本发明涉及一种生物配料设备,它包括搅拌缸体、搅拌转轴、搅拌杆、喷水管、吹风管和过滤筛体,搅拌缸体的顶部设置有一分解酶进口,在搅拌缸体的顶部均匀设置有一吹风管,吹风管与搅拌缸体内部连通,在搅拌缸体顶部设置有发酵气混合室,所述发酵气混合室与搅拌缸体的内部连通,过滤筛体设置在搅拌缸体的下部,在搅拌缸体的底部设置有搅拌转轴,搅拌转轴向左右方向设置有搅拌杆,在搅拌缸体的两侧开设有喷水口,所述喷水口与喷水管连通。本发明结构简单,操作简单,配制生物料均匀性好。

技术领域
本发明属于生物酶制造技术领域,具体涉及一种生物配料设备。
背景技术
生物酶是由活细胞产生的具有催化作用的有机物,大部分为蛋白质,也有极少部分为RNA。例如,中国专利文献公开了一种海洋微生物酶发酵混合搅拌装置,[申请号:201120047761.4],包括带有夹套的罐体、搅拌装置、数个对流装置,搅拌装置的搅拌轴伸进罐体中,搅拌轴沿轴向设有数个搅拌叶片,对流装置包括气流搅拌筒、进气管,对流装置通过支架与气流搅拌筒的连接固定在罐体的内部,气流搅拌筒上端置于发酵液的下方,下端位于罐体下部,进气管穿过罐体、气流搅拌筒,直到气流搅拌筒的下端;利用排入的无菌气体形成的真空区域使发酵液流过气流搅拌筒形成对流,使发酵液混合效果更好,剪切力达到最小、溶解氧达到最大,节能效果明显,适合大型发酵罐的应用,满足规模化生产的需求。上述的方案虽然具有以上的多个优点,但是,这种方案却存在以下缺陷:设计不合理,该装置的的搅拌轴沿轴向设有数个搅拌叶片的结构其不易组装制造,同时,后续使用磨损后不易更换维修,实用性差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种生物配料设备。本发明结构简单,操作简单,配制生物料均匀性好。
本发明采用的技术方案:一种生物配料设备,它包括搅拌缸体、搅拌转轴、搅拌杆、喷水管、吹风管和过滤筛体,搅拌缸体的顶部设置有一分解酶进口,在搅拌缸体的顶部均匀设置有一吹风管,吹风管与搅拌缸体内部连通,在搅拌缸体顶部设置有发酵气混合室,所述发酵气混合室与搅拌缸体的内部连通,过滤筛体设置在搅拌缸体的下部,在搅拌缸体的底部设置有搅拌转轴,搅拌转轴向左右方向设置有搅拌杆,在搅拌缸体的两侧开设有喷水口,所述喷水口与喷水管连通。
进一步地,在搅拌缸体的底部设置有一过滤液储备池,且在搅拌缸体的底部开设有一排水口。
进一步地,在搅拌缸体的侧壁上开设有一出料口。
本发明与现有技术相比其有益效果是:本发明在配料时,将有助于发酵的发酵气在吹风管的作用下与发酵料进行混合;本发明在搅拌发酵料的同时,通过均匀喷洒的水,提高了配料的均匀性,大大缩短了配料时间,提高了企业的生产效益。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种生物配料设备,它包括搅拌缸体1、搅拌转轴2、搅拌杆3、喷水管4、吹风管5和过滤筛体6,搅拌缸体1的顶部设置有一分解酶进口7,在搅拌缸体1的顶部均匀设置有一吹风管5,吹风管5与搅拌缸体1内部连通,在搅拌缸体1顶部设置有发酵气混合室8,所述发酵气混合室8与搅拌缸体1的内部连通,过滤筛体6设置在搅拌缸体1的下部,在搅拌缸体1的底部设置有搅拌转轴2,搅拌转轴2向左右方向设置有搅拌杆3,在搅拌缸体1的两侧开设有喷水口9,所述喷水口9与喷水管4连通。
在搅拌缸体1的底部设置有一过滤液储备池10,且在搅拌缸体1的底部开设有一排水口11。在搅拌缸体1的侧壁上开设有一出料口。

1.一种生物配料设备,它包括搅拌缸体、搅拌转轴、搅拌杆、喷水管、吹风管和过滤筛体,其特征在于,搅拌缸体的顶部设置有一分解酶进口,在搅拌缸体的顶部均匀设置有一吹风管,吹风管与搅拌缸体内部连通,在搅拌缸体顶部设置有发酵气混合室,所述发酵气混合室与搅拌缸体的内部连通,过滤筛体设置在搅拌缸体的下部,在搅拌缸体的底部设置有搅拌转轴,搅拌转轴向左右方向设置有搅拌杆,在搅拌缸体的两侧开设有喷水口,所述喷水口与喷水管连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物配料设备,其特征在于,在搅拌缸体的底部设置有一过滤液储备池,且在搅拌缸体的底部开设有一排水口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物配料设备,其特征在于,在搅拌缸体的侧壁上开设有一出料口。
