The invention is a linear slide rail with upper dustproof element, comprising: a rail bar extending in a direction to form a strip structure, defining the extending direction as an axial direction, the rail bar being provided with a plurality of rolling grooves and a fixing protrusion at two sides of the axial direction, respectively; a slide block module is sleeved on the rail bar and can reciprocate relative to the rail bar, and the slide block module is provided with an upper top surface and clamping grooves extending from two sides of the upper top surface in the axial direction; the upper dustproof element is provided with a body matched with the upper top surface, clamping parts extending from the body to two sides of the axial direction, the clamping parts are embedded in the clamping grooves and provided with a contact end part which is contacted with the fixed convex part, two dustproof lip parts arranged at intervals are arranged on the upper surface of the body corresponding to the rail bar, and the end parts of the dustproof lip parts are contacted with the upper surface.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to linear sliding rail equipment, in particular to a dustproof structure on a sliding block of a linear sliding rail, which can scrape oil stains on the upper surface of the sliding rail by using a flexible lip part at any time and prevent foreign matters from entering grooves of steel balls on an upper row from the upper surface of the sliding rail, thereby achieving a better dustproof function and ensuring the service life of the linear sliding rail.
Background
As the application range of linear transmission device products in modern industries is becoming wider and wider, various linear transmission device products have been widely introduced into human life, processing factories and high-tech equipments, such as: linear slide, ball screw, etc.; especially, different linear sliding rail systems with different sizes are installed in a common large precision machine tool, although the development of the linear transmission element technology is very rapid, the consumer still needs to continuously improve the technology, so that a plurality of problems still to be developed are generated, especially, the development and improvement of the sound wave are continuously carried out in the field of a plurality of industrial machines which need to be stably and quietly manufactured with high precision, so that a plurality of technical blind persons of the linear transmission element at present need to be further researched, developed and improved.
At present, in order to prevent dust or oil dirt on the upper surface of a slide rail from entering a rolling element in the slide block, a manufacturer usually installs a dust-proof structure on the upper side of the inner wall of the slide block of the linear slide rail corresponding to an upper row of steel ball grooves; the common dustproof structure is as shown in fig. 5 U.S. patent No. 4918846, a dustproof U-shaped metal plate 10 is fixed at the end of the slide block by a screw lock, the U-shaped metal plate 10 is formed by stamping with spring steel, then the dustproof sheet lips 11 are fixed at the two side edges of the metal plate 10 (the fixing method can be adopted for joint positioning), and the locking method between the metal plate 10 and the slide block is divided into two parts, one is to drill a hole on the slide block body for the metal plate 10 to lock the screw upwards for positioning, the other part is to match the outer end of the slide block with an oil nozzle element for locking and positioning, and the dust or oil stain on the upper surface of the slide rail is blocked by the dustproof sheet lips 11; however, after practical use, the dustproof structure needs to be locked by a plurality of screws, and part of the dustproof structure needs to be matched with the locking metal plate 10 by using the oil nozzle, so the dustproof structure has complicated assembly procedures, quite high manufacturing cost and no economic benefit, and thus, the dustproof structure has the need of improvement and refinement.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, the main object of the present invention is to: an upper dustproof element with high universality and without screw locking is developed.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the solution of the invention is:
a linear guideway with an upper dustproof element comprises: a rail bar extending in a direction to form a strip structure, defining the extending direction as an axial direction, the rail bar being provided with a plurality of rolling grooves and a fixing protrusion at two sides of the axial direction, respectively; a slide block module is sleeved on the rail bar and can reciprocate relative to the rail bar, and the slide block module is provided with an upper top surface and clamping grooves extending from two sides of the upper top surface in the axial direction; the upper dustproof element is provided with a body matched with the upper top surface, clamping parts extending from the body to two sides of the axial direction, the clamping parts are embedded in the clamping grooves and provided with a contact end part which is contacted with the fixed convex part, two dustproof lip parts arranged at intervals are arranged on the upper surface of the body corresponding to the rail bar, the end parts of the dustproof lip parts are contacted with the upper surface, and the fixed convex part of the rail bar is accommodated in the clamping groove of the slider module.
Further, the fixing protrusion is substantially U-shaped, and the engaging groove and the engaging portion are substantially C-shaped.
Furthermore, the slider module is provided with a slider body, a plurality of rolling parts, two end covers and an end part dustproof sheet, the slider body is provided with a plurality of rolling grooves corresponding to the rolling grooves, the rolling grooves and the rolling grooves form a load path, the rolling parts are arranged on the load path, the two end covers are respectively arranged on two end faces of the slider body in the axial direction, the end covers provide circulation backflow of the rolling parts, the end part dustproof sheet is arranged on the end covers, and the end part dustproof sheet is provided with a lip part which is in contact with the surface of the rail bar.
Furthermore, the clamping parts extend towards the two end dust-proof sheets respectively and are abutted against the end dust-proof sheets.
The invention makes use of the mutual matching of the technical characteristics, so that the upper dustproof element can be fixed on the slide block module by the matching of the clamping part and the clamping groove, and the arrangement of the dustproof lip part and the contact end part can provide two paths for preventing foreign matters from entering into the running path of the rolling element, thereby ensuring the smooth running of the slide block module and prolonging the service life of the slide block module.

Referring to fig. 4, in order to prevent foreign matters from entering into the load path of the rolling member 4 from between the end cap 3 and the slider body 2, in the embodiment, the engaging portions 52 respectively extend toward the two end dust-proof pieces 31 and abut against the end dust-proof pieces 31 to form a closed dust-proof loop, and further, the fixing protrusions 12 of the rail 1 are received in the engaging grooves 22 of the slider body 2.

A linear sliding rail with an upper dustproof element is characterized by comprising: a rail bar, which extends in a long strip structure towards one direction, defines the extending direction as an axial direction, and is respectively provided with a plurality of rolling grooves and a fixed convex part at two sides of the axial direction, and the fixed convex part transversely protrudes towards two sides of the axial direction; the sliding block module is sleeved on the rail bar and can reciprocate relative to the rail bar, the sliding block module is provided with an upper top surface and clamping grooves extending from two sides of the upper top surface in the axial direction, and the sliding block module is provided with a sliding block body and two end covers which are respectively arranged on two end surfaces of the sliding block body in the axial direction; the upper dustproof element is provided with a body matched with the upper top surface, and clamping parts extending from the body to two sides of the axial direction, the length of the clamping part in the axial direction is greater than that of the slider body, the fixed convex part is in a U shape, the clamping groove and the clamping part are in a C shape, the clamping part is embedded in the clamping groove, the clamping part is provided with a contact end part which is contacted with the fixed convex part, the upper surface of the body corresponding to the rail bar is provided with two dustproof lip parts arranged at a certain interval, the end part of the dustproof lip part is contacted with the upper surface, and the fixed convex part of the rail bar is accommodated in the clamping groove of the slider module.
