A front reversible baffle 11 is provided at the leading-in end of the transfer roller 10, and a rear reversible baffle 18 is provided at the leading-out end. Wherein the leading-in end is one end close to the paper feeding platform 5. When the front baffle 11 or the rear baffle 18 is erected, the paper can be blocked; when the front barrier 11 or the rear barrier 18 is turned down, the sheet can smoothly pass and be conveyed.
The front baffle 11 is arranged on the front baffle shaft 13, two ends of the front baffle shaft 13 are rotatably connected to the frame 1, the right end of the front baffle shaft is hinged to the swinging block 15 through a connecting rod 14, a driving cam 26 is arranged above the swinging block 15, the swinging block 15 can be driven to swing through the driving cam 26, a deflector rod 16 is arranged below the swinging block 15, the deflector rod 16 is provided with a convex deflector end 161, a deflector hole is arranged on the frame 1 and corresponds to the deflector end 161, and the deflector end 161 penetrates through the deflector hole and is arranged below the swinging block 15. When the cam 25 is in contact with the swinging rod 21, the cam 25 drives the swinging rod 21 to swing, the swinging of the swinging rod 21 drives the corresponding movement of the connecting rod 20, the connecting rod 20 drives the rotating block 19 to rotate, and the rotating block 19 further drives the rear baffle 18 to turn over, so that a paper blocking effect is realized.
When the automatic paper feeding is carried out, the flyer is in a working state, the curved surface of the swinging block 15 is in the working range of the driving cam 26, the driving cam 26 drives the swinging block 15 to swing, the poking cylinder 17 is matched with the swinging of the swinging block 15, the swinging block 15 drives the connecting rod 14 to drive the front baffle shaft 13 to rotate, and the front baffle 11 is correspondingly overturned to realize the paper blocking effect; at this time, the piston rod of the swing cylinder 22 is in a retracted state, and the swing lever 21 is disengaged from the working range of the cam 25, so that the tailgate 18 is in a non-working state and is kept parallel to the cardboard sheet 12.
When the paper is manually fed, the flyer 9 is lifted to be in a non-working state, the piston rod of the poking cylinder 17 is downwards extended to drive the poking rod 16 to swing, so that the poking end 161 of the poking rod 16 pushes the swinging block 15 upwards, the curved surface of the swinging block 15 is separated from the working range of the driving cam 26, the front baffle 11 is in the non-working state, the top of the front baffle is close to the conveying roller 10 and keeps an inclined state, paper can be pushed in without blocking, the rear baffle 18 is switched to be in a working state driven by the cam 25, and the motor 6 drives the screw rod 4 and drives the flyer head 9 to move to adapt to the size of the paper.
In summary, the invention has two modes of manual paper feeding and automatic paper feeding, has certain flexibility, and has stable paper feeding, thereby improving the production quality of products.
