Background
The conventional display device, especially a notebook computer, generally has a Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC)3, which is easily bent or bulged, as shown in fig. 2, and is sensitive, so that the display effect is significantly affected once the FPC is bent or bulged, for example, light leakage of a display screen (LO) is caused, thereby affecting the viewing quality of a user.
The conventional display device further includes a Printed Circuit Board (PCB)1, a back cover (back cover)5 and a panel (panel)2, and the PCB and the back cover are usually connected by a fastener, such as a screw; the panel, the FPC and the PCB are fixedly connected in sequence, and refer to fig. 1 and 2. The reasons for the FPC bending or bulging in the display device are many, and among them are more remarkable: on one hand, due to the existence of component tolerance or operation tolerance, such as the dimensional tolerance of the back cover, the dimensional tolerance of the panel, the dimensional tolerance of the PCB or the tolerance of the binding process, the mounting holes of the PCB and the back cover through which the fastening members 4 pass are usually not aligned during the assembly process, so that the FPC is bent or bulged after the fastening members 4 are mounted in the two mounting holes; on the other hand, after the display device is assembled, in a later use process, due to changes of temperature of the display device or an external environment and other factors, deformation of components may occur, for example, structural deformation of the PCB or the back cover may cause deformation of the originally straight FPC to cause bending or bulging. Besides, the FPC is stressed after being deformed, and the service life of the FPC is influenced.
The problem of bending or bulging of the FPC has long plagued people, and has been paid attention to for a long time, but a feasible solution cannot be found, which becomes a technical problem.
The above information disclosed in this background section is only for enhancement of understanding of the background of the invention.
