Abstract

一种用于钢铁表面阻燃防腐蚀涂料的制备方法,属于涂料制备技术领域。包括以下步骤:(1)将助剂和去离子水加入到成膜树脂中,用搅拌机搅拌,制得混合均匀的第一混合溶液;(2)将滑石粉、云母粉和Al(OH)3放入砂磨机中分散备用;(3)将步骤(2)研磨后的混合物放入步骤(1)所述第一混合溶液,搅拌均匀后制得第二混合溶液;(4)然后在搅拌的状态下加入钛酸酯偶联剂和沉淀白炭黑,然后继续搅拌,完成用于钢铁表面阻燃防腐蚀涂料的制备。本发明所述方法制备的涂料具有优异的防火性能和防腐防锈的功能,并且具有良好的抗冲击性、抗弯曲性、耐磨性和耐高温性,可以在带锈的钢铁表面上直接施工,也可以在带油的钢铁表面上直接施工。

Description

一种用于钢铁表面阻燃防腐蚀涂料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于涂料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种用于钢铁表面阻燃防腐蚀涂料的制备方法。
背景技术
钢材是一种不会燃烧的建筑材料,它具有抗震,抗弯等特性。在实际应用中,钢材既可以相对增加建筑物的荷载能力,也可以满足建筑设计美感造型的需要;还避免了混凝土等建筑材料不能弯曲,拉伸的缺陷。因此钢材受到了建筑行业的青睐,单层,多层,摩天大楼,厂房,库房,候车室,候机厅等采用钢材都很普遍。但是,钢材作为建筑材料在防火方面又存在一些难以避免的缺陷,它的机械性能,如屈服点,抗拉及弹性模量等均会因温度的升高而急剧下降。
现有的防火涂料种类较多,按涂层的厚度可分为厚型、薄型和超薄型三类;按其材料形态可分为水基型、溶剂型和粉末型三类。其中水性超薄膨胀型钢结构防火涂料有较好的防火性能,同时又满足环保的要求,是钢结构防火涂料的发展方向。
但是现有的防火涂料及防腐蚀涂料均只具有单一的功能,并且虽然具有良好的防火效果,但是其带有大量的有机溶剂,容易对环境造成污染。因此开发既能够阻燃又能够防腐蚀并且将涂料的机械强度提升的新型涂料,极具实用价值,同时还可以简化防火后进行防腐涂料的重复涂刷的复杂工序。
发明内容
解决的技术问题:针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种用于钢铁表面阻燃防腐蚀涂料的制备方法,制备的涂料具有优异的防火性能的同时,又兼备防腐防锈的功能,并且具有良好的抗冲击性、抗弯曲性、耐磨性和耐高温性,既可以在带锈的钢铁表面上直接施工,也可以在带油的钢铁表面上直接施工。
技术方案:一种用于钢铁表面阻燃防腐蚀涂料的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将1~10质量份助剂和5~20质量份去离子水加入到40~60质量份成膜树脂中,用搅拌机以转速为200~400r/min搅拌20~40min,制得混合均匀的第一混合溶液;
(2)将3~8质量份滑石粉、4~7质量份云母粉和6~9质量份Al(OH)3放入砂磨机中分散至细度为30~40μm以下备用;
(3)将步骤(2)研磨后的混合物放入步骤(1)所述第一混合溶液,在搅拌速度为600~800r/min的条件下搅拌20~30min,制得第二混合溶液;
(4)然后在搅拌速度为300~400r/min的状态下加入0.5~6质量份钛酸酯偶联剂和0.5~5质量份沉淀白炭黑,然后继续搅拌1~3h,完成用于钢铁表面阻燃防腐蚀涂料的制备。
作为优选,所述步骤(1)中助剂为聚磷酸酯、三聚氰胺和季戊四醇中的至少一种。
作为优选,所述步骤(1)中成膜树脂为水性环氧树脂、水性醇酸树脂或者水性有机硅树脂。
作为优选,所述步骤(1)中将8质量份助剂和15质量份去离子水加入到55质量份成膜树脂中,用搅拌机以转速为350r/min搅拌35min。
作为优选,所述步骤(2)中将5质量份滑石粉、5质量份云母粉和8质量份Al(OH)3放入砂磨机中分散至细度为35μm以下备用。
作为优选,所述步骤(3)中在搅拌速度为700r/min的条件下搅拌25min。
作为优选,所述步骤(4)在搅拌速度为350r/min的状态下加入4.5质量份钛酸酯偶联剂和4质量份沉淀白炭黑,然后继续搅拌2h。
有益效果:(1)本发明所述制备方法简单,安全环保,对环境无污染;(2)制备的涂料具有优异的防火性能的同时,又兼备防腐防锈的功能,并且具有良好的抗冲击性、抗弯曲性、耐磨性和耐高温性,既可以在带锈的钢铁表面上直接施工,也可以在带油的钢铁表面上直接施工;(3)涂料性能测试数据如下:外观:表面平整,色泽均匀,无气泡、无开裂、无缩孔;附着力(95℃±2℃,24h):1级;抗10J冲击:无针孔;24mm阴极剥离:3.0mm;抗3°弯曲:无裂纹;涂层耐高温:>300℃;黏结强度0.65~0.81MPa;涂层厚度2mm。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种用于钢铁表面阻燃防腐蚀涂料的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将1质量份聚磷酸酯和5质量份去离子水加入到40质量份水性环氧树脂中,用搅拌机以转速为200r/min搅拌20min,制得混合均匀的第一混合溶液;
(2)将3质量份滑石粉、4质量份云母粉和6质量份Al(OH)3放入砂磨机中分散至细度为30μm以下备用;
(3)将步骤(2)研磨后的混合物放入步骤(1)所述第一混合溶液,在搅拌速度为600r/min的条件下搅拌20min,制得第二混合溶液;
(4)然后在搅拌速度为300r/min的状态下加入0.5质量份钛酸酯偶联剂和0.5质量份沉淀白炭黑,然后继续搅拌1h,完成用于钢铁表面阻燃防腐蚀涂料的制备。
外观:表面平整,色泽均匀,无气泡、无开裂、无缩孔;附着力(95℃±2℃,24h):1级;抗10J冲击:无针孔;24mm阴极剥离:3.0mm;抗3°弯曲:无裂纹;涂层耐高温:>280℃;黏结强度0.65MPa;涂层厚度2mm。
实施例2
一种用于钢铁表面阻燃防腐蚀涂料的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将10质量份三聚氰胺和20质量份去离子水加入到60质量份水性醇酸树脂中,用搅拌机以转速为400r/min搅拌40min,制得混合均匀的第一混合溶液;
(2)将8质量份滑石粉、7质量份云母粉和9质量份Al(OH)3放入砂磨机中分散至细度为40μm以下备用;
(3)将步骤(2)研磨后的混合物放入步骤(1)所述第一混合溶液,在搅拌速度为800r/min的条件下搅拌30min,制得第二混合溶液;
(4)然后在搅拌速度为400r/min的状态下加入6质量份钛酸酯偶联剂和5质量份沉淀白炭黑,然后继续搅拌3h,完成用于钢铁表面阻燃防腐蚀涂料的制备。
外观:表面平整,色泽均匀,无气泡、无开裂、无缩孔;附着力(95℃±2℃,24h):1级;抗10J冲击:无针孔;24mm阴极剥离:3.0mm;抗3°弯曲:无裂纹;涂层耐高温:>290℃;黏结强度0.73MPa;涂层厚度2mm。
实施例3
一种用于钢铁表面阻燃防腐蚀涂料的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将8质量份季戊四醇和15质量份去离子水加入到55质量份水性有机硅树脂中,用搅拌机以转速为350r/min搅拌35min,制得混合均匀的第一混合溶液;
(2)将5质量份滑石粉、5质量份云母粉和8质量份Al(OH)3放入砂磨机中分散至细度为35μm以下备用;
(3)将步骤(2)研磨后的混合物放入步骤(1)所述第一混合溶液,在搅拌速度为700r/min的条件下搅拌25min,制得第二混合溶液;
(4)然后在搅拌速度为350r/min的状态下加入4.5质量份钛酸酯偶联剂和4质量份沉淀白炭黑,然后继续搅拌2h,完成用于钢铁表面阻燃防腐蚀涂料的制备。
外观:表面平整,色泽均匀,无气泡、无开裂、无缩孔;附着力(95℃±2℃,24h):1级;抗10J冲击:无针孔;24mm阴极剥离:3.0mm;抗3°弯曲:无裂纹;涂层耐高温:>300℃;黏结强度0.81MPa;涂层厚度2mm。
对比例1
将实施例3中所述步骤(2)中Al(OH)3换成同质量份滑石粉,其余同实施例3,性能测试结果如下:
外观:表面平整,色泽均匀,无气泡、无开裂、无缩孔;附着力(95℃±2℃,24h):1级;抗10J冲击:无针孔;24mm阴极剥离:3.0mm;抗3°弯曲:无裂纹;涂层耐高温:>250℃;黏结强度0.51MPa;涂层厚度2mm。
对比例2
将实施例3中所述步骤(4)中沉淀白炭黑换成同质量份钛酸酯偶联剂,其余同实施例3,性能测试结果如下:
外观:表面平整,色泽均匀,无气泡、无开裂、无缩孔;附着力(95℃±2℃,24h):1级;抗10J冲击:无针孔;24mm阴极剥离:3.0mm;抗3°弯曲:无裂纹;涂层耐高温:>270℃;黏结强度0.58MPa;涂层厚度2mm。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于钢铁表面阻燃防腐蚀涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将1~10质量份助剂和5~20质量份去离子水加入到40~60质量份成膜树脂中,用搅拌机以转速为200~400 r/min搅拌20~40min,制得混合均匀的第一混合溶液;
(2)将3~8质量份滑石粉、4~7质量份云母粉和6~9质量份Al(OH)3放入砂磨机中分散至细度为30~40 μm以下备用;
(3)将步骤(2)研磨后的混合物放入步骤(1)所述第一混合溶液,在搅拌速度为600~800r/min的条件下搅拌20~30 min,制得第二混合溶液;
(4)然后在搅拌速度为300~400 r/min的状态下加入0.5~6质量份钛酸酯偶联剂和0.5~5质量份沉淀白炭黑,然后继续搅拌1~3 h,完成用于钢铁表面阻燃防腐蚀涂料的制备。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于钢铁表面阻燃防腐蚀涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中助剂为聚磷酸酯、三聚氰胺和季戊四醇中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于钢铁表面阻燃防腐蚀涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中成膜树脂为水性环氧树脂、水性醇酸树脂或者水性有机硅树脂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于钢铁表面阻燃防腐蚀涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中将8质量份助剂和15质量份去离子水加入到55质量份成膜树脂中,用搅拌机以转速为350 r/min搅拌35 min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于钢铁表面阻燃防腐蚀涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中将5质量份滑石粉、5质量份云母粉和8质量份Al(OH)3放入砂磨机中分散至细度为35 μm以下备用。
