Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a clothes dryer, which can prevent clothes from being hung by a bolt head and improve the appearance.
In order to realize the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a clothes dryer comprises a roller, wherein a flange plate is arranged on the rear side of the bottom of the roller, the bottom of the roller is fixedly connected with the flange plate through bolts, a protecting cover is arranged on the front side of the bottom of the roller, and covers the bolt joints, so that the bolt joints are hidden on the rear side of the protecting cover, and clothes are prevented from being hung on the protecting cover.
Furthermore, the inserting end of the bolt sequentially penetrates through the roller bottom and the flange plate to enable the roller bottom to be fixedly connected with the flange plate, the nut is arranged on the front side of the roller bottom, and the protecting cover covers the front side of the nut to enable the nut to be hidden between the roller bottom and the protecting cover;
preferably, the periphery of the protecting cover radially protrudes from the periphery of the nut, so that the protecting cover covers the nut.

Further, the center at the bottom of the roller is provided with a circular connecting part, the front side of the connecting part is provided with at least two nuts, the distance between the nuts and the axis of the connecting part is a fixed value, the radial section of the protecting cover is circular, the radius of the protecting cover is larger than the radius of the circle where the nuts are located, the protecting cover covers the front side of the nuts, and when the axis of the protecting cover is coincident with the axis of the connecting part, the nuts are hidden between the connecting part and the protecting cover.

Further, connecting portion are equipped with the first die mould that the undercut formed, and the bottom front side of first die mould is located to the nut, and the protecting cover covers to the nut front side, and the protecting cover periphery is laminated with first die mould lateral wall mutually and is connected.

Further, the bottom of the roller is provided with a second pressing die which is formed by recessing backwards, and the supporting columns are inserted into the second pressing die and fixedly connected with the second pressing die.
Furthermore, the support column is inserted into the second pressing mold, and the outer wall surface of the support column is in interference fit with the inner wall surface of the second pressing mold, so that the support column is fixedly connected with the second pressing mold.
Furthermore, the outer wall surface of the support column and the inner wall surface of the second pressing mold are respectively provided with threads, and the support column is rotatably inserted into the second pressing mold, so that the support column is fixedly connected with the second pressing mold.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
in the clothes dryer, the roller and the flange plate are fixed together by four bolts, and the four bolts can be clearly seen to be exposed outside when looking inwards from the observation window, so that the refinement of the product is influenced, and in the drying process, the condition that the clothes are hung by the bolt heads possibly occurs, and the clothes are damaged. According to the invention, the protecting cover is adopted to cover the four bolts at the joint of the clothes dryer roller and the flange plate, so that the product refinement is improved, and the condition that the bolts hang clothes is prevented.
Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments are described clearly and completely below, and the following embodiments are used for illustrating the present invention and are not used for limiting the scope of the present invention.
Example one
As shown in fig. 2, 5, 6, and 7, the present embodiment describes a clothes dryer, which includes a drum 1, a flange 9 is disposed on the rear side of a drum bottom 11, the drum bottom 11 is fixedly connected to the flange 9 via a bolt 12, a protecting cover 3 is mounted on the front side of the drum bottom 11, and the protecting cover 3 covers a bolt joint 200, so that the bolt joint 200 is hidden behind the protecting cover 3 to prevent it from hanging clothes.
In the clothes dryer, the roller 1 and the flange plate 9 are fixed together by four bolts, and when looking inwards from an observation window, the four bolts can be clearly seen to be exposed outside, so that the product refinement is influenced, and in the drying process, the condition that the clothes are hung by the bolt heads possibly occurs, so that the clothes are damaged. According to the invention, the four bolts at the joint of the clothes dryer roller 1 and the flange plate 9 are covered by the protective cover 3, so that the product refinement is improved, and the condition that the clothes are hung by the bolt heads is prevented.
Example two
As shown in fig. 2, 5, 6, and 7, the difference between the first embodiment and the second embodiment is that the insertion end of the bolt 12 sequentially passes through the drum bottom 11 and the flange 9, so that the drum bottom 11 and the flange 9 are fixedly connected, the nut 2 is disposed on the front side of the drum bottom 11, the protective cover 3 covers the front side of the nut 2, and the nut 2 is hidden between the drum bottom 11 and the protective cover 3.
Preferably, the outer periphery of the protecting cover 3 radially protrudes from the outer periphery of the nut 2, so that the protecting cover 3 covers the nut 2.
More preferably, four corners of the outer periphery of the center of the roller bottom 11 are respectively provided with a third through hole 13 for the insertion end of the bolt 12 to pass through, that is, the axes of the third through holes 13 are connected on the same radial plane to form a square.
Furthermore, the flange 9 is provided with screw holes for the screws of the bolts 12 to be rotationally inserted, so as to improve the reliability of the connection between the drum bottom 11 and the flange 9.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 2, 5, 6, and 7, the difference between the present embodiment and the first and second embodiments is that the center of the roller bottom 11 is provided with a circular connecting portion 15, at least two nuts 2 are distributed on the front side of the connecting portion 15, the distance between the nut 2 and the axis of the connecting portion 15 is a fixed value, the radial section of the protecting cover 3 is circular, and the radius of the protecting cover is larger than the radius of the circular nut 2, so that the protecting cover 3 covers the front side of the nut 2, and when the axis of the protecting cover 3 coincides with the axis of the connecting portion 15, the nut 2 is hidden between the connecting portion 15 and the protecting cover 3, that is, the protecting cover 3 covers four nuts 2, so that the four nuts 2 are disposed inside one accommodating chamber 14.
The periphery and the connecting portion 15 of protecting cover 3 are laminated mutually and are connected, and the middle part of protecting cover 3 sets up to the protrusion forward, makes protecting cover 3 and connecting portion 15 form confined chamber 14 that holds, and nut 2 is located and is held inside chamber 14.
Preferably, the front side and the outer peripheral surface of the protecting cover 3 are both smooth surfaces to prevent the protecting cover 3 from hanging clothes.
Example four
As shown in fig. 1-7, the present embodiment is different from the first to third embodiments in that the connecting portion 15 is provided with a first molding 8 formed by recessing backward, the nut 2 is disposed at the front side of the bottom of the first molding 8, the protecting cover 3 covers the front side of the nut 2, and the periphery of the protecting cover 3 is attached to the side wall of the first molding 8.
The side wall of the first profiling 8 and the periphery of the opening are in smooth transition so as to prevent the condition that the clothes are hung on the drum bottom 11.
Through the above arrangement, it is also possible that the middle part of the protecting cover 3 protrudes forward from the periphery of the protecting cover 3.
Preferably, 8 lateral walls of first die mould are the inclined plane of expanding formation forward from the back gradually, and 3 peripheries of protecting cover are inconsistent and the laminating is connected with 8 lateral walls of first die mould to improve the axial stability of protecting cover 3.
More preferably, the outer circumference of the protecting cover 3 and the front side of the roller bottom 11 are smoothly transited to prevent the protecting cover 3 from catching the clothes.
The roller bottom 11 is provided with three lifting ribs which extend from the periphery of the opening of the first pressing type 8 to the periphery of the roller bottom 11 and protrude forwards, the included angle between every two adjacent lifting ribs is 120 degrees, a fan-shaped area formed by every two adjacent lifting ribs, the periphery of the opening of the first pressing type 8 and the periphery of the roller bottom 11 is arranged in a backward concave mode, and an air outlet is formed in the fan-shaped area.
The periphery of the protective cover 3 is hermetically connected with the side wall of the first pressing mold 8, so that water vapor is prevented from entering a cavity formed by the protective cover 3 and the first pressing mold 8 and causing rusting of screws.
Specifically, be equipped with the elastic seal circle on the contact surface of 3 peripheries of protecting cover and 8 lateral walls of first die mould to realize the sealing connection of 3 peripheries of protecting cover and 8 lateral walls of first die mould. EXAMPLE five
As shown in fig. 1-7, the difference between this embodiment and the first to fifth embodiments is that a rear side surface of the protecting cover 3 is provided with a screw post 4 extending backward, a first through hole 7 is provided on the drum bottom 11, and an insertion end of a screw passes through the first through hole 7 to be rotatably inserted into the screw post 4, so that the drum bottom 11 is clamped and fixed on a screw rod between a nut and the protecting cover 3, wherein a through hole for accommodating the nut is provided on the flange 9.
Preferably, the end face of the screw column 4 is connected with the peripheral wall face of the first through hole 7 in an abutting mode, so that the axial stability of the protective cover 3 is improved.
More preferably, four corners of the periphery of the center of the protecting cover 3 are respectively provided with one screw column 4, that is, the axes of the four screw columns 4 are connected on the same radial plane to form a square.
Preferably, the first through holes 7 and the third through holes 13 are arranged alternately, and the distance between adjacent first through holes 7 and adjacent third through holes 13 is a fixed value.
The axes of the four first through holes 7 and the four third through holes 13 are connected on the same radial plane to form a square, and the axis of one first through hole 7 and the axis of one support rib can be intersected at one point.
Also, 4 terminal surfaces of screw post and 7 periphery walls of first through-hole are inconsistent to be connected, have the clearance between 4 terminal surfaces of screw post and the 7 periphery walls of first through-hole promptly, in order to avoid when 4 terminal surfaces of screw post and 7 periphery walls of first through-hole are inconsistent to be connected, take place axial expansion deformation behind the 4 terminal surfaces of screw post receiving dryer hot-blast effect, and produce the interact power between 7 periphery walls of first through-hole, cause screw post 4 to appear breaking, influence protecting cover 3 and 11 reliability of being connected at the bottom of the cylinder.
The flange 9 is provided with a second through hole, and the inserting end of the screw sequentially passes through the second through hole and the first through hole 7 to be rotatably inserted into the screw column 4, so that the flange 9 and the roller bottom 11 are clamped and fixed on the screw rod between the screw cap and the protecting cover 3, and the reliability of connection between the flange 9 and the roller bottom 11 is improved.
Preferably, the outer wall surface of the screw post 4 is provided with a rib 5 formed to extend to the periphery thereof, so as to improve the reliability of the connection between the screw post 4 and the rear side surface of the protective cover 3.
EXAMPLE six
As shown in fig. 1-7, the present embodiment is different from the first to fifth embodiments in that a supporting post 6 extending backward is disposed on the rear side of the protecting cover 3, and the end surface of the supporting post 6 is connected with the bottom 11 of the roller in an abutting manner, so as to improve the axial stability of the protecting cover 3.
Preferably, the outer wall surface of the supporting post 6 is provided with a reinforcing rib 5 formed by extending towards the periphery thereof, so as to improve the reliability of the connection between the supporting post 6 and the rear side surface of the protecting cover 3.
The cylinder bottom 11 is equipped with the second die mould 10 that the undercut formed, and support column 6 inserts in the second die mould 10 and fixed connection to realize protecting cover 3 and the initial joint of rolling cover back wall, the subsequent screwed connection of being convenient for, in addition, still realized protecting cover 3's radial positioning.
The support column 6 is inserted into the second die mould 10, and the outer wall surface of the support column 6 is in interference fit with the inner wall surface of the second die mould 10, so that the support column 6 is fixedly connected with the second die mould 10.
The outer wall surface of the support column 6 and the inner wall surface of the second pressing die 10 are respectively provided with threads, and the support column 6 and the second pressing die 10 are rotatably inserted to enable the support column 6 and the second pressing die 10 to be fixedly connected.
The support column 6 is arranged at the center of the rear side face of the protective cover 3.
EXAMPLE seven
The invention can also be used for arranging a screw post 4 extending backwards on the rear side surface of the protecting cover 3, arranging a third through hole on the roller bottom 11, and inserting and connecting the end surface of the screw post 4 with a screw after passing through the third through hole, so that the roller bottom 11 is clamped and fixed on the screw post 4 between the nut and the protecting cover 3 to realize the primary connection of the protecting cover 3 and the rear wall of the roller sleeve, thereby facilitating the subsequent screw connection, wherein the flange 9 is provided with a through hole for accommodating the nut.
Preferably, the rear end face of the reinforcing rib 5 is connected with the peripheral wall face of the third through hole in a contact manner, so that the axial stability of the protective cover 3 is improved.
Also, 5 rear end faces of the reinforcing ribs are not connected with the periphery wall face of the third through hole in a contact manner, namely, a gap is formed between the 5 rear end faces of the reinforcing ribs and the periphery wall face of the third through hole, so that when the 5 rear end faces of the reinforcing ribs are connected with the periphery wall face of the third through hole in a contact manner, the 5 rear end faces of the reinforcing ribs are subjected to the hot air action of the clothes dryer and then axially expand and deform, and an interaction force is generated between the reinforcing ribs and the periphery wall face of the third through hole, so that the screw columns 4 are broken, and the reliability of connection of the protecting cover 3 and the roller bottom 11 is influenced.
And moreover, the specification of the inner wall surface of the third through hole is larger than that of the outer wall surface of the screw column 4, so that a gap is formed between the inner wall surface of the third through hole and the outer wall surface of the screw column 4, when the outer wall surface of the screw column 4 is in contact with the inner wall surface of the third through hole, the outer wall surface of the screw column 4 is subjected to radial expansion deformation under the action of hot air of the clothes dryer, and an interaction force is generated between the outer wall surface of the third through hole and the inner wall surface of the third through hole, so that the screw column 4 is broken, and the reliability of connection between the protecting cover 3 and the roller bottom 11 is influenced.
More preferably, the flange 9 is provided with a fourth through hole correspondingly communicated with the third through hole, and the end surface of the screw column 4 sequentially passes through the third through hole and the fourth through hole and then is connected with the screw in an inserting manner, so that the roller 1 is clamped and fixed on the screw column 4 between the nut and the protecting cover 3, and the reliability of connection between the flange 9 and the roller bottom 11 is improved.
The invention can also ensure that the periphery of the head of the bolt is in fit connection with the bottom 11 of the roller so as to prevent the bolt head from hanging clothes.
Preferably, the front side surface and the outer peripheral surface of the bolt head are both smooth surfaces, so that the condition that the bolt head hangs on clothes is prevented.
