Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a device for operating an upgrading data packet of a numerical control machine tool, wherein the method comprises the steps of starting a WIFI hotspot, establishing communication connection with at least one numerical control machine tool and acquiring current software version information of the at least one numerical control machine tool; downloading a corresponding upgrading data packet and acquiring a check value of the upgrading data packet; calculating a check value through a preset algorithm according to the downloaded upgrade data packet; and when the obtained check value is the same as the calculated check value, transmitting the downloaded upgrade data packet to the corresponding at least one numerical control machine tool. The method can effectively eliminate the situation of manually downloading the wrong upgrade package, greatly facilitates the user to upgrade the system software of a plurality of numerical control machines in batches, saves time, has high efficiency and improves the use experience of the user.

Background
At present, with the rapid development of numerical control machine tool technology, the system software of the existing numerical control machine tool is gradually perfected, wherein the method for upgrading the system software of the numerical control machine tool comprises the following steps:

The upgrade of the USB flash disk is selected, the upgrade package file is downloaded in a website of a numerical control manufacturer or an official network disk first, then the USB flash disk is inserted into a USB port of a numerical control machine system, and the upgrade package is selected for upgrade on a numerical control software upgrade interface. 2. Using network upgrades
If the workshop of the user is provided with a workshop network and a workshop master control (industrial personal computer), the user can perform networking upgrade through the numerical control system upgrade software arranged on the workshop master control. By using the upgrading mode, a user can receive a software updating notice of a numerical control manufacturer, and automatic upgrading and batch upgrading of the numerical control system are realized. However, most of the existing user workshops do not have a workshop network installed, and the conditions for using the method are not met.
Therefore, the method for realizing the data upgrading of the numerical control machine tool in the prior art is complex in operation and cannot conveniently and quickly acquire the upgrading data packet of the numerical control machine tool.

In one embodiment, after transmitting the downloaded upgrade data package to the corresponding at least one numerical control machine, as shown in fig. 1, the method further includes:
s105, sending an upgrading operation execution instruction to the at least one numerical control machine; the upgrading operation instruction is an automatic upgrading instruction, a notification upgrading instruction and a manual upgrading instruction.
And (3) automatic upgrading instruction: the mobile terminal automatically downloads the upgrading data packet from the preset download address when detecting that the version of the numerical control machine software system is lower than the latest version (periodically checking whether the preset download address is updated) through interaction with the numerical control machine software system, and then transmits the upgrading data packet to the numerical control machine after verification is passed and upgrading is executed.
And (4) notification and upgrading: when the mobile terminal detects that the version of the numerical control machine tool software system is lower than the latest version, a notification can be popped up to inquire whether the user is upgraded or not. If the user confirms the upgrade, the upgrade data packet is automatically downloaded for upgrade.
Manual upgrading: when the user does not want to automatically upgrade to the latest version, a manual upgrade mode can be selected.
In this embodiment, after the upgrade of the system software of the numerically-controlled machine tool is completed, the mobile terminal may also receive a feedback message of successful upgrade.
In one embodiment, the transmission file needs to ensure the correctness and integrity of the upgrade data packet data sent by the mobile terminal received by the numerical control machine, before the transmission of the upgrade data packet file is carried out, a check value is calculated through a digest algorithm according to the downloaded upgrade data packet and the acquired type of the check value of the upgrade data packet, and the calculated type of the check value is the same as the acquired type of the check value; the check value is one or more of the following types: MD5 value, SHA1 value, CRC value.
In this embodiment, the data check is a check value calculated by a specific algorithm, such as a digest algorithm, on the original data to ensure the integrity of the upgrade data packet data. After the download is finished, the mobile terminal calculates a check value by the same algorithm, and if the check value is the same as the check value provided with the upgrade data packet, the data is complete.
MD5 may generate an equally unique "digital fingerprint" for any file (regardless of size, format, number) that changes in value of MD5, i.e., the corresponding "digital fingerprint," if anyone makes any changes to the file. Such as a downloaded data upgrade package, and simultaneously obtains its MD5 value as: BA507262AC4BAC9F0CD579E22906F6CC, then at the mobile terminal, by upgrading the downloaded data package, its MD5 is calculated, if it matches, the data package can be proved to be complete, otherwise it is tampered.
The following description is given by an embodiment, referring to fig. 4, where a mobile terminal is, for example, a mobile phone, the mobile phone establishes a TCP connection with a numerical control machine, and the mobile terminal sends a request for information of the numerical control system and receives information of the numerical control system returned by the numerical control machine; the mobile terminal downloads a corresponding upgrading data packet according to the numerical control system information, pushes the upgrading data packet to the numerical control machine after verification is passed, and receives a returned pushing result; and then sending an instruction for executing the upgrade to the numerical control machine tool, and finally receiving the upgrade result of the numerical control machine tool. The condition that the upgrade package is downloaded by hand in error can be effectively eliminated, great convenience is brought to a user, the system software of a plurality of numerical control machines can be upgraded in batches, time is saved, efficiency is high, and use experience of the user is improved.
Based on the same inventive concept, embodiments of the present invention further provide a mobile terminal, and as the principle of the problem solved by the mobile terminal is similar to the method for operating the update data package of the nc machine tool in the foregoing embodiments, the implementation of the mobile terminal may refer to the implementation of the foregoing method, and repeated details are omitted.
The following is a mobile terminal provided in an embodiment of the present invention, which may be used to execute the method embodiment for operating the upgrade data package of the nc machine tool.
Referring to fig. 5, the mobile terminal includes:
the communication module 51 is used for starting a WIFI hotspot and establishing communication connection with at least one numerical control machine;
an obtaining module 52, configured to obtain current software version information of at least one numerical control machine;
a downloading module 53, configured to download a corresponding upgrade data package and obtain a check value of the upgrade data package;
a calculating module 54, configured to calculate a check value according to the upgrade data packet downloaded by the downloading module through a preset algorithm;
and a transmission module 55, configured to transmit the downloaded upgrade data package to the corresponding at least one numerical control machine tool when the obtained check value is the same as the calculated check value.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 6, the communication module 51 includes:
the receiving submodule 511 is configured to receive a transmission control protocol TCP socket and a port number sent by the numerical control machine;
and the communication submodule 512 is used for analyzing the numerical control machine tool IP according to the TCP socket received by the receiving submodule and establishing TCP communication connection with the numerical control machine tool according to the numerical control machine tool IP and the port number.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 7, the obtaining module 52 includes:
the sending submodule 521 is used for sending an encoding request to the at least one numerical control machine;
and the obtaining submodule 522 is configured to receive the current software version information and the available disk space information returned by the at least one numerical control machine.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 8, the transmission module 55 includes:
the analysis submodule 551 is used for analyzing the type of the upgrading data packet;
the judging submodule 552 is configured to judge whether the type of the upgrade data packet analyzed by the analyzing submodule is matched with the at least one numerical control machine tool;
and a transmission submodule 553, configured to transmit the upgrade data packet to the at least one matching nc machine tool according to a determination result of the determination submodule.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the terminal further includes:
a sending module 56, configured to send an instruction for performing an upgrade operation to the at least one numerical control machine; the upgrading operation instruction is an automatic upgrading instruction, a notification upgrading instruction and a manual upgrading instruction.
In an embodiment, the calculating module 54 is specifically configured to calculate a check value through a digest algorithm according to the upgrade data package downloaded by the download module and the type of the obtained check value of the upgrade data package, where the type of the calculated check value is the same as the type of the obtained check value; the type of the check value is one or more of the following types: MD5 value, SHA1 value, CRC value.
With regard to the mobile terminal in the above-described embodiment, the specific manner in which each module performs the operation has been described in detail in the embodiment related to the method, and will not be elaborated here.
According to a third aspect of the embodiments of the present disclosure, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a method for upgrading a data package of a numerically-controlled machine tool, which is shown in fig. 9, and includes steps S901 to S902:
s901, sending current version information to a mobile terminal through WIFI communication connection;
and S902, receiving a corresponding upgrading data packet sent by the mobile terminal.
In one embodiment, the connecting through WIFI communication includes:
sending a TCP socket and a port number to the mobile terminal;
and establishing TCP communication connection with the mobile terminal.
In one embodiment, the sending the current version information to the mobile terminal includes
Receiving a coding request sent by the mobile terminal;
and sending the current software version information and the available disk space information according to the coding request.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: and receiving an instruction for executing upgrading operation sent by the mobile terminal.
According to a fourth aspect of the embodiments of the present disclosure, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a numerically controlled machine tool, shown in fig. 10, including:
the sending module 101 is configured to send current version information to the mobile terminal through WIFI communication connection;
the receiving module 102 is configured to receive a corresponding upgrade data packet sent by a mobile terminal.
In one embodiment, the sending module 101, as shown in fig. 11, includes a communication sub-module 1011 configured to send a TCP socket and a port number to the mobile terminal; and establishing TCP communication connection with the mobile terminal.
In an embodiment, the sending module 101, as shown in fig. 11, further includes:
a receiving submodule 1012, configured to receive an encoding request sent by the mobile terminal;
and the sending sub-module 1013 is configured to send the current software version information and the available disk space information according to the encoding request received by the receiving sub-module.
In an embodiment, the receiving module 102 is further configured to receive an instruction for performing an upgrade operation, which is sent by the mobile terminal.
According to a fifth aspect of the embodiments of the present disclosure, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a system, which is shown in fig. 12, and includes a mobile terminal as described in the above embodiments and a numerical control machine as described in the above embodiments.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present invention may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present invention may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present invention may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.

Claims (6)

1. A method of operating an numerically controlled machine upgrade data package, comprising:
opening a WIFI hotspot, establishing communication connection with at least one numerical control machine tool, and acquiring current software version information of the at least one numerical control machine tool;
downloading a corresponding upgrading data packet and acquiring a check value of the upgrading data packet;
calculating a check value through a preset algorithm according to the downloaded upgrade data packet;
when the obtained check value is the same as the calculated check value, transmitting the downloaded upgrade data packet to the corresponding at least one numerical control machine;
the acquiring of the current software version information of at least one numerical control machine tool comprises the following steps: sending a coding request to the at least one numerically controlled machine tool; receiving current software version information and available disk space information returned by the at least one numerical control machine;
transmitting the downloaded upgrade data packet to the corresponding at least one numerical control machine tool, comprising: analyzing the type of the upgrading data packet; judging whether the type of the upgrading data packet is matched with the at least one numerical control machine tool or not; transmitting the upgrading data packet to the at least one matched numerical control machine tool;
after transmitting the downloaded upgrade data package to the corresponding at least one numerical control machine, the method further includes: sending an instruction for executing upgrading operation to the at least one numerical control machine; the upgrading operation instruction is an automatic upgrading instruction, a notification upgrading instruction and a manual upgrading instruction.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the establishing the communication connection comprises:
receiving a Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) socket and a port number sent by the numerical control machine tool;
and analyzing the IP of the numerical control machine tool according to the TCP socket, and establishing TCP communication connection with the numerical control machine tool according to the IP and the port number of the numerical control machine tool.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein calculating the check value through a preset algorithm according to the upgrade data package completed by downloading comprises:
calculating a check value through a digest algorithm according to the downloaded upgrade data packet and the type of the obtained upgrade data packet check value, wherein the type of the calculated check value is the same as the type of the obtained check value; the type of the check value is one or more of the following types: MD5 value, SHA1 value, CRC value.
4. A mobile terminal, comprising:
the communication module is used for opening the WIFI hotspot and establishing communication connection with at least one numerical control machine;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the current software version information of at least one numerical control machine;
the download module is used for downloading the corresponding upgrade data packet and acquiring the check value of the upgrade data packet;
the calculation module is used for calculating a check value through a preset algorithm according to the upgrade data packet downloaded by the download module;
the transmission module is used for transmitting the downloaded upgrading data packet to the corresponding at least one numerical control machine tool when the obtained check value is the same as the calculated check value;
the acquisition module includes: the sending submodule is used for sending a coding request to the at least one numerical control machine; the acquisition submodule is used for receiving the current software version information and the available disk space information returned by the at least one numerical control machine;
the transmission module includes: the analysis submodule is used for analyzing the type of the upgrading data packet; the judging submodule is used for judging whether the type of the upgrading data packet analyzed by the analyzing submodule is matched with the at least one numerical control machine tool or not; the transmission submodule is used for transmitting the upgrading data packet to the at least one matched numerical control machine tool according to the judgment result of the judgment submodule;
the terminal further comprises: the sending module is used for sending an instruction for executing upgrading operation to the at least one numerical control machine; the upgrading operation instruction is an automatic upgrading instruction, a notification upgrading instruction and a manual upgrading instruction.
5. The terminal of claim 4, wherein the communication module comprises:
the receiving submodule is used for receiving a Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) socket and a port number sent by the numerical control machine tool;
and the communication submodule is used for analyzing the IP of the numerical control machine tool according to the TCP socket received by the receiving submodule and establishing TCP communication connection with the numerical control machine tool according to the IP and the port number of the numerical control machine tool.

The terminal according to claim 4, wherein the calculation module is specifically configured to calculate the check value through a digest algorithm according to the downloaded upgrade data package and the type of the obtained upgrade data package check value, where the type of the calculated check value is the same as the type of the obtained check value; the type of the check value is one or more of the following types: MD5 value, SHA1 value, CRC value.
