本发明公开了石墨烯材料技术领域的一种石墨烯基纤维高端卫生材料及其制备工艺,包括石墨烯纤维基底,所述石墨烯纤维基底的顶部连接有透气胶带层,所述透气胶带层的顶部设有胶原蛋白海绵层,所述胶原蛋白海绵层的顶部设有卫生杀菌层,所述卫生杀菌层包括设置在其表面的创面修复膜,所述创面修复膜的表面居中处还设有伤口创面敷料层,本发明通过在石墨烯基底上设置透气胶带,在保证透气度的基础上,提供与胶原蛋白海绵层便捷的连接方式,利用石墨烯纤维的良好的弹性和刚度作为伤口创面卫生材料的基底,能够增加卫生材料的抗撕裂程度,且粘贴在伤口创面时利于伤口的透气,促进伤口创面的愈合。

本发明涉及石墨烯材料技术领域,具体为一种石墨烯基纤维高端卫生材料及其制备工艺。
背景技术
石墨烯是一种由碳原子以sp2杂化方式形成的蜂窝状平面薄膜,是一种只有一个原子层厚度的准二维材料,所以又叫做单原子层石墨。英国曼彻斯特大学物理学家安德烈·盖姆和康斯坦丁·诺沃肖洛夫,用微机械剥离法成功从石墨中分离出石墨烯,因此共同获得2010年诺贝尔物理学奖。石墨烯常见的粉体生产的方法为机械剥离法、氧化还原法、SiC外延生长法,薄膜生产方法为化学气相沉积法(CVD)。由于其十分良好的强度、柔韧、导电、导热、光学特性,在物理学、材料学、电子信息、计算机、航空航天等领域都得到了长足的发展。纳米级的氧化石墨烯片可以纺制成长达数米的宏观石墨烯纤维。所制备的纤维不但强度高,而且韧性好,可以打成结或者编织成导电的垫子。但是石墨烯纤维材料在应用在临床医学上的范围比较窄,由于石墨烯纤维具有良好的弹性和刚度,可将石墨烯纤维材料应用到临床伤口创面的恢复上。为此,我们提出了一种石墨烯基纤维高端卫生材料及其制备工艺投入使用,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种石墨烯基纤维高端卫生材料及其制备工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种石墨烯基纤维高端卫生材料,包括石墨烯纤维基底,所述石墨烯纤维基底的顶部连接有透气胶带层,所述透气胶带层的顶部设有胶原蛋白海绵层,所述胶原蛋白海绵层的顶部设有卫生杀菌层,所述卫生杀菌层包括设置在其表面的创面修复膜,所述创面修复膜的表面居中处还设有伤口创面敷料层。
优选的,所述石墨烯纤维基底包括两层石墨烯纤维层,且两层石墨烯纤维层上下叠加设置。
优选的,所述透气胶带层为医用无敏胶带层,且透气胶带层的底部通过针织工艺固定在石墨烯纤维基底上。
优选的,所述创面修复膜为医用壳聚糖创面修复凝胶,所述伤口创面敷料层为由羧甲基纤维素钠颗粒、低过敏性医用粘胶弹性体和增塑剂组成的表面具有一层半透性的多聚膜结构。
优选的,一种石墨烯基纤维高端卫生材料的制备工艺,该石墨烯基纤维高端医用材料的制备工艺的具体步骤如下:
S1:将石墨烯基纤维原料通过喂料机构送入开松机进行去杂处理;
S2:把经过开松去杂处理后的石墨烯基纤维原料送入梳棉机中,将石墨烯基纤维原料变成网状纤维结构;
S3:把石墨烯纤网送入铺网机中,利用下导网装置的往复移动将纤网铺叠到成网帘上;
S4:采用上述同样的步骤制备出第二层石墨烯基纤网,并将两层纤网叠加,压实后送入罗拉牵伸机构中进行牵伸处理;
S5:经过牵伸处理后的石墨烯纤网进行水刺处理,利用高压水流对运动的纤网进行连续喷射,使纤网中的石墨烯纤维缠结,从而使纤网加固;
S6:把纤网送入烘干机中,将其表面的水分烘干后,将预先加工好的卫生杀菌层和胶原蛋白海绵层粘贴在透气胶带层上,并将透气胶带层通过针织的工艺固定在石墨烯纤网上;
S7:将石墨烯卫生材料送入金属检测仪中进行检测,合格后进行卷取,并分切打包。
优选的,所述步骤S1中,石墨烯基纤维原料首先通过粗开松处理后再送往精开松进行去杂处理。
优选的,所述步骤S2中,梳棉机的锡林和道夫均为中空滚筒结构,且锡林和道夫的表面均包覆有针布,其中锡林的转速为360~520r/min,道夫的转速为20~40r/min。
优选的,所述步骤S3中,铺网机为双帘夹持式铺网机,其铺网速度为40~60m/min。
优选的,所述步骤S6中,烘干温度为100~120℃,烘干后的回潮率控制在4~6%之间。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过在石墨烯基底上设置透气胶带,在保证透气度的基础上,提供与胶原蛋白海绵层便捷的连接方式,利用石墨烯纤维的良好的弹性和刚度作为伤口创面卫生材料的基底,能够增加卫生材料的抗撕裂程度,且粘贴在伤口创面时利于伤口的透气,促进伤口创面的愈合,本发明制备方法简单,效率高,且性能稳定。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种石墨烯基纤维高端卫生材料,包括石墨烯纤维基底1,所述石墨烯纤维基底1的顶部连接有透气胶带层2,所述透气胶带层2的顶部设有胶原蛋白海绵层3,所述胶原蛋白海绵层3的顶部设有卫生杀菌层4,所述卫生杀菌层4包括设置在其表面的创面修复膜41,所述创面修复膜41的表面居中处还设有伤口创面敷料层42。
其中,所述石墨烯纤维基底1包括两层石墨烯纤维层,且两层石墨烯纤维层上下叠加设置,所述透气胶带层2为医用无敏胶带层,且透气胶带层2的底部通过针织工艺固定在石墨烯纤维基底1上,所述创面修复膜41为医用壳聚糖创面修复凝胶,所述伤口创面敷料层42为由羧甲基纤维素钠颗粒、低过敏性医用粘胶弹性体和增塑剂组成的表面具有一层半透性的多聚膜结构。
本发明还提供了一种石墨烯基纤维高端卫生材料的制备工艺,该石墨烯基纤维高端卫生材料的制备工艺的具体步骤如下:
S1:将石墨烯基纤维原料通过喂料机构送入开松机进行去杂处理,石墨烯基纤维原料首先通过粗开松处理后再送往精开松进行去杂处理;
S2:把经过开松去杂处理后的石墨烯基纤维原料送入梳棉机中,将石墨烯基纤维原料变成网状纤维结构,梳棉机的锡林和道夫均为中空滚筒结构,且锡林和道夫的表面均包覆有针布,其中锡林的转速为360~520r/min,道夫的转速为20~40r/min;
S3:把石墨烯纤网送入铺网机中,利用下导网装置的往复移动将纤网铺叠到成网帘上,铺网机为双帘夹持式铺网机,其铺网速度为40~60m/min;
S4:采用上述同样的步骤制备出第二层石墨烯基纤网,并将两层纤网叠加,压实后送入罗拉牵伸机构中进行牵伸处理;
S5:经过牵伸处理后的石墨烯纤网进行水刺处理,利用高压水流对运动的纤网进行连续喷射,使纤网中的石墨烯纤维缠结,从而使纤网加固;
S6:把纤网送入烘干机中,将其表面的水分烘干后,将预先加工好的卫生杀菌层4和胶原蛋白海绵层3粘贴在透气胶带层2上,并将透气胶带层2通过针织的工艺固定在石墨烯纤网上,烘干温度为100~120℃,烘干后的回潮率控制在4~6%之间;
S7:将石墨烯卫生材料送入金属检测仪中进行检测,合格后进行卷取,并分切打包。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (9)
1.一种石墨烯基纤维高端卫生材料,包括石墨烯纤维基底(1),其特征在于:所述石墨烯纤维基底(1)的顶部连接有透气胶带层(2),所述透气胶带层(2)的顶部设有胶原蛋白海绵层(3),所述胶原蛋白海绵层(3)的顶部设有卫生杀菌层(4),所述卫生杀菌层(4)包括设置在其表面的创面修复膜(41),所述创面修复膜(41)的表面居中处还设有伤口创面敷料层(42)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯基纤维高端卫生材料,其特征在于:所述石墨烯纤维基底(1)包括两层石墨烯纤维层,且两层石墨烯纤维层上下叠加设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯基纤维高端卫生材料,其特征在于:所述透气胶带层(2)为医用无敏胶带层,且透气胶带层(2)的底部通过针织工艺固定在石墨烯纤维基底(1)上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯基纤维高端卫生材料,其特征在于:所述创面修复膜(41)为医用壳聚糖创面修复凝胶,所述伤口创面敷料层(42)为由羧甲基纤维素钠颗粒、低过敏性医用粘胶弹性体和增塑剂组成的表面具有一层半透性的多聚膜结构。
5.一种石墨烯基纤维高端卫生材料的制备工艺,其特征在于:该石墨烯基纤维高端医用材料的制备工艺的具体步骤如下:
S1:将石墨烯基纤维原料通过喂料机构送入开松机进行去杂处理;
S2:把经过开松去杂处理后的石墨烯基纤维原料送入梳棉机中,将石墨烯基纤维原料变成网状纤维结构;
S3:把石墨烯纤网送入铺网机中,利用下导网装置的往复移动将纤网铺叠到成网帘上;
S4:采用上述同样的步骤制备出第二层石墨烯基纤网,并将两层纤网叠加,压实后送入罗拉牵伸机构中进行牵伸处理;
S5:经过牵伸处理后的石墨烯纤网进行水刺处理,利用高压水流对运动的纤网进行连续喷射,使纤网中的石墨烯纤维缠结,从而使纤网加固;
S6:把纤网送入烘干机中,将其表面的水分烘干后,将预先加工好的卫生杀菌层(4)和胶原蛋白海绵层(3)粘贴在透气胶带层(2)上,并将透气胶带层(2)通过针织的工艺固定在石墨烯纤网上;
S7:将石墨烯卫生材料送入金属检测仪中进行检测,合格后进行卷取,并分切打包。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种石墨烯基纤维高端卫生材料的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S1中,石墨烯基纤维原料首先通过粗开松处理后再送往精开松进行去杂处理。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种石墨烯基纤维高端卫生材料的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S2中,梳棉机的锡林和道夫均为中空滚筒结构,且锡林和道夫的表面均包覆有针布,其中锡林的转速为360~520r/min,道夫的转速为20~40r/min。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种石墨烯基纤维高端卫生材料的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S3中,铺网机为双帘夹持式铺网机,其铺网速度为40~60m/min。
