Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有保温功能的纸箱，其技术方案要点是，纸箱本体从内到外依次为上防水层、上纸箱层、保温棉层、下纸箱层、下防水层，上纸箱层内填充有保温剂囊，保鲜剂囊内装有保鲜材料。本发明旨在提供一种针对冷冻食品具有良好的保温隔热效果的具有保温功能的纸箱。

一种具有保温功能的纸箱
技术领域
本发明涉及纸件制造领域,更具体地说，它涉及一种具有保温功能的纸箱。
背景技术
在工业产品的各类包装中，瓦楞纸箱已成为包装业的主流，由于它质量轻，可折叠，成本低而且绿色环保，规格容易变更，可进行高质量的印刷，回收后可作为可再生资源，同时伴随物流产业的迅速发张，瓦楞纸箱的使用范围越来越广。但是目前使用的瓦楞纸箱一般不具备保温功能，因生活所需，我们常会需要寄一些冷冻食品，或者需要保持低温的食品等，然而现有的瓦楞纸箱无法保持箱体内环境温度的恒定，冷冻食品很容易融化或者是食物容易变质，从而导致无法长距离的运输。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足，本发明的目的在于提供一种具有保温功能的纸箱，针对冷冻食品具有良好的保温隔热效果。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供了如下技术方案：一种具有保温功能的纸箱，纸箱本体从内到外依次为上防水层、上纸箱层、保温棉层、下纸箱层、下防水层，上纸箱层内填充有保温剂囊，保鲜剂囊内装有保鲜材料。
作为优选的，上防水层和下防水层均为TPU防水层，TPU防水层的厚度为1-2mm。
作为优选的，上防水层与上纸箱层之间、上纸箱层与保温棉层之间、保温棉层与下纸箱层之间、下纸箱层与下防水层之间通过粘合剂粘合，纸箱本体的各层材料的边缘均采用热熔胶热封。
该技术方案与现有技术相比：其中的上防水和下防水层具有一定的防水性能，减少水汽侵入箱体内，损坏箱体；上纸箱层内添加的保温剂囊使得箱体内具有一定的低温环境，而保温棉层由岩棉、玻璃棉、泡沫石棉等材料制成，导热系数较小，具有很好的隔热功能，减弱箱体内外的冷热传递，进一步使得箱体内部保持较低的环境温度，更好地避免食品发生融化变质等。

具体实施方式
参照图1对本发明一种具有保温功能的纸箱实施例做进一步说明。
如图一所示，纸箱内外分别设置有上防水层1和下防水层5，上防水层1可以防止箱体内食品带来的水汽（尤其是冷冻食品）渗透到保温棉层3内，避免保温棉层3失效；由于箱体内放置的冷冻食品导致箱体本身温度也必然会降低，下防水层5可有效避免箱体表面凝结的水珠渗入，防止保温棉层3失效；在上纸箱层2内填充的保温剂囊6使得箱体内保持相对较低的温度，保存食品的新鲜度；纸箱的中间为保温棉层3，保温棉层3由岩棉、玻璃棉、硅酸铝（钙）纤维棉、泡沫石棉等材料制成，其特性为导热系数小，具有良好的隔热功能，减弱箱体内外冷热传递，更好地避免冷冻食品发生融化或者变质，使得食品能够在较长时间运输过程中保持较好的品质。
进一步，第一防水层和第二防水层均为TPU防水层，相对传统的PU防水膜更加环保绿色，防水性能更佳。
进一步，上防水层1与上纸箱层2之间、上纸箱层2与保温棉层3之间、保温棉层3与下纸箱层4之间、下纸箱层4与下防水层5之间通过粘合剂粘合，纸箱本体的各层材料的边缘均采用热熔胶热封。

1.一种具有保温功能的纸箱，包括纸箱本体,其特征是：所述的纸箱本体从内到外依次为上防水层、上纸箱层、保温棉层、下纸箱层、下防水层，所述上纸箱层内填充有保温剂囊，所述保鲜剂囊内装有保鲜材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有保温功能的纸箱,其特征是：所述上防水层和下防水层均为TPU防水层，所述TPU防水层的厚度为1-2mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种具有保温功能的纸箱,其特征是：所述上防水层与上纸箱层之间、上纸箱层与保温棉层之间、保温棉层与下纸箱层之间、下纸箱层与下防水层之间通过粘合剂粘合，所述纸箱本体的各层材料的边缘均采用热熔胶热封。
