Description

Anti-leakage edge-separating body-fitting connecting part capable of preventing inner sides of legs from being stressed and manufacturing method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of disposable sanitary products, in particular to a leakage-proof edge-isolating fit connecting part capable of preventing the inner side of a leg from being stressed and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Generally, infant absorbent articles include baby diapers, pull-offs, and the like, all constructed of multiple layers of materials, including inner surface materials, absorbent materials, and the like. Along with the improvement of living standard of people, the baby diaper has the advantages of convenient carrying and cleanness, so the baby diaper is more and more widely applied. Infant absorbent articles are more and more elegant, comfortable and practical, and the application of infant absorbent articles is convenient for people to nurture infants.
Due to the fact that the traditional process is adopted, the paper diaper is thick and heavy, inconvenience is brought to movement of the infant, the diaper is prone to lump formation and fault formation after long-time use, the crotch of the infant is prone to being squeezed, inconvenience is brought to movement of the infant, meanwhile harm is brought to health of the infant, and healthy growth of the infant is affected. For infants to wear more comfortably, there is a transition from bulky absorbent materials to ultra-thin absorbent materials. But because the ultra-thin product has the characteristics of lighter, thinner and more comfortable, the ultra-thin product is more and more popular.
Present panty-shape diapers are still mostly put the design focus on the leak protection, prevent various troubles and inconvenience that the urine seepage brought, do not annotate heavily the panty-shape diapers and should adapt to the curved mode of tailorring of baby's buttock, be not conform to human engineering, especially for the leak protection and the heavy panty-shape diapers of design are fairly big to the inboard pressure of baby's shank, it is so more after the inner core adsorbs the urine, it is inconvenient to cause baby's activity, it can bring harm to baby's health to use for a long time, influence baby's healthy growth. Therefore, the patent with the publication number of CN203089561U provides a golden double-arc multi-layer core body diaper, which comprises a strip-shaped inner core body arranged in the diaper, wherein the inner core body is provided with concave arc lines for abdicating legs, and the concave arc lines are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the central line of the inner core body along the length direction of the inner core body; the inner core body comprises two end parts and a middle part positioned between the two end parts along the length direction of the inner core body, the width of the middle part is smaller than the width of the two end parts, the two ends of the middle part are respectively connected with the end parts through transition sections, and the transition sections are naturally connected from the middle part to the two end parts in a transition mode in a gradually widening mode. By accurately cutting the radian of the crotch part, a golden ratio double arc is formed, so that the inner sides of the legs of the baby are not stressed, the baby is more comfortable and fit after being worn on the body, and the movement is more convenient and free; and on the basis of ensuring the dryness and leakage prevention of the paper diaper, the paper diaper is lighter, thinner and more breathable, and the inner core body is not broken and does not stick together, thereby being beneficial to the healthy growth of the baby.
However, although the prior art sets the absorbent core of the diaper as an absorbent core with an arc-shaped crotch, also called a dumbbell-shaped absorbent core, the leg circumference and the leakage-proof separation edge are arranged on the disposable absorbent article, and the leakage-proof separation edge stands up to be in a U-shaped three-dimensional state during use, so the leakage-proof separation edge still continuously rubs the skin of the leg of the wearer, and scratches, even red swelling and inflammation appear on the skin. Therefore, on the basis of the existing leakage-proof separation edges, the proper body connecting part is arranged, so that when the absorbent product is in a natural loose three-dimensional state, the leakage-proof separation edges at the connecting part between the free part and the proper body connecting part are inwards shrunk along the width direction of the crotch part of the dumbbell-shaped absorbent core, and each leakage-proof separation edge forms a three-dimensional arc-shaped leakage-proof separation edge in the width direction of the absorbent product, so that the problem that the leakage-proof separation edges rub against the skin of the legs of a wearer is avoided, and meanwhile, the leakage-proof separation edges are inwards shrunk towards the crotch part of the absorbent core, so that the absorbent product is more proper to wear, and has a better close.

Various patterns can be arranged on the surface layer of the heat-seal impervious body 15.
The function of the heat-seal impervious body 15 is based on that urine transversely seeps out from the gap between the leakproof isolation edge and the liquid-tight bottom layer due to poor absorption in the process of absorbing liquid, further, urine seeps from both sides of the leg portion, which causes a serious leakage problem and also loses the use significance of the absorbent article, and this is because once urine flows on the surface of the super absorbent resin particles, namely, the particles are accommodated by the super absorbent resin particles, and the super absorbent resin particles can expand after absorbing urine, the colloid surface of the expanded super absorbent resin is sticky, the colloid blocking phenomenon is easy to occur, and the subsequent urine is difficult to permeate through the absorption core such as a common straight strip type absorption core and a dumbbell type absorption core and then diffuse, so that urine seeps out from the space between the leakage-preventing barrier and the liquid-impermeable back sheet in the transverse width direction of the absorbent core. The heat seal seepage-proofing body 15 can effectively prevent urine from transversely diffusing and seeping to two sides along the gap between the leakage-proof separation edge and the liquid-tight bottom layer, so that the urine is prevented from seeping from two sides of the leg, the possibility of side leakage is reduced, and the problems in the prior art are effectively solved.
