In this embodiment, referring to fig. 14, the shelf 1 is a frame formed by combining four side beams 13, namely, a front side beam, a rear side beam, a left side beam, a right side beam 13 and a right side beam, wherein the right side beam 13 is detachably arranged, and when the wine bottle support frame 2 is assembled and disassembled, the right side beam 13 needs to be detached first, and then the wine bottle support frame 2 is assembled and disassembled from the right side of the shelf 1.

The middle beam 14 is a groove with an upward opening, so that the appearance is attractive, and the limiting effect of movement is achieved; preferably, the inner sides of the front end and the rear end of the middle beam 14 are provided with damping strips to damp the vibration between the shelf 1 and the wine bottle support frame 2.
The following explains the use method of the adjustable wine rack in the embodiment, which comprises the following steps:

In this embodiment, the gear is a locking wheel, and the gear is slidably disposed on the wine bottle support frame 2, but the gear may slide up and down or back and forth, and the gear cannot rotate, and when the gear slides and engages with the rack, the wine bottle support frame 2 is in a locked state. Therefore, the locking structure is simple, and the locking function can be realized only by the gear and the rack.
