Abstract
The invention provides a brake disc and a railway vehicle with the same, wherein the brake disc comprises a disc main body and supporting blocks arranged on the disc main body, the disc main body is made of a carbon ceramic material, the supporting blocks are made of a carbon-carbon material, and the brake disc fully combines the excellent frictional wear performance of the carbon ceramic material and the excellent high-temperature mechanical property of the carbon-carbon material, so that the brake disc is uniformly stressed in the braking process, the safety coefficient of a subway vehicle braking device is increased, and the weight reduction effect is obvious. The brake disc solves the problem that the brake disc in the prior art cannot meet the braking requirement of the running of a railway vehicle.

The brake disc is applied to the railway vehicle and comprises a disc main body 10 and supporting blocks, the supporting blocks are arranged on the disc main body 10 to play a braking role, the disc main body 10 is made of carbon ceramic materials, the supporting blocks are made of carbon-carbon materials, and the brake disc fully combines excellent frictional wear performance of the carbon ceramic materials and excellent high-temperature mechanical performance of the carbon-carbon materials, so that the brake disc is stressed uniformly in the braking process, the safety coefficient of a braking device of the subway vehicle is increased, the weight reduction effect is obvious, technical support is provided for popularization of the subway, and the brake disc has the remarkable characteristics of high brake reaction speed, low brake decay, high abrasion resistance, longer service life and the like.
In the present embodiment, the supporting blocks are plural, and the plural supporting blocks are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the disk main body 10 and symmetrically distributed along the circumference of the disk main body 10.
In order to ensure the heat dissipation of the brake disc during the braking process, the number of the supporting blocks is multiple, the multiple supporting blocks include multiple supporting block groups 11, the multiple supporting block groups 11 have multiple supporting blocks, and the multiple supporting block groups 11 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the disc main body 10. The brake disc described above can be used on a rail vehicle, i.e. the present invention provides a rail vehicle. The rail vehicle comprises a brake disc, and the brake disc is the brake disc of the embodiment. The rail vehicle has excellent braking performance, can greatly reduce the damage to the rail, reduces the train operation and maintenance cost, and has higher safety factor.

the plurality of supporting blocks comprise a first supporting block (111) and a second supporting block (112), and at least part of the supporting block groups (11) comprise the first supporting block (111) and the second supporting block (112);
the plurality of support block groups (11) comprise a first support block group (12) and a second support block group (13), the first support block group (12) is composed of a plurality of first support blocks (111), and the second support block group (13) comprises a first support block (111) and a second support block (112);
wherein the first support block group (12) and the second support block group (13) are alternately arranged in a circumferential direction of the disk main body (10);
a plurality of friction rings (14) are arranged on the disc main body (10), the friction rings (14) are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the disc main body (10), and the friction rings (14) are made of carbon ceramic materials;

4. Brake disc according to claim 1, characterized in that the second support block (112) is provided with a receiving steel sleeve (113).

The brake disc according to claim 1, wherein the disc body (10) is provided with a plurality of through holes (16) for passing fasteners (15), the plurality of through holes (16) and the plurality of friction rings (14) are arranged in one-to-one correspondence, and a hole center line of each through hole (16) coincides with a center line of the corresponding friction ring (14).
6. A rail vehicle comprising a brake disc, characterized in that the brake disc is a brake disc according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
