, and the rotation range of the second cover 22 is also between the first cover 21 and the bottom cover 23, so when the second cover 22 is opened by the water cup, the first cover 21 needs to be opened first, and then the second cover 22 needs to be opened, or the second cover 22 and the first cover 21 need to be opened at the same time; when the first lid 21 is opened, the lid can be opened alone. Therefore, the two covers of the double-layer cup cover can be opened, or only the first cover 21 is opened.
In order to lock the cup lid 2, the cup includes a locking device 3, and the locking device 3 is located outside the free end 212 of the first cover 21 and the free end 222 of the second cover 22, i.e. outside the ends of the first cover 21 and the second cover 22 opposite to the horizontal hinge shaft 26. The locking device 3 is composed of a plurality of different parts, including a first fastener 31 capable of being fastened to the free end 212 of the first cover 21, a second fastener 32 capable of being fastened to the free end 222 of the second cover 22, and a movable member 33 capable of moving relative to the bottom cover 23, where the first fastener 31 can lock the first cover 21 when the first cover 21 is covered, the second fastener 32 can lock when the second cover 22 is covered, and the movable member 33 can move relative to the bottom cover 23, so as to drive the first fastener 31 or the second fastener 32 to move, and lock or unlock the first fastener 31 or the second fastener 32. The moving mode of the moving member 33 may be translation or rotation around a certain rotation axis, and when the moving mode or moving direction of the moving member 33 is different, the unlocking locking member is also different.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the cap portion can be locked by different parts of the locking device to open the cap. Because the locking device 3 can unlock different parts by using different moving modes or moving directions of one moving member 33, different covers can be opened only by controlling the moving mode of the moving member 33, and different cover opening operations can be realized.
Specifically, since the first cover 21 and the second cover 22 are generally thin-shell or plate-like structures, the surfaces thereof are flat or smooth curved surfaces, which is not conducive to being fixed with other parts. In order to fasten the first fastening member 31 and the second fastening member 32 on the free end 212 of the first cover 21 or the free end 222 of the second cover 22, an upper protrusion 212a capable of fastening with the first fastening member 31 is disposed on the free end 212 of the first cover 21, and a lower protrusion 222a capable of fastening with the second fastening member 32 is disposed on the free end 222 of the second cover 22. The upper protrusion 212a and the lower protrusion 222a may be hooked with the first fastener 31 or the second fastener 32, so that the first fastener 31 or the second fastener 32 is hooked with the corresponding cover.
For example, in order to fix and fasten the first fastening member 31, the second cover 22 is provided with a first horizontal rotating shaft 24, the first fastening member 31 is hinged to the second cover 22 through the first horizontal rotating shaft 24, the first fastening member 31 is provided with a first fastening portion 311 and a pushing portion 312, when the pushing portion 312 is pushed by the moving member 33, the first fastening member 31 rotates around the first horizontal rotating shaft 24, so that the first fastening portion 311 and the edge of the first cover 21 are disengaged. The first horizontal rotating shaft 24 is usually disposed outside the second cover 22 and close to the edge of the second cover 22, so that the first fastener 31 can rotate around the first horizontal rotating shaft 24, and the first hook portion 311 of the first fastener 31 can be hooked with or unhooked from the edge of the first cover 21 or the upper protrusion 212a of the free end 212 of the first cover 21. The first engaging member 31 further includes a pushing portion 312, and when the moving member 33 moves, the pushing portion 312 abuts against the pushing portion and applies an acting force to the first engaging portion 311, so that the whole first engaging portion 311 rotates under the acting force of the moving member 33 and disengages from the free end 212 of the first cover 21.
In order to fix and fasten the second cover 22 and the second fastener 32, the bottom cover 23 is provided with a second horizontal rotating shaft 25, the second fastener 32 is hinged to the bottom cover 23 through the second horizontal rotating shaft 25, the second fastener 32 is provided with a second hook portion 321 and a pressing portion 322 on two sides opposite to the second horizontal rotating shaft 25, and when the pressing portion 322 receives the acting force of the moving member 33, the second fastener 32 rotates around the second horizontal rotating shaft 25, so that the second hook portion 321 and the free end 222 of the second cover 22 are disengaged. The second horizontal shaft 25 is located inside the second cover 22 and near the edge of the bottom cover 23. The second horizontal rotation shaft 25 is disposed in the middle of the second fastener 32, and the second hook portion 321 and the pressing portion 322 are disposed at two ends of the second fastener 32 opposite to the second horizontal rotation shaft 25, so that when the pressing portion 322 is acted by the moving member 33, such as pressing force, the pressing portion 322 can rotate around the second horizontal rotation shaft 25 and drive the second hook portion 321 at the other end to rotate, and the second hook portion 321 can be disengaged from the free end 222 of the second cover 22 by its own rotational displacement.
Because the first fastening member 31 and the second fastening member 32 are respectively used for fastening and locking the first cover 21 and the second cover 22, in order to implement the locking control of the first cover 21 and the second cover 22 at the same time, the locking device 3 further needs a moving member 33 capable of controlling the locking process of the first fastening member 31 or the second fastening member 32 through its own movement. In order to realize the engagement and linkage between the moving member 33 and the first locking member 31 or the second locking member 32 located at different positions, the moving member 33 may have the following structure: specifically, the moving member 33 may have a pressing surface 331 facing the inner side of the lid in the radial direction and a boss 332 disposed on the pressing surface 331, the pressing surface 331 is attached to the outer side surface of the pressing portion 322 facing the outer side of the lid in the radial direction, and may slide up and down along the outer side surface of the pressing portion 322, and the top end of the boss 332 abuts against the pushing portion 312 to push the pushing portion 312 when the moving member 33 slides or rotates.
The pressing surface 331 can be used to transmit external pressure, and because the pressing surface 331 is attached to the outer side surface of the pressing portion 322 on the second fastener 32, when a user applies pressure to a corresponding portion of the pressing surface 331, the pressing surface 331 transmits the pressure to the pressing portion 322 of the second fastener 32, and the second fastener 32 rotates around the second horizontal rotating shaft 25 under the action of the pressure, so that the second hook 321 and the second cover 22 can be disengaged.
In order to prevent the moving member 33 from sinking into the inner side of the cup lid and failing to recover after being pressed, an elastic member 34 is further disposed between the pressing portion 322 and the bottom cover 23. The elastic member 34 may be a pressing spring or the like, and one end of the elastic member 34 is usually abutted against the inner side of the pressing portion 322, and the other end is fixed to the side surface of the bottom cover 23. Thus, after the second cover 21 is opened by pressing the movable member 33, the movable member 33 can be automatically returned by the elastic force of the elastic member 34.
The pressing surface 331 of the moving element 33 is further provided with a boss 332, and because the top end of the boss 332 abuts against the pushing portion 312 of the first fastening member 31, no matter the moving element 33 moves horizontally toward the first fastening member 31 or rotates around the second horizontal rotating shaft 25 in close contact with the second fastening member 32, the top end of the boss 332 applies an acting force to the pushing portion 312, so that the pushing portion 312 changes the position, and the first fastening member 31 and the first cover 21 are driven to be disengaged.
Thus, by controlling different moving modes and moving directions of the moving member 33, the first cover 21 can be controlled to be opened independently or the first cover 21 and the second cover 22 can be controlled to be opened simultaneously. If the moving member 33 can be controlled to move upward and horizontally to release the locking between the first fastening member 31 and the first cover 21, so as to open the first cover 21 alone, or the moving member 33 can be controlled to rotate and press the pressing portion 322 of the second fastening member 32, so as to release the locking between the second fastening member 32 and the second cover, at this time, the pushing portion 312 on the first fastening member 31 can also release the locking between the first cover 21 and the pushing portion of the moving member 33, so as to open the second cover at the same time.
Further, the top end of the boss 332 is an arc surface. Therefore, the top end of the boss 332 has a smooth transition, so that no matter the boss is horizontally moved to abut against the pushing part 312 of the first clamping member 31 or the pushing part 312 is changed in position through self-rotation, the relative movement between the top end of the boss 332 and the pushing part 312 is smooth, and dead points such as sharp edges and corners are avoided.
Through the above structure of the moving member 33, the moving member 33 can respectively control the first fastening member 31 or the second fastening member 32 to be fastened or disengaged with the corresponding first cover 21 or the second cover 22 through the self-translation or rotation, so that the fastening and locking operations of the cup cover are simple and convenient. Typically, the displacement member 33 is arranged to translate in a generally upward direction along the lid skirt when the displacement member is arranged to translate.
Because the locking device 3 is located outside the first cover body 21 and the second cover body 22, that is, on the side edge of the cup lid, when the user uses the cup lid daily, the user may easily press the moving member 33 by mistake, so that the second fastening member 32 is disengaged from the second cover body 22, and the cup lid is opened abnormally. In order to avoid the above phenomenon, a limit structure may be designed on the bottom cover 23 so that the moving member 33 must be pressed down through a specific operation. Specifically, the moving member 33 has a positioning portion 333 protruding to the inner side of the lid in the radial direction; the edge of the bottom cover 23 is provided with a limiting part 231 protruding to the radial outer side of the cup cover, and the limiting part 231 is arranged to be abutted against the positioning part 333 to limit the rotation of the moving member 33.
Thus, in general, the limiting portion 231 of the edge of the bottom cover 23 protrudes outward in the radial direction of the cup cover to abut against the positioning portion 333 inside the moving member 33, so that the moving member 33 cannot rotate around the second horizontal rotating shaft 25, and only the moving member 33 moves to a certain extent, so that the moving member 33 can rotate after the positioning portion 333 avoids the limiting portion 231. Optionally, the moving member 33 may be made to move downwards along the lid edge, so that the positioning portion 333 inside the moving member 33 is staggered from the limiting portion 231 on the edge of the bottom cover 23, and then the outer side surface of the moving member 33 opposite to the pressing surface 331 may be pressed, so that the moving member 33 rotates.
In addition, optionally, in order to adjust the moving member 33, a positioning structure may be disposed between the moving member 33 and the second clamping member 31. Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a positioning structure of a moving element according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, at least one positioning groove 323 is formed on the outer side surface of the pressing portion 322 at an interval along the sliding direction of the moving member 33, and a positioning protrusion 334 which can be selectively engaged with the positioning groove 323 is formed on the pressing surface 331. In this way, the moving member 33 can be engaged with any one of the positioning recesses 323 of the second engaging member 32 through the positioning protrusions 334, so that the position of the moving member 33 relative to the first engaging member 31 and the second engaging member 32 can be conveniently adjusted, and the reliability of the locking device 3 can be ensured.
In addition, in order to make the moving member 33 apply an acting force when translating, a surface of the moving member 33 facing the radial outer side of the cup cover is provided with a skidproof bump 335 or skidproof line. Therefore, the outer side surface of the moving member 33 has strong friction or a proper acting point with the outside, and a user can conveniently carry out translational pushing on the moving member 33.
In addition, optionally, a heating device 4 can be arranged on the cup body 1 of the water cup to heat the water contained in the water cup.
