Abstract
本发明公开一种玛咖牡蛎食疗产品及其制备方法,属于食疗产品技术领域,是由10~30重量份的玛咖、15~20重量份的牡蛎和和辅料制成。一种玛咖牡蛎食疗产品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:取各组分,粉碎,过筛,备用;按重量份称取粉碎后的玛咖、牡蛎、麦芽糊精、轻质碳酸钙、木糖醇和1~5份乙醇,混匀,过筛,得固体基料;称取2.0~8.6份的固体基料,加入1~5份50%的乙醇溶液搅拌均匀得湿粒,干燥,得干颗粒;将干颗粒和剩余的固体基料混合,再加入硬脂酸镁和二氧化硅,搅拌,过筛,压片即得。本发明以两种功效成分结合,增强了吸收效果,提高了玛咖和特蛎的生物利用度。且制备工艺简单,可以保留玛咖和牡蛎混合后的有效成分。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及食疗产品技术领域,特别涉及一种玛咖牡蛎食疗产品及其制备方法。
背景技术
玛咖中具有如下化学组成成份:蛋白质含量为10%以上、碳水化合物为59%、纤维8.5%;含丰富的锌、钙、铁、钛、铷、钾、钠、铜、锰、镁、锶、磷、碘等矿物质,并含有维生素C、B1、B2、B6、A、E、B12以及B5;脂肪含量不高但其中多为不饱和脂肪酸,亚油酸和亚麻酸的含量达53%以上,天然活性成份包括生物碱、芥子油苷及其分解产物异硫氰酸苄酯、甾醇、多酚类物质等;另外还具有玛卡酰胺(macamides)和玛卡稀(macaenes),并确定这两种物质对平衡人体荷尔蒙分泌有显著作用,所以玛卡又被称为天然荷尔蒙发动机。
牡蛎具有极高的营养及药用价值,其中每100g的牡蛎,锌含量高达9.39mg,男性每天食用一个就可以满足身体对锌的需求;牡蛎中所含丰富的牛黄酸有明显的保肝利胆作用,这也是防治孕期肝内胆汁瘀积症的良药;所含的丰富微量元素和糖元,对促进胎儿的生长发育、矫治孕妇贫血;牡蛎又是补钙的最好食品,它含磷很丰富,由于钙被体内吸收时需要;牡蛎还含有维生素B12,这是一般食物所缺少的,维生素B12中的钴元素是预防恶贫血所不可缺少的物质,因而牡蛎又具有活跃造血;牡蛎中所含的蛋白质中有多种优良的氨基酸,这些氨基酸有解毒作用,可以除去体内的有毒物质,其中的氨基乙磺酸又有降低血胆固醇浓度的作用,因此可预防动脉硬化;牡蛎提取物有明显抑制血小板聚集作用,能降低高血脂病人的血脂和血中TXA2含量,有利于胰岛素分泌和利用,又能使恶性肿瘤细胞对放射线敏感性增强,并对其生长有抑制作用。牡蛎的食用功效有重镇安神,潜阳补阴,软坚散结,收敛固涩。用于惊悸失眠,眩晕耳鸣,瘰疬痰核,徵瘕痞块,自汗盗汗,遗精崩带,胃痛泛酸;煅牡蛎收敛固涩,用于自汗盗汗,遗精崩带,胃痛吞酸;益阴潜阳,用于阴虚阳亢引起的烦躁、失眠、头晕头痛、耳鸣目眩、潮热盗汗;收敛固涩,治疗虚汗、带下、遗精;软坚散结,可治疗结肿、包块、痰火瘰疬。
其中玛咖提高生育力、改善性功能、抗癌、抗白血病、治疗更年期综合症等作用成为当前的研究热点并且得到了普遍的验证,使之成为发达国家和地区比如美国、日本、新加坡、加拿大、香港、澳门、中国台湾等最受欢迎的日常保健食品。但都存生物利用度低,携带饮用不方便,人体摄取量少等不足,因此有必要根据中医的药食同源理论和食疗养生理论,研制开发一种适合人们需要的、能提高生物利用度的、食用方便的、新型功能性现代化工业加工的平衡人体荷尔蒙分泌食疗产品。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种玛咖牡蛎食疗产品及其制备方法,解决现有的玛咖的保健食品生物利用度低的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种玛咖牡蛎食疗产品,是由10~30重量份的玛咖、15~20重量份的牡蛎和和辅料制成。
其中,优选地,所述食疗产品的剂型为片剂、胶囊剂或颗粒剂。
其中,优选地,所述食疗产品的剂型为片剂,所述辅料包括下述重量份的组分:麦芽糊精2.1~25.5份,轻质碳酸钙8~20.1份,木糖醇10~25份,硬脂酸镁0.2~2份,二氧化硅0.1~1.4份。
一种玛咖牡蛎食疗产品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取各组分,粉碎,过60~300目筛,备用;
(2)按重量份称取粉碎后的玛咖、牡蛎、麦芽糊精、轻质碳酸钙、木糖醇和1~5份50%的乙醇,混合均匀后过60~150目筛制成固体基料;
(3)称取2.0~8.6份的固体基料,加入1~5份50%的乙醇溶液搅拌均匀得湿粒;
(4)将所述湿粒在30℃~60℃、相对湿度10%~40%条件下干燥30~60min制成干颗粒;
(5)将所述干颗粒和剩余的固体基料混合,再加入硬脂酸镁和二氧化硅,搅拌30min后过20~40目筛,压片即得。
其中,优选地,所述步骤(5)后还包括包薄膜衣的步骤。
本发明的有益效果:
本产品以玛咖和牡蛎为主要功效成分,优选其他常规辅料,得到的具有改善人体荷尔蒙分泌的食疗产品。两种功效成分结合,增强了吸收效果,又提高了玛咖和特蛎的生物利用度。且制备工艺简单,可以保留玛咖和牡蛎混合后的有效协调成分;能够发挥食物的优良功效,具有调节人体免疫力、改善性功能、补血调血、抗氧化、增强性功能、延缓衰老等保健功效;保健效果好、没有副作用。

下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
一种玛咖牡蛎食疗产品,是由10~30重量份的玛咖、15~20重量份的牡蛎和和辅料制成。
一种玛咖牡蛎食疗产品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取各组分,粉碎,过60~300目筛,备用;
(2)按重量份称取粉碎后的玛咖、牡蛎、麦芽糊精、轻质碳酸钙、木糖醇和1~5份50%的乙醇,混合均匀后过60~150目筛制成固体基料;
(3)称取2.0~8.6份的固体基料,加入1~5份50%的乙醇溶液搅拌均匀得湿粒;
(4)将所述湿粒在30℃~60℃、相对湿度10%~40%条件下干燥30~60min制成干颗粒;
(5)将所述干颗粒和剩余的固体基料混合,再加入硬脂酸镁和二氧化硅,搅拌30min后过20~40目筛,压片即得。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种玛咖牡蛎食疗产品,是由20重量份的玛咖、18重量份的牡蛎和和辅料制成。
该玛咖牡蛎食疗产品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取各组分,粉碎,过100目筛,备用;
(2)按重量份称取粉碎后的玛咖20份、牡蛎18份、麦芽糊精15份、轻质碳酸钙15份、木糖醇20份和3份50%的乙醇,混合均匀后过100目筛制成固体基料;
(3)称取5.0份的固体基料,加入3份50%的乙醇溶液搅拌均匀得湿粒;
(4)将所述湿粒在45℃、相对湿度10%~40%条件下干燥45min制成干颗粒;
(5)将所述干颗粒和剩余的固体基料混合,再加入硬脂酸镁1.0份和二氧化硅0.8份,搅拌30min后过30目筛,压片即得。
(6)称取薄膜包衣料1份,用60%的乙醇将所述薄膜包衣料配成浓度为10%的包衣液,后将压片包衣150min,包衣时控制包衣锅转速5r/min,雾化压力为0.7MPa。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种玛咖牡蛎食疗产品,是由15重量份的玛咖、12重量份的牡蛎和和辅料制成。
该玛咖牡蛎食疗产品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取各组分,粉碎,过300目筛,备用;
(2)按重量份称取粉碎后的玛咖15份、牡蛎12份、麦芽糊精2.1份、轻质碳酸钙20.1份、木糖醇10份和5份50%的乙醇,混合均匀后过150目筛制成固体基料;
(3)称取8.6份的固体基料,加入5份50%的乙醇溶液搅拌均匀得湿粒;
(4)将所述湿粒在60℃、相对湿度40%条件下干燥30min制成干颗粒;
(5)将所述干颗粒和剩余的固体基料混合,再加入硬脂酸镁2份和二氧化硅0.1份,搅拌30min后过40目筛,压片即得。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种玛咖牡蛎食疗产品,是由10重量份的玛咖、20重量份的牡蛎和和辅料制成。
该玛咖牡蛎食疗产品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取各组分,粉碎,过60目筛,备用;
(2)按重量份称取粉碎后的玛咖10份、牡蛎20份、麦芽糊精25.5份、轻质碳酸钙8份、木糖醇25份和1份50%的乙醇,混合均匀后过60~150目筛制成固体基料;
(3)称取2.0份的固体基料,加入1份50%的乙醇溶液搅拌均匀得湿粒;
(4)将所述湿粒在30℃、相对湿度10%条件下干燥30min制成干颗粒;
(5)将所述干颗粒和剩余的固体基料混合,再加入硬脂酸镁0.2份和二氧化硅1.4份,搅拌30min后过40目筛,压片即得。
(6)称取薄膜包衣料1份,用50%的乙醇将所述薄膜包衣料配成浓度为7%%的包衣液,后将压片包衣180min,包衣时控制包衣锅转速6r/min,雾化压力为1MPa。
实施例4
本实施例提供一种玛咖牡蛎食疗产品,是由15重量份的玛咖、16重量份的牡蛎和和辅料制成。该玛咖牡蛎食疗产品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取各组分,粉碎,过100目筛,备用;
(2)按重量份称取粉碎后的玛咖15份、牡蛎16份、麦芽糊精3份、轻质碳酸钙15份、木糖醇13份和2份50%的乙醇,混合均匀后过60~150目筛制成固体基料;
(3)称取6.0份的固体基料,加入3份50%的乙醇溶液搅拌均匀得湿粒;
(4)将所述湿粒在40℃、相对湿度25%条件下干燥50min制成干颗粒;
(5)将所述干颗粒和剩余的固体基料混合,再加入硬脂酸镁0.8份和二氧化硅1.2份,搅拌30min后过30目筛,压片即得。
(6)称取薄膜包衣料1份,用70%的乙醇将所述薄膜包衣料配成浓度为12%的包衣液,后将压片包衣120min,包衣时控制包衣锅转速5r/min,雾化压力为0.3MPa。
实施例5
本实施例提供一种玛咖牡蛎食疗产品,是由25重量份的玛咖、18重量份的牡蛎和和辅料制成。
该玛咖牡蛎食疗产品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取各组分,粉碎,过100目筛,备用;
(2)按重量份称取粉碎后的玛咖25份、牡蛎18份、麦芽糊精21份、轻质碳酸钙10份、木糖醇21份和4份50%的乙醇,混合均匀后过100目筛制成固体基料;
(3)称取4.0份的固体基料,加入4份50%的乙醇溶液搅拌均匀得湿粒;
(4)将所述湿粒在350℃、相对湿度25%条件下干燥40min制成干颗粒;
(5)将所述干颗粒和剩余的固体基料混合,再加入硬脂酸镁1.4份和二氧化硅0.7份,搅拌30min后过30目筛,压片即得。
本发明的玛咖牡蛎食疗产品的应用实施例:
本发明食疗产品服用方法、用量:口服,每日3次,每次2片(规格:0.5g/片),每四十五天为一疗程。
在100位临床中,其中:性功能障碍病人50人;一个疗程后48人症状有明显改善,其余2人再服用一个疗程后有效。
免疫功能低:25人,一个疗程显效10人;其余15人两个疗程后显效。
精神不振、体力不支(“亚健康”状态):25人,一个疗程显效19人;两个疗程后显效6人。
在观察期间均未发现明显不良反应和毒副作用。

1.一种玛咖牡蛎食疗产品,其特征在于是由10~30重量份的玛咖、15~20重量份的牡蛎和和辅料制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种玛咖牡蛎食疗产品,其特征在于,所述食疗产品的剂型为片剂、胶囊剂或颗粒剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种玛咖牡蛎食疗产品,其特征在于,所述食疗产品的剂型为片剂,所述辅料包括下述重量份的组分:麦芽糊精2.1~25.5份,轻质碳酸钙8~20.1份,木糖醇10~25份,硬脂酸镁0.2~2份,二氧化硅0.1~1.4份。
4.一种权利要求3所述的玛咖牡蛎食疗产品的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)取各组分,粉碎,过60~300目筛,备用;
(2)按重量份称取粉碎后的玛咖、牡蛎、麦芽糊精、轻质碳酸钙、木糖醇和1~5份50%的乙醇,混合均匀后过60~150目筛制成固体基料;
(3)称取2.0~8.6份的固体基料,加入1~5份50%的乙醇溶液搅拌均匀得湿粒;
(4)将所述湿粒在30℃~60℃、相对湿度10%~40%条件下干燥30~60min制成干颗粒;
(5)将所述干颗粒和剩余的固体基料混合,再加入硬脂酸镁和二氧化硅,搅拌30min后过20~40目筛,压片即得。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种玛咖牡蛎食疗产品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)后还包括包薄膜衣的步骤。
