Abstract
The assembly device for the fuel pump core assembly comprises a base, a pump core positioning seat, a pressing device and a cylinder assembly, wherein the cylinder assembly is in circuit connection with an external control unit; a laser positioning monitoring device for monitoring the assembly state of the pump core assembly is arranged on one side of the base, a filter screen leakage detection device for rechecking the purification quality of the filter screen is arranged on one side of the pump core positioning seat, a gas blowing pipe and a suction pipe of the filter screen leakage detection device are connected with an external blowing and suction source, photoelectric switches of the laser positioning monitoring device and the filter screen leakage detection device are connected with an external control unit circuit, and a pressing device moves up and down under the pushing of a cylinder piston to press the filter screen and a pressing sheet on the pump core. The method for assembling the pump core assembly by the assembling device comprises the following steps: and (3) carrying out purification quality rechecking on the filter screen, loading the lower bracket into the bottom of the fuel pump core, and simultaneously compacting the filter screen and the tabletting. The device is provided with multi-link detection and monitoring, can ensure the quality of products, has simple and convenient assembly method operation and high work efficiency, and can greatly lighten the labor intensity of operators.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an assembly device and an assembly method for automobile components, and more particularly, to an assembly device for a fuel pump core assembly of an automobile engine fuel supply system and a method for assembling a pump core assembly using the same.
Background
The pump core assembly of the automobile fuel pump refers to an assembly of a pump core and a filter screen of a fuel pump of an automobile engine fuel supply system, and mainly consists of a pump core, a lower bracket, the filter screen, a tabletting and the like, and the traditional assembly mainly depends on manual operation because of no special pump core assembly device, and the process flow is as follows: 1) manually placing the lower bracket in a clamp, 2) loading a tabletting and a filter screen, 3) loading a pump core to obtain a preassembled assembly, and finally, pressing the assembly into a fixed position by a pneumatic device; the defects are that:
1. the labor intensity is high, and the work efficiency is low;
2. the moving parts (filter screen and tabletting) in the assembly are relatively poor in coaxiality after being combined;
3. the adjustment and the measurement of the pneumatic device without air pressure are not guaranteed, the filter screen blowing and the suction re-inspection are not carried out in the assembly, and the mixing of defective filter screens into an assembly line cannot be stopped, so that the quality of the pump core assembly is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims at: a novel fuel pump core assembly assembling device and a method for assembling a pump core assembly by using the same are provided, so that the defects existing in the prior assembling process are overcome.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the assembly device for the fuel pump core assembly comprises a base, a core positioning seat for fixing the pump core assembly, a compressing device for compressing a filter screen and a compression sheet and a cylinder assembly for providing power for the compressing device, wherein the cylinder assembly is provided with compressed air by an external air source and controlled by an external control unit circuit;
the pump core positioning seat is arranged at the bottom of the base, the pressing device is arranged at the waist of the base and is in transmission connection with the cylinder assembly positioned at the top of the base, and the centers of the cylinder assembly, the pressing device and the pump core positioning seat are positioned on the same vertical central line;
the pressing device comprises a universal joint, a plate changing, a filter screen pressing head and a pressing head, wherein the plate changing is slidably arranged in a plate changing clamping groove seat, the upper part of the plate changing is fixed with the plate changing clamping groove seat through a fixing plate, the upper part of the fixing plate is connected with the universal joint, the upper end of the universal joint is connected with a cylinder piston of the cylinder assembly, the filter screen pressing head and the pressing head are respectively arranged at the bottom of the plate changing, and the universal joint drives the plate changing together with the filter screen pressing head and the pressing head to vertically move under the pushing of the cylinder piston;
the laser positioning monitoring device comprises a laser head and a laser sensor, the laser head is slidably mounted on a guide rail of the waist of the base, the laser sensor is in circuit connection with the laser head, and the laser sensor is in circuit connection with an external control unit;
the bottom of the base positioned on one side of the pump core positioning seat is provided with a filter screen leakage detection device, the filter screen leakage detection device comprises a filter screen leakage detection base, and a photoelectric switch, an air blowing pipe and an adsorption pipe which are arranged on the filter screen leakage detection base, wherein the photoelectric switch is in circuit connection with an external control unit, and the air blowing pipe and the adsorption pipe are connected with an external air blowing and sucking source.

the cylinder assembly comprises a standard cylinder, the standard cylinder is connected with an external pressure air source through an air supply pipeline, and a pressure gauge for measuring the air pressure and a regulating valve for regulating the air pressure are arranged on the air supply pipeline.

s1, purifying quality rechecking is carried out on a filter screen: placing an interface of the filter screen on a blowing port on a filter screen leakage detection base, and automatically performing blowing and sucking inspection on the filter screen according to the set blowing and sucking times and blowing and sucking time intervals under the control of an external control unit after a photoelectric switch senses that a workpiece is placed;
s2, loading the lower bracket into the bottom of the fuel pump core, and placing the bottom of the fuel pump core with the lower bracket upwards in a pump core positioning seat, so that the lower bracket is fixed;
s3, fastening the filter screen which is qualified in detection at the bottom of the pump core, enabling a joint on the filter screen to be in butt joint with an oil delivery port of the pump core, sleeving a positioning hole on the filter screen into a support of the pump core, and placing a tabletting on the support of the fuel pump core to cover the positioning hole of the filter screen;
s4, pressing a key of the air cylinder assembly, pushing the pressing device to move downwards by a standard air cylinder, pressing a joint on the filter screen by the pressure head of the filter screen to an oil delivery port of the pump core, pressing a pressing sheet by the pressure head of the pressing sheet to a support column of the pump core, detecting the press-fitting in-place condition of the filter screen and the pressing sheet by the laser positioning monitoring device, and returning detection information to an external control unit, and giving an alarm if the filter screen and the pressing sheet are unqualified;
s5, reinstalling the unqualified pump core assembly;
s6, assembling the next workpiece.
Further: the blowing and sucking test indicated in the step S1 is as follows: firstly, conveying external compressed gas to blow off impurities attached to a filter screen, then starting negative pressure gas to clean the filter screen, sucking out fine impurities in the filter screen so as to ensure the purification quality of the inner cavity of the filter screen, and controlling the blowing and sucking pressures of the positive and negative pressure gas, the blowing and sucking times and the blowing and sucking time interval by a photoelectric switch and an external control unit.
By adopting the structure, the fuel pump core assembly assembling device and the method for assembling the pump core assembly by using the fuel pump core assembly assembling device have the following beneficial effects:
1. the device is provided with measures such as detection, state monitoring, pressure measurement that exert pressure of many links, can ensure product quality:
(1) The function of the filter screen leakage detection device is that: the filter screen has the functions of controlling and displaying time intervals, and can detect the blowing and sucking air quality during assembly and display the detection condition through a photoelectric switch; the defective filter screen products can be prevented from being mixed into the assembly line;
(2) The cylinder assembly is provided with a pressure gauge and a regulating valve, and can measure and control the air pressure entering the cylinder; the pressure exerted by the pressure head is accurate and reliable; the flexibility of movement among the parts of the device is good;
(3) The waist of the base is provided with a laser positioning monitoring device which can monitor the in-place state of a workpiece to be assembled, and the quality of the press-assembled pump core assembly is guaranteed;
(4) The coaxiality of components such as the pump core positioning seat, the pressure head, the standard cylinder and the like can be adjusted by connecting the standard cylinder with the pressure head of the filter screen and the pressure head of the pressing sheet through the universal joint;
2. the filter screen pressure head and the tabletting pressure head are arranged on the plate change, and the plate change is arranged in the plate change clamping groove seat and can be flexibly changed according to different specifications of the filter screen and the filter disc;
3. the method for assembling the pump core assembly by using the device has simple and convenient operation and high work efficiency, and can reduce the labor intensity of operators;

Description of the embodiments

The assembly device of the fuel pump core assembly comprises a base 1, a core positioning seat 4 for fixing the pump core assembly, a compressing device 3 for compressing a filter screen and a compression sheet and a cylinder assembly 2 for providing power for the compressing device, wherein the cylinder assembly 2 is provided with compressed air by an external air source and controlled by an external control unit circuit;
the pump core positioning seat 4 is arranged at the bottom of the base, the pressing device 3 is arranged at the waist of the base and is in transmission connection with the cylinder assembly 2 positioned at the top of the base, and the centers of the cylinder assembly, the pressing device and the pump core positioning seat are positioned on the same vertical central line;
the compressing device 3 comprises a universal joint 31, a plate changing 34, a filter screen pressing head 35 and a pressing head 36, wherein the plate changing 34 is slidably arranged in a plate changing clamping groove seat 32, the upper part of the plate changing 34 is fixed with the plate changing clamping groove seat through a fixing plate 33, the upper part of the fixing plate is connected with the universal joint 31, the upper end of the universal joint 31 is connected with a cylinder piston of the cylinder assembly 2, the filter screen pressing head 35 and the pressing head 36 are respectively arranged at the bottom of the plate changing, and the universal joint drives the plate changing together with the filter screen pressing head 35 and the pressing head 36 to vertically move under the pushing of the cylinder piston;
the laser positioning monitoring device 5 is arranged on one side of the waist of the base and comprises a laser head 51 and a laser sensor 52, the laser head is slidably arranged on a guide rail 53 of the waist of the base, the laser sensor is connected with a laser head circuit, and the laser sensor is connected with an external control unit circuit;
the bottom of the base on one side of the pump core positioning seat 4 is provided with a filter screen leakage detection device 6, the filter screen leakage detection device 6 comprises a filter screen leakage detection base 61, and a photoelectric switch 62, a gas blowing pipe 63 and an adsorption pipe 64 which are arranged on the filter screen leakage detection base, wherein the photoelectric switch is in circuit connection with an external control unit, and the gas blowing pipe 63 and the adsorption pipe are connected with an external blowing gas source.
The cylinder assembly 2 comprises a standard cylinder 23 which is connected to an external pressure gas source via a gas supply line provided with a pressure gauge 21 for measuring the gas pressure and a regulating valve 22 for regulating the gas pressure.
Example two
A method of assembling a fuel pump core assembly of an automobile using the fuel pump core assembly assembling apparatus of embodiment one, comprising the steps of:
s1, purifying quality rechecking is carried out on a filter screen: placing an interface 731 of the filter screen on a blowing-suction port 611 of the filter screen leakage detection base 61, and automatically performing blowing-suction inspection on the filter screen according to the set blowing-suction times and blowing-suction time intervals under the control of an external control unit after a photoelectric switch senses that a workpiece is placed;
s2, loading the lower bracket into the bottom of the fuel pump core, and placing the bottom of the fuel pump core with the lower bracket upwards in the pump core positioning seat 4 to fix the fuel pump core;
s3, fastening the filter screen which is qualified in detection on the bottom of the pump core, butting an interface 731 on the filter screen with an oil delivery port 711 of the pump core, sleeving a positioning hole 732 on the filter screen into a support 712 of the pump core, and placing a tabletting on the support 712 of the fuel pump core to cover the positioning hole 732 of the filter screen;
s4, pressing a key of the air cylinder assembly, enabling the standard air cylinder to push the pressing device 3 to move downwards, enabling the filter screen pressing head 35 to press the interface 731 on the filter screen to be pressed on the oil delivery port 711 of the pump core, enabling the pressing sheet pressing head 36 to press the pressing sheet to be pressed on the support 712 of the pump core, enabling the laser positioning monitoring device 5 to detect the press mounting in place of the filter screen and the pressing sheet, and enabling detection information to be returned to an external control unit, and giving an alarm if the detection information is unqualified;
s5, reinstalling the unqualified pump core assembly;
s6, assembling the next workpiece.
The blowing and sucking test indicated by the step S1 is as follows: firstly, conveying external compressed gas to blow off impurities attached to a filter screen, then starting negative pressure gas to clean the filter screen, sucking out fine impurities in the filter screen so as to ensure the purification quality of the inner cavity of the filter screen, and controlling the blowing and sucking pressures of the positive and negative pressure gas, the blowing and sucking times and the blowing and sucking time interval by a photoelectric switch and an external control unit.
Note that:
1. bottom of fuel pump core: refers to one end with an oil delivery port;

s3, fastening the filter screen which is qualified in detection at the bottom of the pump core, enabling an interface (731) on the filter screen to be in butt joint with an oil delivery port (711) of the pump core, sleeving a positioning hole (732) on the filter screen into a support (712) of the pump core, and placing a tabletting on the support (712) of the fuel pump core to cover the positioning hole (732) of the filter screen;
s4, pressing a key of the air cylinder assembly, enabling the standard air cylinder to push the pressing device (3) to move downwards, enabling the filter screen pressing head (35) to press the interface (731) on the filter screen to be pressed on the oil delivery port (711) of the pump core, enabling the pressing head (36) to press the pressing sheet to be pressed on the support column (712) of the pump core, detecting the press-mounting in-place condition of the filter screen and the pressing sheet by the laser positioning monitoring device (5), and returning detection information to an external control unit, and sending an alarm if the detection information is unqualified;
s5, reinstalling the unqualified pump core assembly;
s6, assembling the next workpiece.
