Abstract
The invention discloses an anti-overturning steel bar bracket for cantilever bent cap concrete pouring and an installation method thereof, and belongs to the field of building structure construction. The installation method sequentially comprises the steps of prefabricating steel bar holes, installing steel bars, installing brackets, installing main beams, installing tie beams and the like. The invention increases anti-capsizing measures, greatly reduces steel consumption, improves operation efficiency and reduces labor cost.

Technical Field

Background
Currently, two types of bracket structures are generally adopted for cantilever capping beam concrete casting:

Limitations of conventional bent cap brackets:
when the pier body is higher, the steel pipe pile of the floor type capping beam support needs to be driven into a soil layer or falls on a bearing platform, if the driven steel pipe pile is adopted as a bearing structure, corresponding pile driving and pile pulling equipment is needed, more manual resources are consumed, and the economic benefit of the structure is poor.
The steel bar type bent cap support has good economic benefit, but has poor stability and poor control of structural safety coefficient.

Because the floor support is not used, the material is greatly saved, and the manufacturing cost is greatly reduced.
(2) The recycling of materials is realized to the greatest extent:
because the tie beam and the main beam are connected by bolts, the structure is easy to realize in the aspects of installation and dismantling, and the main beam and the tie beam can be recycled by combining engineering practice, so that the cost is greatly saved.
(3) The structural stress is reliable, and the bearing capacity of the existing material is utilized to the maximum extent:
the stress of the bracket structure under the condition of unbalanced load is analyzed through large finite element calculation, and the whole system has definite stress, reliable force transmission and convenient construction.
(4) Quickening the engineering progress:
because the support structure adopts standardization, the support can reduce a large amount of time in the process of installation and dismantling, and the engineering progress is greatly accelerated.

The following non-limiting examples illustrate the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an anti-overturning steel bar bracket for cantilever capping beam concrete pouring is composed of a bearing steel bar 1, an anti-overturning steel bar 2, a bracket 3, an unloading block 4, a bracket beam and a template system, wherein a pier body 5 is prefabricated with steel bar holes for the bearing steel bar 1 and the anti-overturning steel bar 2 to pass through, at least 2 (2 as shown in the drawing of the embodiment) bearing steel bars 1 are horizontally arranged along a longitudinal bridge, at least 1 anti-overturning steel bar 2 is horizontally arranged along a transverse bridge, the bearing steel bar 1 also passes through the bracket 3 to fix the bracket 3 on the side face of the pier body 5, a main beam 6 of the bracket beam is arranged above the bracket 3, the main beam 6 is supported by the unloading block 4 arranged between the bracket 3 and the main beam 6, a tie beam 7 of the bracket beam is pairwise arranged between the two main beams 6 on the outer side of the pier body 5, the tie beam 7 is attached to two sides of the pier body 5 and is fixed on the main beam 6 by bolts, and the anti-overturning steel bar 2 passes through the corresponding two tie beams 7 to be fixed between the two tie beams 7.
