The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted battery fire extinguishing device, wherein a vehicle-mounted battery is fixed in a battery box, and a spray pipe of a fire extinguishing tank is arranged in the battery box, wherein: the vehicle-mounted battery fire extinguishing device further comprises a fire extinguishing net structure, the fire extinguishing net structure comprises a fixing net and a plurality of fire extinguishing balls, the fire extinguishing balls are distributed on the fixing net, the fixing net can cover the vehicle-mounted battery to enable the fire extinguishing balls to be in contact with the vehicle-mounted battery, the fire extinguishing balls are composed of shells capable of being heated to break and fire extinguishing agents wrapped in the shells, the fire extinguishing agents in the fire extinguishing balls are formed by mixing perfluorohexanone solutions with molar concentrations exceeding 95% and indicating gases, wherein the perfluorohexanone solutions account for 30% -70% in parts by volume, the balance is indicating gases, detectors capable of detecting the indicating gases are arranged in the battery box and connected with a controller, the controller is connected with a switch valve of the fire extinguishing tank and controls the on-off of the switch valve, when the switch valve is switched on, the fire extinguishing materials in the fire extinguishing tank are sprayed into the battery box through a spray pipe device.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of fire extinguishing devices, and particularly relates to a vehicle-mounted battery fire extinguishing device.
Background
Because the existing new energy automobiles all adopt the lithium ion battery as a power system, the lithium ion battery has certain potential safety hazard in the running process of the automobile, and particularly under the abuse condition, such as overcharge, overdischarge, extrusion, needling, burning and the like in the charging process of the automobile, the lithium ion battery is easy to generate safety accidents of smoking, firing and even explosion. Therefore, the on-board battery is equipped with a fire extinguisher.
The existing fire extinguishing device can sense whether a battery in a battery box is on fire or not by mounting structures such as a temperature sensor, a smoke sensor, a combustible gas sensor and the like in the battery box in order to achieve the function of automatically extinguishing fire, and the fire extinguishing device is controlled to extinguish the fire through a controller. However, sometimes the vehicle is in an environment with large smoke or combustible gas, the battery box needs to keep good ventilation, smoke and combustible gas flow through the battery box, and at this time, the controller may make a misjudgment, and when the battery box is not on fire, the controller determines that the vehicle is on fire, and then starts the fire extinguishing device, which causes unnecessary loss.

the fire extinguishing material in the fire extinguishing tank is formed by mixing perfluorohexanone solution with the molar concentration of more than 95% and nitrogen, wherein the perfluorohexanone solution accounts for 30% -70%, and the balance is nitrogen.
The indicator gas is helium and, correspondingly, the detector is a helium detector.
The spray pipe device comprises a transverse pipe and a longitudinal pipe which are communicated with each other, the transverse pipe and the longitudinal pipe form a net structure to surround the vehicle-mounted battery in the battery box, spray heads are arranged on the transverse pipe and the longitudinal pipe and face the vehicle-mounted battery, and one of the transverse pipe or the longitudinal pipe is connected with a switch valve of the fire extinguishing tank.
The shell of the fire extinguishing ball is made of plastic, and the fire extinguishing ball comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 63-88% of nylon, 5-20% of elastic modifier, 2-10% of crystallization modifier and 5-7% of auxiliary agent, wherein the above components are in mass percentage.
The controller is a single chip microcomputer.
The pressure gauge is mounted on the fire extinguishing tank and used for indicating the pressure in the fire extinguishing tank.
The air pressure in the fire extinguishing ball is 1.2MPa to 1.5 MPa.

The indicating gas is preferably a gas which is less prone to occur in daily life, can be a gas which is artificially synthesized, can also be a gas which exists in the nature, such as helium, is an inert gas and cannot support combustion, and meanwhile rarely occurs in daily life, and the problem that the existing intelligent detection device is prone to misjudgment can be solved by taking the gas as the indicating gas. The fire extinguishing ball is provided with the fire extinguishing agent, so that fire can be extinguished at the fire point of the battery box.

In the embodiment, the controller 6 is a single chip microcomputer.
In the embodiment, the fire extinguishing tank 2 is provided with a pressure gauge, and the pressure gauge is used for indicating the pressure in the fire extinguishing tank 2.
In the embodiment, the pressure in the fire extinguishing ball 42 is 1.2MPa to 1.5 MPa.

After the fire extinguishing net structure 4 is installed, structures such as fire extinguishing pots 2, transverse pipes 21, longitudinal pipes 22 and the like are installed, and the arrangement mode is shown in figure 1. When the vehicle-mounted battery 3 catches fire, the fire extinguishing ball 42 near the fire point is heated and broken to release the perfluorohexanone solution and the helium gas, the perfluorohexanone solution extinguishes the fire point, the helium gas floats on the upper surface of the battery box 1, the helium gas detector transmits a signal to the controller 6 after detecting the helium gas, the controller 6 controls the electromagnetic valve of the fire extinguishing tank 2 to be opened, and the fire extinguishing agent enters the spray pipe device from the fire extinguishing tank 2 and is sprayed out from the spray head 23 to extinguish the whole battery box 1.
