if the target Bluetooth beacon equipment is encrypted, resolving a password according to the data message, and establishing communication connection with the target Bluetooth beacon equipment according to the password;
and if the target Bluetooth beacon device is not encrypted, establishing communication connection with the target Bluetooth beacon device.
