Abstract
The invention discloses a measuring template for establishing an indoor clear height measuring point and a using method thereof, wherein the measuring template comprises a template body, the template body is square, and the length and the width of the template body are both more than 550mm and less than 800mm; and a round hole for spraying a measuring point is formed in each right angle position on the template body, the distance between the center point of the round hole and two adjacent sides of the diagonal angle of the center point is 500mm, and the diameter of the round hole is 3-8mm. The measuring template for establishing the indoor clear height measuring point and the using method thereof can quickly and accurately confirm the measuring point in the room, and are quite convenient to operate.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an auxiliary appliance for checking and accepting quality of constructional engineering, in particular to a measuring template for establishing a measuring point of net height in a measuring room.
Background
After the construction of the building is completed, a lot of measurements such as indoor clear height measurement, wall levelness measurement, verticality measurement and the like are generally required to ensure the construction quality. In general, in measuring the net height in a room, it is often necessary to establish at least five measuring points for each room, the five measuring points being distributed at four corners of the room and at the middle of the room, wherein the measuring points distributed at four corners of the room are required to be 500mm in vertical distance from the measuring points to the wall edges when they are manufactured. Therefore, when the four measuring points are established, a measuring staff is required to use a tape measure to measure and mark the measuring points, and then the measuring points in the middle are established by using ink fountain elastic wires according to the positions of the measuring points in the four corners. The method for establishing the measuring points is easy to generate errors because the measurement is carried out by manual work, and meanwhile, the specific data of each measuring point is difficult to register because each measuring point is marked equally, and the later confirmation and retest are inconvenient.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to solve the technical problems that:
when the measuring points of the room are established, the positions of the four measuring points of the corners are not accurate enough, the marks of the measuring points are the same, the registering and the later re-measurement and confirmation are inconvenient, meanwhile, each measuring point is established for two times, and the working intensity of measuring staff is high.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the measuring template for establishing the indoor clear height measuring point is characterized by comprising a template body, wherein the template body is square, and the length and the width of the template body are both more than 550mm and less than 800mm; and a round hole for spraying a measuring point is formed in each right angle position on the template body, the distance between the center point of the round hole and two adjacent sides of the diagonal angle of the center point is 500mm, and the diameter of the round hole is 3-8mm. When in use, only the two side edges of the measuring template are clung to the corners and horizontally placed. At this time, the position of the round hole opposite to the corner is the position of the measuring point, and when the round hole is marked, the round hole is sprayed by adopting a spray tank. After the measuring template is adopted, the using steps are very simple, the measuring points are established very efficiently and accurately, and the labor intensity of workers can be greatly reduced. In addition, because the length and the width of the template body are both more than 550mm, and the distance between the center point of the round hole and two adjacent sides of the diagonal angle of the center point is 500mm, a space is formed between the round hole and the side of the template body, and when the space is used for preventing spraying, paint is sprayed outside the template, and the observation of a measuring point is influenced.
Furthermore, each right angle of the template body and the middle part of the template body are provided with a hollowed-out number, each hollowed-out number consists of a first hollowed-out part and a second hollowed-out part, a partition plate is arranged between the first hollowed-out part and the second hollowed-out part, the partition plate is round or square, and the partition plate and the template body are integrally formed; the round holes are formed in the partition plate. When the measuring points are marked, the spraying tank is aligned to the hollowed-out digital area for spraying, so that the spraying numbers can be marked on the ground. Thus, each round hole corresponds to one hollowed-out number, and therefore when the measurement results are registered on the measurement points, one measurement result can correspond to one hollowed-out number, and further when the later re-measurement and confirmation are carried out, what the measurement result corresponding to each number is can be intuitively known. The method can reduce a plurality of unnecessary retests, and is helpful for later maintenance and retests. The hollowed-out numbers in the middle are used for facilitating establishment of measurement points in the middle of a room so as to realize that each measurement point corresponds to one number. The baffle between two fretwork portions is mainly in order to divide the fretwork portion for when spraying, the baffle corresponds the part and is blank state, and then the measuring point that the spraying of corresponding round hole department was gone out on the prominent baffle.
Further, hollowed-out numbers adjacent to the four right-angle positions of the template body are arranged clockwise or anticlockwise and are respectively 1, 2, 3 and 4; the hollowed-out number positioned in the middle of the template body is 5. A method of using a measurement template for establishing an indoor net height measurement point, the method comprising the steps of: step one, preparing a measuring template, an ink fountain and a spray tank as described above; secondly, placing the measuring template on the ground at the corner of the room to be measured, and tightly attaching the side edge of the measuring template to the wall surface, wherein when the measuring template is placed, the number to be marked is placed at the diagonal corner of the wall corner; preparing a spray tank, spraying the spray tank aiming at hollowed-out numbers which are positioned at the relative positions with the corners, wherein the numbers displayed on the ground after spraying are marked numbers, and the round points corresponding to the round holes are measuring points.
Before spraying the measuring points, marking the marking numbers corresponding to the measuring points on the design drawing according to the sequence of the hollowed-out numbers on the template body, and filling the measured values corresponding to the marking numbers to the corresponding positions of the drawing after measurement; the arrangement sequence of the marking numbers is consistent with the arrangement sequence of the template body.
Compared with the prior art, the measuring template for establishing the indoor clear height measuring point and the using method thereof have the following advantages:
1. the marking of each measuring point is established very conveniently and rapidly, the side of the measuring template is only required to be placed on the ground, the side of the measuring template is tightly attached to the wall, and the process of determining the positioning point by measuring with a steel rule is omitted, so that the working time can be greatly shortened. Meanwhile, the distance between the center point of the round hole on the measuring template and two adjacent sides of the diagonal angle of the center point is 500mm, so that the requirement of 500mm of the vertical distance from the measuring point to the wall body is met, each measuring point is very accurate, and errors caused by manual measurement are avoided.
2. Each round hole for marking the measuring point corresponds to a hollowed-out number, so that in use, each measuring point corresponds to a number mark, the numerical value of the measuring point in each mark is recorded conveniently, and meanwhile, later retests and repair of places with insufficient elevation or errors by maintenance personnel are facilitated.
3. The template body is made of light materials, is light and durable, and is convenient to carry.

as shown in the figure, the measuring template for establishing the clear height measuring point in the measuring chamber comprises a template body 1, wherein the template body 1 is square, and the length and the width of the template body 1 are both more than 550mm and less than 800mm; a round hole 11 for spraying a measuring point is formed in each right angle position on the template body 1, the distance between the center point of the template body 1 and two adjacent sides of the diagonal angle of the center point is 500mm, and the diameter of the round hole 11 is 3-8mm; a hollowed-out number 12 is arranged at each right angle of the template body 1 and in the middle of the template body 1, each hollowed-out number 12 consists of a first hollowed-out part 121 and a second hollowed-out part 122, a partition plate 13 is arranged between the first hollowed-out part 121 and the second hollowed-out part 122, the partition plate 13 is circular, and the partition plate 13 and the template body 1 are integrally formed; a round hole with the diameter of 3-8mm is also arranged on a baffle 13 of the hollowed-out number 12 positioned in the middle of the template body 1, and each round hole 11 is arranged on the baffle 13.
In this embodiment, the hollowed-out numbers 12 adjacent to the four right-angle positions of the template body 1 are clockwise, and are Arabic numbers 1, 2, 3 and 4 respectively; the hollowed-out number 12 positioned in the middle of the template body 1 is Arabic number 5. In a specific implementation, the hollowed-out number 12 may also be arranged counterclockwise.
Specifically, the template body 1 in this embodiment is made of an aluminum plate, an ABS plate, or a lightweight stainless steel plate. Because aluminum plate and steel sheet rigidity are big, in case the deformation is difficult to resume, consequently not be the best choice, ABS board toughness is good, more is fit for laminating with the terrace. As shown in fig. 1, when the template body 1 is square, the distances from the center point of the round hole 11 to the two adjacent sides of the template body 1 are equal. Of course, in the concrete production, the template body 1 may be produced in a rectangular shape (as shown in fig. 2). Since the rectangle is used, a part of blank part is not used, and the material is wasted, and the processing is inconvenient, and square is preferable in the manufacturing process.
Taking a rectangular room as an example, the following details are given about a specific usage method of the measurement template in this embodiment: firstly, placing a measuring template on the ground at the corner of a room to be measured, and tightly attaching the side edge of the measuring template to a wall surface, wherein when the measuring template is placed, the number to be marked is placed at the diagonal corner of the wall corner; step two, preparing a spraying tank, and spraying the spraying tank on the hollowed-out numbers 12 which are positioned opposite to the corners, wherein during spraying, attention should be paid not to spray the coating on the outside of the measuring template and other hollowed-out numbers 12, and of course, paper can be paved on the outer edge of the measuring template to prevent the coating from being sprayed outside the measuring template and affecting the observation of measuring staff. The numbers displayed on the ground after spraying are marked numbers, and the round points corresponding to the round holes 11 are measuring points. After the spraying is completed, the measuring template is taken away, and the next point is confirmed and sprayed. After the measurement points are confirmed, the ink fountain is used for connecting the measurement points. Wherein, the measurement points in the middle of the room are confirmed by connecting the diagonal lines of the measurement points at the four corners of the room. The measuring point is finally established, after which a measuring template is placed on the measuring point and the round hole 11, numbered 5, is aligned with the measuring point and then spray coated with the alignment 5.
Before spraying the measuring points, marking the marking numbers corresponding to the measuring points on the design drawing according to the sequence of the hollowed-out numbers on the template body 1, and filling the measured values corresponding to the marking numbers to the corresponding positions of the drawing after the measuring; the arrangement sequence of the marking numbers is consistent with the arrangement sequence of the template body 1.
