Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a water-repellent and oil-repellent wash-and-wear washable shrink-proof knitted garment and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of textile garments.
Background
With the gradual expansion of the application range of textiles, the demands of people on the textiles are developed from single wearing beauty, wind and cold resistance to more directions, and people want to combine different functions and advantages in the same product. The single water-repellent and oil-repellent finishing can not meet the pursuit of consumers for high value-added clothes, and the consumers need the clothes to have the functions of water repellency and oil repellency, non-ironing, shrink proofing and the like.
At present, most of water-repellent and oil-repellent finishing is to treat fabrics. For example, in the fields of water-proof and oil-proof finishing of cotton knitted fabrics in Wang, jin Hai, discussion of water-and oil-repellent finishing process of pure cotton knitted fabrics in Luhuashan and the like, and in the fields of water-and oil-repellent multifunctional finishing of knitted fabrics in Von Aifen and the like, the method in the documents is adopted to finish the knitted fabrics, so that good water-and oil-repellent effects can be obtained, but the shrinkage and non-ironing performances of the finished knitted fabrics are not researched. Wangwei et al, in the research on the one-bath finishing of cotton fabrics by using a fluorine-containing water repellent finishing agent WR-1 and a crease-resistant finishing agent, adopt the crease-resistant finishing agent and the fluorine-containing water repellent finishing agent to finish the cotton fabrics in one bath, and the treated cotton fabrics have better crease-resistant, water-repellent and oil-repellent effects. The water and oil repellent finish reduces the moisture absorption swelling property of the cotton fiber, has a certain improvement effect on the shrinkage of the fabric, and the shrinkage of the garment made of the fabric can reach the requirements of-5% X-5% (AATCC 150).
The method can obtain better water and oil repellent effect, but the wash-and-wear ultra-low shrinkage knitted garment can not be obtained.
How to enable clothes to have the water and oil repellent performance and the wash and shrink resistant performance of no-iron becomes a technical problem to be solved urgently in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention aims to provide a water-repellent, oil-repellent, wash-free, wash-resistant and shrink-resistant knitted garment and a preparation method thereof. The knitted garment provided by the invention has a series of advantages of water and oil resistance, shrinkage resistance, fastness to washing, good appearance flatness, fuzzing and pilling resistance and the like.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a method for preparing water-repellent and oil-repellent wash-and-wear washable and shrink-proof knitted clothes, which comprises the following steps:
pretreating and drying the dyed knitted fabric by adopting a nonionic and/or anionic surfactant;
performing anti-pin hole treatment on the fabric, controlling the pH value of the fabric surface to be 5.0-7.5, and controlling the drum explosion strength to be more than 60 PSI;
after the fabric is made into a garment, treating the garment by using a finishing liquid containing a water-repellent and oil-repellent finishing agent, and controlling the liquid carrying rate of the treated garment to be 80-180%;
pre-drying the ready-made clothes by adopting a roller dryer, and controlling the moisture content of the pre-dried ready-made clothes to be 5% -40%;
and (3) performing positioning ironing and baking on the ready-made clothes to obtain the water-repellent, oil-repellent, wash-free, shrink-proof knitted clothes.
The needle hole mainly refers to the phenomenon that during the sewing process of knitwear, when a machine needle runs at high speed, the loops of the fabric are punctured, the yarns are broken, the needle track holes are enlarged, the loops are scattered, and holes appear at the sewing position. The small holes are easy to expand under the action of external force, so that the stitch fastness of the product is reduced, and the appearance quality of the ready-made clothes is seriously influenced. According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the needle hole prevention treatment is carried out on the fabric, so that the problems that the holes are enlarged under the action of external force, and the firmness and the appearance are influenced can be effectively avoided.
In the above method, preferably, the localized ironing comprises the following processes:
drawing a positioning frame with the same size on an ironing table according to the size of the ready-made clothes to be finally made, for example, the ready-made clothes needs to be made into M codes, drawing the positioning frame with the same size as the M codes on the ironing table, wherein the size of the ready-made clothes to be made is generally consistent with the size of the ready-made clothes after being pre-baked, so that the size of the ready-made clothes to be finally made can be understood as the size of the ready-made clothes after being pre-baked;
placing the ready-made clothes in the positioning frame (as shown in figure 1), and positioning and ironing the ready-made clothes by adopting a steam iron until all parts of the ready-made clothes are flat and have no wrinkles; meanwhile, the size of the main part of the ready-made clothes is ensured to be consistent with the corresponding size on the positioning frame, or the numerical value of the size of the main part of the ready-made clothes exceeding the corresponding size on the positioning frame is (0cm, 2.5 cm); wherein the main parts comprise a shirt length, a chest circumference and a foot circumference. Taking the length of the garment as an example, when positioning ironing is carried out, the size of the length of the finished garment is ensured to be consistent with the size of the length of the garment on the positioning frame, or the numerical value of the length of the finished garment exceeding the size of the length of the garment on the positioning frame is in the interval of (0cm, 2.5 cm); the same is true for the bust and the foot girth.
The invention has been found through intensive research that the conventional ironing adopts a steam iron for ironing, blowing ironing or pressing ironing, only the ironing process focuses on ironing and flattening the ready-made clothes, and the size of the ready-made clothes is not corrected in the ironing process. Due to the good elasticity and loose structure of the knitted fabric, the shirt length and the bust can be extended to a certain degree by conventional steam ironing, particularly, the shirt length and the bust can be generally ironed to be longer than 2cm by the bead ground fabric with more tucks, and the 'over-stretching' is extremely unfavorable for the size control and shrinkage result of the knitted garment. The clothes after being ironed conventionally are hung on a clothes hanger and then enter a continuous or intermittent baking furnace for baking, and finally are cooled, ironed and packaged, because the shrinkage rate difference exists among various batches of knitted fabrics and the production process of garment easy-care is long, the working procedures influencing the garment size include a plurality of working procedures such as pre-baking, ironing, baking and the like, the size of the clothes produced by the traditional garment easy-care method has large fluctuation, the size is difficult to be corrected by final ironing, the qualification rate of the garment size is generally about 80% when the large-batch production is carried out, and the qualification rate of the garment size is even lower by 60% in some cases. By adopting the positioning ironing, each part of the ready-made clothes is flat and free from wrinkles, the sizes of all main parts of the ready-made clothes are ensured to fall within the interval of a positioning frame (0cm, +2.5cm), the excessive stretching of common ironing is effectively avoided, the negative influence of the excessive stretching on shrinkage is reduced, the size and the appearance effect after the positioning ironing are kept to the maximum extent, the shrinkage of the ready-made clothes can be controlled within an ultra-low range, and the size qualification rate of the ready-made clothes during mass production is greatly improved.
The invention also discovers in addition that: when mass ready-made clothes are produced in a centralized manner, due to the difference of the shrinkage rates among the knitted fabric batches, even if the clothes with the same size have certain dimensional deviation before non-ironing, the dimensional deviation still exists after pre-drying; after the technical scheme provided by the invention is adopted to position and iron the ready-made clothes, the size deviation of the ready-made clothes with the same size can be reduced to a small range, and the knitted fabric loops can be fixed in a relatively stable state through the subsequent continuous flat-screen baking. The size of the ready-made clothes prepared by the method can meet the requirement of ordering, the size fluctuation among pieces is very small, the qualified rate of the ready-made clothes size in mass production is greatly improved, and the qualified rate can reach 100%.
In the above method, preferably, when the dyed knitted fabric is pretreated with the nonionic and/or anionic surfactant, the pretreatment temperature is 50 to 95 ℃, and the pretreatment time is 20 to 60 min. The knitted fabric is pretreated to further remove impurities on the cloth surface, particularly the cationic auxiliary agent remained on the cloth surface, so that the negative influence of the cationic auxiliary agent on the combination of the water-repellent and oil-repellent finishing agent and cotton fibers applied to subsequent ready-made clothes is prevented, and the subsequent water-repellent and oil-repellent finishing effect is improved.
In the above method, preferably, the raw material composition comprises, based on the volume of the finishing liquid (i.e., the finishing liquid containing the water-and oil-repellent finishing agent), 5 to 200g/L of the water-and oil-repellent finishing agent, 1 to 100g/L of the first crosslinking agent, 5 to 200g/L of the second crosslinking agent, 1 to 50g/L of the catalyst, and 5 to 100g/L of the softening agent; wherein, the first cross-linking agent comprises one or a combination of more of polyurethane cross-linking agents and isocyanate cross-linking agents; the second crosslinking agent is a resin crosslinking agent; more preferably, the raw material composition of the finishing liquid comprises 30-60g/L of water-oil repellent finishing agent, 1-20g/L of first cross-linking agent, 40-60g/L of second cross-linking agent, 1-15g/L of catalyst and 30-50g/L of softening agent according to the volume of the finishing liquid.
In the technical scheme provided by the invention, the adopted first cross-linking agent can help the water-repellent and oil-repellent finishing agent to be combined with the fibers, so that the initial effect and the washability of the water-repellent and oil-repellent effect of the fabric are improved, the second cross-linking agent can improve the non-ironing washability of the fabric, so that the ready-made clothes can obtain the non-ironing shrink-proof effect, the two cross-linking agents are compounded with the water-repellent and oil-repellent finishing agent for use, so that the fabric can further obtain the non-ironing shrink-proof effect on the basis of water repellency, and the shrink-proof effect is obviously improved compared with the case of only adding the second cross-linking agent.
In the above method, preferably, the resin crosslinking agent includes one or a combination of several of N-methylolamide crosslinking agent and polycarboxylic acid crosslinking agent, but is not limited thereto.
In the above method, the water-and oil-repellent finishing agent may employ a reagent commonly used in the art, and preferably, the water-and oil-repellent finishing agent includes a fluorine-containing water-and oil-repellent finishing agent and/or a fluorine-free water-and oil-repellent finishing agent.
In the above method, preferably, the finishing liquid further comprises one or a combination of several of a penetrating agent, a strong protective agent and a formaldehyde catching agent; more preferably, the concentration of the penetrating agent is 1-5g/L, the concentration of the strong protective agent is 1-30g/L, and the concentration of the formaldehyde catching agent is 1-20 g/L.
In the above method, the catalyst is one or more of metal salt and phosphate, and may include MgCl2But not limited thereto, the catalyst provided by the present invention can accelerate the reaction between the resin crosslinking agent and the fiber. The strength protecting agent, softening agent and penetrating agent may be conventional products in the art, and are not particularly limited, for example, the strength protecting agent may be a polyethylene-based strength protecting agent, the softening agent may be a silicone-based softening agent and/or a fatty acid amide-based softening agent, and the penetrating agent may be a polyoxyethylene ether-based penetrating agent. The strong protective agent has the functions of increasing the lubrication between the fabric yarns and the yarns, reducing the mutual friction coefficient, improving the sewability during the manufacture of ready-made clothes and improving the bulging strength of the fabric to a certain extent; the softening agent has the functions of improving the hand feeling of the garment fabric, improving the bulging strength and the sewability of the fabric, and selecting the softening agent with small influence on the water and oil repellent effect during application; the penetrating agent has the functions of promoting the full absorption of the finishing liquid by the cellulose fiber and improving the physical or chemical combination of the finishing liquid and the cellulose fiber. The formaldehyde scavenger can be combined with free formaldehyde incompletely released by reaction of the resin crosslinking agent to reduceAnd (5) the risk of overproof formaldehyde of the clothes.
In the above method, the soft oil for preventing pin holes preferably includes polyethylene and/or paraffin, but is not limited thereto.
In the above method, preferably, the nonionic and/or anionic surfactant includes one or a combination of several of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfonate, alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether sulfonate, fatty acid ester polyoxyethylene ether and fatty acid ester polyoxyethylene ether sulfonate, but is not limited thereto.
In the above method, preferably, the performing of the anti-pin-holing treatment on the fabric comprises the following processes: padding the fabric with the anti-pin hole treatment fluid through a setting machine, controlling the setting temperature to be 110-70 ℃, and setting time to be 45s-3 min; wherein, the anti-pin hole treatment fluid comprises 5-30g/L of anti-pin hole soft oil, 1-5g/L of penetrant and 0.1g/L of acetic acid based on the total volume (namely based on the volume of the anti-pin hole treatment fluid).
In the above method, preferably, when the fabric is made into a garment, the non-woven hot-melt adhesive interlining is used as the fabric of the garment ("plain" refers to the interlining of the garment, such as the collar lining, the pocket cover lining and the like), and the shrinkage rate of the control fabric is consistent with that of the main body fabric of the garment; meanwhile, a thread with low shrinkage and high strength is used as a sewing thread, and is preferably one or a combination of more of a polyester PP thread, a polyester core-spun thread and a nylon thread. The PP thread is made of terylene materials and has the performance characteristics of high strength and low elongation.
Preferably, the fabric at the collar and sleeve parts of the ready-made clothes is one or a combination of a plurality of flat machine rib fabric, rib fabric and jacquard fabric; when in use, the hairiness of the fabric at the collar and sleeve parts is ensured to be clean.
In the above method, preferably, the baking temperature is 130-; more preferably, the baking is carried out using a tunnel flat-wire dryer. In the traditional non-ironing process of knitted ready-made clothes, continuous or intermittent suspension type baking is adopted when the ready-made clothes are baked, the ready-made clothes are suspended in a baking furnace, and the body of the shirt is stretched to a certain extent due to the gravity in the drying process, so that the shrinkage result of the ready-made clothes is not favorable; the tunnel type flat net dryer is adopted for baking, so that negative effects of shrinkage of the ready-made clothes due to the fact that the ready-made clothes are stretched under the action of gravity in the baking process are effectively avoided, flat net baking is beneficial to keeping the smooth appearance after positioning ironing, and the ready-made clothes produced in the way have ultralow shrink-proof and smooth appearance effects.
In the method, preferably, the finishing liquid containing the water-repellent and oil-repellent finishing agent is adopted for treatment, the liquid carrying rate of the finished garment after treatment is controlled to be 80-180%, and the method comprises the following steps:
after soaking the ready-made clothes in the finishing liquid, dehydrating the ready-made clothes until the liquid carrying rate is 80-150 percent, and more preferably 90-120 percent;
or uniformly spraying the finishing liquid on ready-made clothes, and controlling the liquid carrying rate to be 120-180%, and more preferably 130-160%.
The research of the invention finds that the amount of the liquid carrying rate of the ready-made clothes is important for the shrink-proof and non-ironing effect of the final ready-made clothes when finishing liquid is applied to the ready-made clothes. When the resin finishing liquid is applied to ready-made clothes in a spraying mode, if the liquid carrying rate is lower than 120%, the knitted clothes of partial styles can have the conditions of incomplete spraying of the cloth body and uneven absorption due to more absorption of materials at thicker parts such as collar and sleeves, the position of the cloth body, a front barrel and the like than that of main body cloth (for example, the manufacturing method of the non-ironing cotton knitted fabric disclosed by CN 1231862A); after the subsequent process baking, the areas with uneven material absorption of the cloth body can have defects such as resin marks and the like; if the liquid carrying rate is higher than 180%, the maximum absorption of the ready-made clothes is exceeded, the waste of finishing liquid is caused, and the drying time is increased. When the technical scheme provided by the invention is adopted for spraying, the liquid carrying rate is controlled to be 120-180%, particularly 130-160%, on one hand, all parts of the ready-made clothes can fully and uniformly absorb the finishing liquid, the drying efficiency of a subsequent procedure is considered, on the other hand, under the liquid carrying rate, cellulose fibers can be fully swelled, in the subsequent pre-drying process, the internal stress between the fibers is fully released in a loose processing mode of roller drying, the loops of the knitted fabric are close to the loose state to the maximum extent, the most stable state is achieved, and the ready-made clothes after being baked can obtain the ultralow shrinkage and non-ironing effects.
In the method, preferably, when the finishing liquid is uniformly sprayed on the ready-made clothes, the spraying speed of the finishing liquid is controlled to be 0.2-1.5L/min, and the clothes homogenizing time is controlled to be 15-30 min. Too fast speed can reduce the uniformity of the material absorption of the ready-made clothes, too slow speed affects the production efficiency, the spraying speed is in the range of 0.2-1.5L/min, and the uniformity of the material absorption of the ready-made clothes is effectively ensured while the production efficiency is considered. The uniformity of the sprayed uniform clothes can further improve the uniformity of ready-made clothes absorbing materials, the difference of liquid carrying rate between pieces can be adjusted and controlled within 3 percent, the uniform clothes time is not suitable to be less than 15 minutes, and the suitable uniform clothes time is 15-30 minutes in consideration of production efficiency and uniformity. The 'uniform clothes' means that after the spray nozzle of the material spraying machine stops spraying materials, the roller continues to rotate so as to enable the liquid carrying rate among ready-made clothes in the roller to be uniformly distributed and reduce the difference among pieces.
In the above method, preferably, when the finishing liquid is uniformly sprayed onto the ready-made clothes, the front side of the ready-made clothes faces the spraying direction of the finishing liquid, so that the front side of the ready-made clothes can be firstly contacted with the finishing liquid and a uniform effect is obtained, and the water and oil repellent effect of the front side of the ready-made clothes is better and more uniform than that of the back side facing the direction of spraying the finishing liquid.
In the above method, preferably, the knitted fabric is a 100% cellulose fiber fabric, or a fabric made of cellulose fibers and other fibers; more preferably, the cellulose fiber comprises one or more of cotton, viscose and tencel; the other fibers include terylene and/or chinlon, but are not limited thereto; for example, the knitted fabric may be an interwoven or blended fabric of cellulosic fibers and polyester and/or nylon.
The invention also provides a water-repellent and oil-repellent wash-and-wear washable shrink-proof knitted garment prepared by the method.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) according to the technical scheme provided by the invention, a positioning ironing mode is adopted, so that each part of the ready-made clothes is flat and free from wrinkles, the negative influence of excessive stretching of common ironing on shrinkage is effectively avoided, and the shrinkage of the finished clothes can reach an ideal effect by combining a subsequent flat net baking mode, and the size of the ready-made clothes can be accurately controlled and corrected;
