Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种富含氧化钙和/或氧化镁的水硬粘结剂,其由至少一种磷酸盐类型化合物进行活化,还涉及从这种粘结剂得到的建筑材料。
为了减少排放到大气中的二氧化碳的数量,现今越来越多地希望将用于制造混凝土和砂浆的波特兰水泥的一部分或全部替换为被认为污染较少的其它水硬性粘结剂。因此,已知水硬粘结剂,其中一部分或全部波特兰水泥用来自钢铁或煤炭工业的废物(例如高炉炉渣或粉煤灰(les cendres volantes))代替。与波特兰水泥相反,这些化合物在本质上是较低水硬性的,并且为了溶解它们并使其是反应的,需要加入活化剂。众所周知的是使用大量碱性试剂,或使用其碱度高的碱性试剂,这具有引起pH大幅度提高的缺点,这使得这种粘结剂难以处理和引起强烈刺激的风险。在申请WO2011/055063中提出的解决方案在于较温和的碱性活化,因为需要非常少量的碱以活化包含精细研磨的炉渣颗粒的体系。然而,如果炉渣不够细,并且不是完全无定形的,则这种技术方案是不合适的。其它体系提出使用几种碱性活化剂的组合。将提及例如专利EP2297061,其使用用于含有铸造砂的粘结剂体系的碱金属化合物和锌盐作为活化剂。
本发明提供一种粘结剂,其包含至少70重量%的由二氧化硅,氧化铝和碱土金属氧化物的至少一种混合物组成的固体无机化合物和包含至少一种磷酸盐基化合物的活化体系,其中CaO和MgO的总和占固体无机化合物的重量的至少10重量%。在本发明中使用的活化体系允许使得固体无机化合物例如炉渣或粉煤灰是活性的,不管它们的结晶度如何都。因此,这种体系使得可以活化无定形的而且部分结晶的炉渣,其粒度可以达到5mm。

根据本发明的粘结剂有利地具有与期望的应用相容的压缩强度,特别是其可以等同于用传统波特兰水泥获得的压缩强度。它们还具有符合与环境,卫生和安全标准相关的现行规定的优点,因为与基于炉渣的粘结剂或用强碱如氢氧化钠活化(其导致更高的pH值)的粉煤灰相反。
优选地,根据本发明的粘结剂包含至少80重量%的所述固体无机化合物。
根据本发明使用的活化体系包含至少30重量%的为衍生自磷酸的盐的化合物,其重量百分比相对于活化体系的总重量给出。该盐选自碱金属(如钠,钾或锂)的多磷酸盐和它们的混合物。优选地,活化剂是碱金属二磷酸盐或三磷酸盐。更优选地,活化剂是式Na5P3O10的三磷酸钠。与已知的活化体系(如用氢氧化钠和硅酸盐的混合物进行的碱性活化或如温和的活化,如在申请WO2011/055063中所述)相比,这些衍生自磷酸的盐有利地允许改善本发明的粘结剂的机械强度。
对于某些应用,需要在早期(即,一旦施用了由粘结剂获得的砂浆或混凝土组合物)很快地具有良好的强度。除了衍生自磷酸的盐之外,当活化体系包含其它成分时,活化体系进一步得到改善。因此,除了衍生自磷酸的盐之外,活化体系还可以包含已知作为用于炉渣的活化剂的任何成分。可以提及例如碱金属和/或碱土金属的金属硅酸盐,碳酸盐和硫酸盐。
有利地,活化体系因此,除了衍生自磷酸的盐之外,还包含选自钾,锂和钠的碱金属的硅酸盐和它们的混合物。当硅酸盐存在时,其重量含量相对于活化体系的总重量为5重量%至70重量%。
为了进一步改善在早期的强度,还可以向活化体系添加碱土金属源,特别是钙或镁的源。这种化合物可以选自石灰,碳酸钙,波特兰水泥,铝酸钙水泥,硫铝酸钙水泥,白云石和氢氧化镁和它们的混合物。石灰是特别优选的。当碱土金属源存在时,碱土金属源相对于活化体系的总重量为5重量%至70重量%。

根据一个实施方案,根据本发明的粘结剂包含由衍生自磷酸的盐和碱金属硅酸盐的混合物组成的活化体系。
根据另一个实施方案,根据本发明的粘结剂包括由衍生自磷酸的盐和碱土金属源的混合物组成的活化体系。
根据另一个实施方案,根据本发明的粘结剂包含由衍生自磷酸的盐,碱金属硅酸盐和碱土金属源的混合物组成的活化体系。优选地,活化体系由衍生自磷酸的盐,碱金属硅酸盐和钙源组成。
活化体系相对于粘结剂的总重量,以3重量%至30重量%,优选5重量%至25重量%的量加入根据本发明的粘结剂中。
根据本发明的粘结剂基本上基于由二氧化硅,氧化铝和碱土金属氧化物的至少一种混合物组成的固体无机化合物,CaO和MgO的总和占固体无机的至少10重量%。优选地,CaO和MgO的总和占固体无机化合物重量的至少20%。优选地,所述固体无机化合物是无定形或结晶的炉渣,粉煤灰和/或玻璃粉末。炉渣可以是炼钢炉渣或高炉炉渣。粉煤灰优先是C类粉煤灰。
根据本发明的粘结剂还可以包含其它类型的粘结剂,例如波特兰水泥,高铝水泥,硫铝酸盐水泥,贝利特水泥,由火山灰混合物形成的水泥,任选地包含粉煤灰,硅灰,煅烧片岩,天然或煅烧火山灰,硫酸钙源,如生石膏或半水合物,熟石膏和/或无水石膏。当这些粘结剂存在时,它们占相对于粘结剂总重量的小于27重量%。
根据本发明的粘结剂有利地与填料,填充剂、砂,如石英,石灰石,硅灰石,偏高岭土,研磨玻璃,岩棉,玻璃棉或白云石的砂,或者来自拆卸混凝土的砂和骨料结合使用。还可以与低密度填料(膨胀粘土,膨胀珍珠岩,气凝胶,蛭石,发泡聚苯乙烯,膨胀玻璃颗粒以及磨损轮胎回收产生的骨料)一起使用。
也可以添加赋予特殊性质的其它添加剂,并且是粘结剂组成的一部分。每种添加剂的含量小于粘结剂重量的1%。例如,可以提及流变剂,保水剂,加气剂,增稠剂,发泡剂,防止微生物和/或细菌生长的试剂,分散剂,颜料,缓凝剂,促进剂,以及其它用于改善在施用后的产品的凝结,固化和稳定性,特别是用于调节颜色,可加工性,加工或不渗透性的试剂。
根据本发明的粘结剂还可以包含助剂,如增塑剂,例如基于多元羧酸的产物,优选在多羧酸醚上,木质素磺酸盐,聚萘磺酸盐,基于三聚氰胺的超增塑剂,聚丙烯酸酯和/或乙烯基共聚物,通常含量低于或等于粘结剂总重量的10%。它还可以包含聚合物如纤维素醚。
同样地,它可以包括助剂,如液体形式的聚合物和/或可再分散的粉末形式,通常含量小于或等于粘结剂总重量的10%。
同样地,它可以包含消泡剂或表面活性剂,疏水剂,表面活性剂或表面活化剂和/或腐蚀抑制剂,通常每种这些试剂的含量小于或等于粘结剂总重量的1%。
本发明的主题也是包含如上所述的至少一种水硬性粘结剂的混凝土组合物或砂浆。通过在水存在下将上述粘结剂与骨料,砂和/或集料混合来获得这种组合物。添加到粘结剂中的骨料或砂特别取决于希望获得的材料的性质。它通常是具有不同粒径的砾石,砂,白云石和/或石灰石。
本发明的另一主题涉及在所述砂浆组合物的水合和固化后获得的建筑产品。这些建筑产品可以是包括至少一种如上所述的水硬性粘结剂的预制件,砖,板,块或涂层。这些材料具有非常令人满意的固化和机械强度。包含在粘结剂中的活化体系特别地允许改善在短时间的固化。
根据本发明的粘结剂可以被掺入到所有类型的预混砂浆中,如胶合砂浆,勾缝砂浆,贴砖接缝剂或粘合剂。它们还可用于生产用地面的灰浆或混凝土(防水面层或地面抹灰层),或外立面砂浆或内外墙抹灰层,或无机涂料,如修整砂浆,底抹灰层,单抹灰层,不透水的砂浆,以及任何类型的用于内部或外部使用的抹灰层。
以下实施例说明本发明而不限制其范围。
实施例
制备了各种标准化砂浆配制剂。这些配制剂包含1350g标准砂,450g粘结剂,和活化体系。测试了不同粘结剂和活化体系。所获得的结果以曲线的形式呈现,其给出作为时间的函数获得的样品的压缩强度,以Mpa计。活化剂的量在图例中示出,并且对应于添加到高炉炉渣和/或粉煤灰中的量(以重量百分比计)。为了制备砂浆而引入的水量为225g,其对应于为0.5的水/粘结剂比。
对于每种配制剂,根据以下方案生产4×4×16cm3的测试样品:
-使炉渣粉末和/或粉煤灰和构成活化体系的粉状组分与砂在低速(600rpm)下预混1分钟;
-加入水并以低速(〜600rpm)混合30秒,然后以高速(〜1500rpm)混合2分30秒;
-将如此所得砂浆浇铸在模具中,
-在固化后,脱模并根据标准NF EN 196-1(1995年8月)测量机械强度(3点弯曲然后压缩)。
在固化阶段期间的不同时刻对所有样品进行压缩强度测量,以便监测作为时间的函数的演变。
作为比较,对包含以下的配制剂进行了相同的测量:
-100%的波特兰水泥CEM I 52.5(含95%熟料),
-100%的CEM III 32.5水泥,其是由包含70%高炉炉渣和30%熟料的混合物形成的水泥,
-100%的几乎无定形的高炉渣(Ecocem)或100%的C类粉煤灰,具有碱性活化类型活化体系(由氢氧化钠NaOH(VWR)和硅酸钠Na2SiO3(来自PQ公司的Metso 510)的混合物组成,其预先溶解在水中,以确保该混合物完全溶解,从而确保其作为活化剂的完全有效性),
-用如在专利申请WO2011/055063中所述的温和活化体系活化的并包含炉渣微粒和少量碱的100%的Ecocem炉渣(在实施例的表1中描述的组成)。
在下面的实施例中测试了不同炉渣或粉煤灰。它们各自的组成和在每种产品中包含的无定形化合物的比例在下表中给出。注意的是,Carmeuse炉渣是高度结晶的炉渣。

实施例1
通过改变用作活化剂的三聚磷酸钠(NaTPP)的量,如上所述地制备了四种根据本发明的包含Ecocem炉渣的粘结剂的制剂。粘结剂1.5对应于对比粘结剂。
粘结剂1.1:93重量%的Ecocem炉渣和7重量%的NaTPP;
粘结剂1.2:90重量%的Ecocem炉渣和10重量%的NaTPP;
粘结剂1.3:88重量%的Ecocem炉渣和12重量%的NaTPP;
粘结剂1.4:75重量%的Ecocem炉渣和25重量%的NaTPP;
对比粘结剂1.5:78重量%的Ecocem炉渣,11重量%的NaOH和11重量%的Na2SiO3,氢氧化钠和硅酸钠预先被溶解在水中,然后以水/粘结剂比=0.5与粘结剂混合。
图1显示了对于这些不同粘结剂,压缩强度作为时间的函数的演变。
与使用碱性活化体系获得的性能相比,根据本发明的所有粘结剂在7至14天后具有明显改善的强度。如此在28天后可获得大于40MPa的强度。
实施例2
通过改变用作活化剂的三聚磷酸钠(NaTPP,VWR)的量,如上所述地制备了两种根据本发明的包含Carmeuse炉渣(因此高度结晶且已知难以活化)的粘结剂的配制剂。粘结剂2.3对应于对比粘结剂。
粘结剂2.1:75重量%的Carmeuse炉渣和25重量%的NaTPP;
粘结剂2.2:88重量%的Carmeuse炉渣和12重量%的NaTPP;
对比粘结剂2.3:78重量%的Carmeuse炉渣,11重量%的NaOH和11重量%的Na2SiO3,其中氢氧化钠和硅酸钠预先溶解在水中,然后以水/粘结剂比=0.5与粘合剂混合。
图2显示了对于这些不同粘结剂,压缩强度作为时间的函数的演变。
包含Carmeuse炉渣和传统碱性活化体系的粘结剂2.3在短时间不产生凝固,并且在7天之前没有观察到强度。
根据本发明的粘结剂使得可以提高在早期的强度(对于包含25重量%的三聚磷酸钠的粘结剂,在3天时大于6MPa)。
实施例3
制备了具有另一种类型炉渣的根据本发明的粘结剂的配制剂。
粘结剂3.1:88重量%的Merit炉渣和12重量%的NaTPP。
对比粘结剂3.2:78重量%的Merit炉渣,11重量%的NaOH和11重量%的Na2SiO3,将氢氧化钠和硅酸钠预先溶解在水中,然后以水/粘结剂比=0.5与粘结剂混合。
图3显示了对于这些不同粘结剂,压缩强度作为时间的函数的演变。
与用碱性活化体系获得的粘结剂相比,本发明的粘结剂具有改进的强度。
实施例4
制备了两种根据本发明的基于C类粉煤灰的粘结剂配制剂。
粘结剂4.1:75重量%的C类粉煤灰和25重量%的NaTPP;
粘结剂4.2:88重量%的C类粉煤灰和12重量%的NaTPP;
比较粘结剂4.3:78重量%的Merit炉渣,11重量%的NaOH和11重量%的Na2SiO3,将氢氧化钠和硅酸钠预先溶解在水中,然后以水/粘结剂比=0.5与粘结剂混合。
图4显示了对于这些不同粘结剂,压缩强度作为时间的函数的演变。
根据本发明的粘结剂与用碱性活化体系获得的粘结剂相比,仍然具有明显改善的强度。
实施例5
制备了两种根据本发明的具有不同活化体系的粘结剂配制剂。
粘结剂5.1:86重量%的Ecocem炉渣,10重量%的NaTPP和4重量%的硅酸钠(Metso510,PQ corporation);
粘结剂5.2:84重量%的Ecocem炉渣,10重量%的NaTPP,4重量%的硅酸钠和2重量%的石灰(VWR)。
将这些粘结剂与CEM I 52.5型的粘结剂(对比粘结剂5.3)并与含有至少70%的高炉渣的CEM III 32.5型粘结剂(对比粘结剂5.4)进行比较。图5显示了对于这些不同粘结剂,压缩强度作为时间的函数的演变。
用根据本发明的粘结剂获得的压缩强度与用CEM I型粘结剂获得的压缩强度完全相当,并且对于粘结剂5.2,在7天后是更高的。
实施例6
制备两种根据本发明的粘结剂的制剂,并将其与其中活化体系如申请WO2011/055063中所述地为“温和碱性”类型的粘结剂制剂进行比较。
粘结剂6.1:84重量%的Ecocem炉渣,10重量%的NaTPP,4重量%的硅酸钠和2重量%的石灰(VWR)。
粘结剂6.2:89重量%的Ecocem炉渣,4.5%的NaTPP,4.5重量%的硅酸钠和2重量%的石灰。
对比粘结剂6.3:如在WO2011/055063中所述,80重量%的Ecocem炉渣和20重量%活化剂的混合物,活化剂特别地包括是炉渣微粒。
图6显示了对于这些不同粘结剂,压缩强度作为时间的函数的演变。
与其中在少量碱存在下用炉渣微粒获得活化的粘结剂相比,本发明粘结剂的压缩强度得到显著改善。
还注意到,通过比较粘结剂6.1、6.2和6.3的强度时,包括石灰的活化体系使得可以在早期改善机械性能。通过比较粘结剂6.2和6.3的强度,注意到,即使在减少量的活化剂的情况下,机械性能仍保持高于包括活化剂,特别是炉渣微粒的混合物的温和活化体系。
实施例7
制备以下配制剂:
粘结剂6.1:84重量%的Ecocem炉渣,10重量%的NaTPP,4重量%的硅酸钠和2重量%的石灰(VWR);
粘结剂7.1:83重量%的Ecocem炉渣,10重量%的NaTPP,4重量%的硅酸钠,2重量%的石灰(VWR)和1重量%的乙酸钾;
粘结剂7.2:82重量%的Ecocem炉渣,10重量%的NaTPP,4重量%的硅酸钠,2重量%的石灰(VWR)和2%的乙酸钾。
凝固时间的测试通过根据标准NF EN 196-3将Vicat针插入砂浆中进行实施。插入比的演变的测量体现了固化演变和材料凝固演变。
图7表示作为时间的函数的Vicat针的插入比。在该图中表示的不同曲线显示加入乙酸钾延迟粘结剂的凝固。缓凝剂的添加量越大,凝固的延迟越大。
根据标准EN1015-3进行了铺展试验,该铺展试验在于使装砂浆的金属锥体升高之后使砂浆在其自身重量下铺展,该标准EN1015-3描述了新鲜砂浆与震动台的一致性的测定。
所获得的结果表示在图8中,图8显示了加入乙酸钾提高了砂浆的铺展,在制剂中缓凝剂的量越高时,越提高了砂浆的铺展。
Claims (17)
1.水硬性粘结剂,其特征在于,它包含:
-至少70重量%的由二氧化硅、氧化铝和碱土金属氧化物的至少一种混合物组成的固体无机化合物,其中CaO和MgO的总量占固体无机化合物的至少10重量%,和
-活化体系,其至少30重量%是衍生自磷酸的盐。
2.根据前述权利要求的粘结剂,其特征在于,所述固体无机化合物包含至少20重量%的CaO和/或MgO。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的粘结剂,其特征在于,所述固体无机化合物选自无定形或结晶炉渣,粉煤灰和/或玻璃粉末。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的粘结剂,其特征在于,所述固体无机化合物选自炼钢炉渣,高炉炉渣和C类粉煤灰。
5.根据前述权利要求任一项的粘结剂,其特征在于所述盐选自碱金属的多磷酸盐和它们的混合物,所述碱金属选自钠、钾或锂。
6.根据权利要求5的粘结剂,其特征在于所述盐是碱金属的三磷酸盐或二磷酸盐。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的粘结剂,其特征在于,所述活化体系,除了衍生自磷酸的盐之外,还包含选自钾,锂和/或钠的碱金属的硅酸盐,其量为相对于活化体系的总重量为5重量%至70重量%。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的粘结剂,其特征在于,所述活化体系还包含相对于活化体系总重量为5重量%至70重量%的量的选自波特兰水泥、铝酸钙水泥、硫铝酸钙水泥、石灰、碳酸钙、白云石和氢氧化镁的碱土金属源,和它们的混合物。
9.根据权利要求8所述的粘结剂,其特征在于,所述碱土金属源优选为石灰。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的粘结剂,其特征在于,所述活化体系由衍生自磷酸的盐和碱金属硅酸盐的混合物组成。
11.根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的粘结剂,其特征在于,所述活化体系由衍生自磷酸的盐和碱土金属源的混合物组成。
12.根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的粘结剂,其特征在于,所述活化体系由衍生自磷酸的盐,碱金属硅酸盐和碱土金属源,优选钙源的混合物组成。
13.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的粘结剂,其特征在于,所述活化体系包含相对于其总重量为0.1重量%至10重量%的式X+A-的缓凝剂,其中阳离子X+选自碱金属、碱土金属、铝和铵离子、和阴离子A-选自乙酸根、柠檬酸根、甲酸根、苯甲酸根、酒石酸根、油酸根、溴化物或碘化物阴离子。
14.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的粘结剂,其特征在于,所述活化体系占粘结剂总重量的3%至30%,优选粘结剂总重量的5%至25%。
15.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的粘结剂,其特征在于,其还包含相对于粘结剂总重量小于27重量%的量的波特兰水泥、高铝水泥、硫铝酸盐水泥、贝利特水泥、由火山灰混合物形成的水泥、硅灰、煅烧片岩、天然或煅烧火山灰、硫酸钙源,如生石膏或半水合物,熟石膏和/或无水石膏。
16.混凝土或砂浆组合物,其特征在于,其通过在水存在下将骨料、砂和/或集料与根据权利要求1至15中任一项所述的至少一种粘结剂混合而获得。
17.建筑产品,如胶合砂浆,勾缝砂浆,贴砖接缝剂,粘合剂,防水面层,地面抹灰,外立面砂浆或内外墙抹灰层,或无机涂料,修整砂浆,底抹灰层,单抹灰层,不透水的砂浆,它们使根据前一项权利要求的混凝土或砂浆组合物水合和固化之后获得。
