the label placing device consists of a label placing rack and a label grabbing cylinder, a horizontal movable supporting beam is arranged above the label placing rack, the label sliding rack is sleeved on the movable supporting beam, the label sliding rack is driven by a label moving motor to horizontally move back and forth on the movable supporting beam, the label grabbing cylinder is vertically arranged on one side of the label sliding rack, and a label grabbing plate with a label sucking disc is arranged at the lower end of the label grabbing cylinder;
the labeling electrostatic adsorption device is composed of an adsorption cylinder and a plurality of circles of electrostatic adsorption glass paper attached to the periphery of the adsorption cylinder, wherein the adsorption cylinder is made of insulating plastic, a plurality of electrostatic gun heads with electrostatic generation ends penetrating through the electrostatic adsorption glass paper are arranged inside the adsorption cylinder, a plurality of groups of air nozzles are arranged on the adsorption cylinder between adjacent electrostatic adsorption glass papers, the adsorption cylinder is arranged on a movable support capable of moving left and right forwards and backwards, and a plurality of barrel fixing suckers are arranged on the end face of the adsorption cylinder close to one end of the injection molding male die device;
the static leveling device for the label consists of a lantern ring and a plurality of groups of static gun heads positioned on the inner side wall of the lantern ring;
the injection molding female die device consists of an injection molding female die and a female die shell, wherein a plurality of groups of electrostatic gun heads with electrostatic emission ends positioned on the cambered surfaces of the side walls are embedded in the injection molding female die, and a plurality of air nozzles for injecting air into the injection molding female die are also embedded in the injection molding female die;
the injection molding male die device consists of a male die moving vehicle and an injection molding male die, the injection molding male die is positioned in a module cavity of the male die moving vehicle, a plurality of injection gun heads are embedded on the surface of the injection molding male die, each injection gun head is communicated with a plastic injection port of the injection molding machine through a pipeline, and a supporting wheel driven by a servo motor at the bottom of the male die moving vehicle is positioned on a male die moving slide rail between the injection molding machine and a female die shell;
the barrel grabbing device consists of a rotating motor fixing arm and a rotating motor, wherein a barrel grabbing cylinder is arranged on a turntable driven to rotate by the rotating motor, and a plurality of barrel sucking discs are arranged on a cylinder rod of the barrel grabbing cylinder;
the barrel conveying device consists of a conveying belt and a conveying belt motor for driving the conveying belt to rotate, and a static eliminating fan for blowing air to the conveying belt is arranged at one end of the conveying belt below the barrel grabbing device.
