Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides a medical monitoring device and a monitoring method thereof.
The medical monitoring device can be integrated in devices such as a smart wearable device, a smart phone or a tablet, or can also be integrated in medical devices such as a blood glucose meter and a blood pressure meter.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of a monitoring method of a medical monitoring device of the present invention includes the following steps:
step S101: vital sign parameters of the patient are acquired.
The vital sign parameters may be, for example, one or more of an electrocardiograph signal, a respiration rate, a body temperature, a blood oxygen concentration, and the like.
Step S102: and judging whether the vital sign parameters of the patient are within a first preset vital sign parameter range to obtain a first judgment result, wherein the first vital sign parameter range is determined according to the vital sign parameters of the patient in a healthy state.
Before step S101, a first preset vital sign parameter range may be determined by acquiring vital sign parameters of a patient in a healthy state, for example, values of the same vital sign parameter of the patient in the healthy state are acquired for multiple times, and the first preset vital sign parameter range is determined according to a highest value and a lowest value of the vital sign parameters acquired for multiple times in the healthy state. For example, for the vital sign parameter of the heart rate, the heart rates of a plurality of patients in a healthy state are acquired, such as 55 min/time, 59 min/time, 65 min/time, and 78 min/time, and then it is determined that the first preset vital sign parameter range is 55-78 min/time, or it is also possible to increase or decrease a predetermined value on the basis of the highest heart rate and the lowest heart rate to determine the range, for example, the lowest value 55 min/time is subtracted by 5 to obtain 50 min/time of the lower limit value of the first preset vital sign parameter range, and the highest value 78 min is added by 5 to obtain 83 min/time of the upper limit value of the first preset vital sign parameter range, so as to determine that the first preset vital sign parameter range is 50-83 min/time.
The vital sign parameters of the patient in the health state can be acquired directly from the patient, or can be downloaded from the network server, for example, the patient can upload values of a plurality of same vital sign parameters of the patient in the health state to the network server for downloading.
Step S103: and outputting the monitoring information according to the first judgment result.
And when the first judgment result shows that the vital sign parameters of the patient are not in the first preset vital sign parameter range, outputting abnormal monitoring information of the patient. For example, the abnormal monitoring information of the patient can be output by giving an alarm, or the abnormal monitoring information of the patient can be output by displaying words such as "abnormal occurrence", or the abnormal monitoring information of the patient can be output by voice broadcasting, for example, the voice broadcasting is set according to different parameters of vital signs, such as "abnormal heart rate", and the like.
When the first judgment result indicates that the vital sign parameter of the patient is within the first preset vital sign parameter range, the physical rehabilitation of the patient is indicated, and the monitoring information of the patient can be output, for example, the monitoring information can be indicated by an indicator lamp, for example, a green indicator lamp is displayed to output the normal monitoring information of the patient, or the monitoring information of 'the heart rate of the patient is normal' is directly displayed through a display screen. Or, when the first judgment result indicates that the vital sign parameter of the patient is within the first preset vital sign parameter range, the next round of monitoring can be performed without any operation.
In this embodiment, the first preset vital sign parameter range is determined according to the vital sign parameters of the patient in the health state, so that when the patient is monitored, the accuracy of the monitored information can be improved, the misjudgment probability is reduced, and the panic of the patient and the family members thereof caused by the wrong alarm information is avoided by comparing and judging the current vital sign parameters of the patient with the vital sign parameters of the patient in the health state.
Referring to fig. 2, in another embodiment of the present invention, a specific flowchart of a monitoring method of a monitoring device includes the following steps:
step S201: acquiring vital sign parameters of a patient;
step S202: judging whether the vital sign parameters of the patient are in a first preset vital sign parameter range to obtain a first judgment result, judging whether the vital sign parameters of the patient are in a second preset vital sign parameter range to obtain a second judgment result, wherein the first preset vital sign parameters are determined according to the vital sign parameters of the patient in a healthy state, and the second preset vital sign parameters are determined according to the vital sign parameters of other patients with the same disease as the patient after rehabilitation.
Before step S101 is performed, a second preset vital sign parameter range may be determined according to the recovered vital sign parameters of other patients of the same patient by acquiring the recovered vital sign parameters of the other patients, for example, if the patient is a diabetic patient and the vital sign parameters are blood glucose, the second preset vital sign parameter range may be determined by acquiring blood glucose data of the recovered diabetic patient, for example, acquiring blood glucose data of a plurality of recovered diabetic patients, determining the highest value of the plurality of blood glucose data as the upper limit value of the second preset vital sign parameter range, and determining the lowest value of the plurality of blood glucose data as the lower limit value of the second preset vital sign parameter range, thereby determining the second preset vital sign parameter range.
The vital sign parameters of the rehabilitated other patients can be acquired by directly acquiring the other patients, or can be downloaded from a network server.
In this embodiment, according to the first determination result and the second determination result, when the vital sign parameter of the patient is within the first preset vital sign parameter range but not within the second preset vital sign parameter range, or when the vital sign parameter of the patient is not within the first preset vital sign parameter range but within the second preset vital sign parameter range, it indicates that the patient may be recovered or not recovered, and in order to further improve the accuracy of the monitoring information, at this time, step S201 and step S202 are executed at predetermined time intervals in a loop.
The predetermined time may be, for example, 3min, 5min, or 10 min.
For example, taking the predetermined time as 5min as an example, when the vital sign parameter of the patient is within the first preset vital sign parameter range but not within the second preset vital sign parameter range, or when the vital sign parameter of the patient is not within the first preset vital sign parameter range but within the second preset vital sign parameter range, after the interval of 5min, the vital sign parameter of the patient is obtained again, and whether the obtained vital sign parameter is within the first preset vital sign parameter range and within the second preset vital sign parameter range is determined, if the vital sign parameter of the patient is still within the first preset vital sign parameter range but not within the second preset vital sign parameter range, or if the vital sign parameter of the patient is still not within the first preset vital sign parameter range but within the second preset vital sign parameter range, and then obtaining the vital sign parameters of the patient again after 5min of interval, and judging whether the obtained vital sign parameters are in the first preset vital sign parameter range and the second preset vital sign parameter range again, and so on.
Step S203: and outputting the monitoring information according to the first judgment result and the second judgment result.
Specifically, according to the first determination result and the second determination result in step S202, when the vital sign parameter of the patient is within the first preset vital sign parameter range and the second preset vital sign parameter range at the same time, the monitoring information of the rehabilitation of the patient is output. When the vital sign parameter of the patient is not in the first preset vital sign parameter range and the second vital sign parameter range at the same time, or after the number of times of circularly executing the step S201 and the step S202 reaches a predetermined number of times, if the vital sign parameter of the patient is still not in the first preset vital sign parameter range but in the second preset vital sign parameter range, or if the vital sign parameter of the patient is still in the first preset vital sign parameter range but not in the second preset vital sign parameter range, the abnormal monitoring information of the patient is output.
The predetermined number of times may be, for example, 3 times, 5 times, 10 times, or the like.
In this embodiment, when the vital sign parameter of the patient is within the first preset vital sign parameter range but not within the second preset vital sign parameter range, or when the vital sign parameter of the patient is not within the first preset vital sign parameter range but within the second preset vital sign parameter range, it indicates that the patient may be recovered or not recovered, in order to improve the accuracy of the determination, the determining step is executed in a loop, if the above result is still obtained after the loop is cycled for a certain number of times, in order to avoid causing the situation that the patient is not found in time, the patient is still considered to be abnormal at this time, and therefore abnormal monitoring information of the patient is output, so as to cause the attention of the patient or medical staff, and further, the patient can be found in time. In addition, the vital sign parameters of the patient are further compared with the recovered vital sign parameters of the patient of the same patient for judgment, so that the judgment accuracy can be further improved, and more accurate monitoring information can be provided.
In other embodiments, the step of performing the determination in a loop may not be performed, and specifically, the step of outputting the monitoring information according to the first determination result and the second determination result specifically includes: when the vital sign parameters of the patient are in a first preset vital sign parameter range and a second preset vital sign parameter range at the same time, outputting the monitoring information of the rehabilitation of the patient, otherwise, outputting the abnormal monitoring information of the patient, in other words, after judging whether the vital sign parameters of the patient are in the first preset vital sign parameter range and the second preset vital sign parameter range for the first time, if the vital sign parameters of the patient are in the first preset vital sign parameter range but not in the second preset vital sign parameter range, or when the vital sign parameters of the patient are not in the first preset vital sign parameter range but in the second preset vital sign parameter range, directly outputting the abnormal monitoring information of the patient without performing the step of circular judgment.
Referring to fig. 3, the medical monitoring device provided in the embodiment of the present invention specifically includes an obtaining module 301, a determining module 302, and an output module 303.
The obtaining module 301 is configured to obtain vital sign parameters of a patient. The vital sign parameters may be, for example, one or more of an electrocardiograph signal, a respiration rate, a body temperature, a blood oxygen concentration, and the like.
The determining module 302 is configured to determine whether the vital sign parameter of the patient is within a first preset vital sign parameter range, so as to obtain a first determination result, where the first vital sign parameter range is determined according to the vital sign parameter of the patient in a health state.
Before the obtaining module 301 obtains the vital sign parameters of the patient, a first preset vital sign parameter range may be determined by collecting the vital sign parameters of the patient in the healthy state, for example, collecting values of the same vital sign parameter of the patient in the healthy state for multiple times, and determining the first preset vital sign parameter range according to the highest value and the lowest value of the vital sign parameters collected for multiple times in the healthy state.
The output module 303 is configured to output the monitoring information according to the first determination result.
In this embodiment, the first preset vital sign parameter range is determined according to the vital sign parameters of the patient in the healthy state, so that when the patient is monitored, the accuracy of the monitored information can be improved, the misjudgment probability is reduced, and the panic of the patient and the family members thereof caused by the wrong alarm information is avoided by comparing and judging the current vital sign parameters of the patient with the vital sign parameters of the patient in the healthy state.
Further, in this embodiment, the determining module 302 is further configured to determine whether the vital sign parameter of the patient is within a second preset vital sign parameter range, so as to obtain a second determination result, where the second preset vital sign parameter is determined according to the recovered vital sign parameters of other patients having the same disease as the patient.
The second preset vital sign parameter range can be determined by collecting the recovered vital sign parameters of other patients of the same patient according to the recovered vital sign parameters of the other patients, for example, if the patient is a diabetic patient and the vital sign parameters are blood sugar, the second preset vital sign parameter range can be determined by collecting the blood sugar data of the recovered diabetic patient, for example, collecting the blood sugar data of a plurality of recovered diabetic patients, determining the highest value of the plurality of blood sugar data as the upper limit value of the second preset vital sign parameter range, and determining the lowest value of the plurality of blood sugar data as the lower limit value of the second preset vital sign parameter range, thereby determining the second preset vital sign parameter range.
According to the first determination result and the second determination result, when the vital sign parameter of the patient is within the first preset vital sign parameter range but not within the second preset vital sign parameter range, or when the vital sign parameter of the patient is not within the first preset vital sign parameter range but within the second preset vital sign parameter range, it is indicated that the patient may be recovered or not recovered, in order to further improve the accuracy of the monitoring information, at this time, the obtaining module 301 obtains the vital sign parameter of the patient at predetermined time intervals, and the determining module 302 determines whether the vital sign parameter of the patient is within the first preset vital sign range and within the second preset vital sign parameter range after the obtaining module 301 obtains the vital sign parameter of the patient each time.
The output module 303 is configured to output monitoring information for patient rehabilitation when the vital sign parameter of the patient is within a first preset vital sign parameter range and a second preset vital sign parameter range at the same time, and is configured to output abnormal monitoring information of the patient when the vital sign parameter of the patient is not within the first preset vital sign parameter range and the second preset vital sign parameter range at the same time, or after the obtaining module 301 and the determining module 302 perform corresponding operations for a predetermined number of times in a circulating manner, if the vital sign parameter of the patient is still not within the first preset vital sign parameter range but within the second preset vital sign parameter range, or if the vital sign parameter of the patient is still within the first preset vital sign parameter range but not within the second preset vital sign parameter range.
The predetermined number of times may be, for example, 3 times, 5 times, 10 times, or the like.
In this embodiment, when the vital sign parameter of the patient is within the first preset vital sign parameter range but not within the second preset vital sign parameter range, or when the vital sign parameter of the patient is not within the first preset vital sign parameter range but within the second preset vital sign parameter range, it indicates that the patient may be recovered or not recovered, in order to improve the accuracy of the determination, the obtaining module 301 and the determining module 302 perform corresponding operations in a circulating manner, if the above results are still obtained after circulating for a certain number of times, in order to avoid causing a situation that the patient cannot be found in time, the patient is still considered to be abnormal at this time, and therefore abnormal monitoring information of the patient is output, so as to cause the attention of the patient or medical care personnel, and further, the patient can be found in time. In addition, the vital sign parameters of the patient are further compared with the recovered vital sign parameters of the patient of the same patient for judgment, so that the judgment accuracy can be further improved, and more accurate monitoring information can be provided.
Of course, in other embodiments, the determining step may not be performed in a loop, and specifically, the output module 303 is configured to output the monitoring information of patient rehabilitation when the vital sign parameter of the patient is within the first preset vital sign parameter range and the second preset vital sign parameter range at the same time, or otherwise output the monitoring information of abnormal patient, in other words, after the determining module 302 determines for the first time whether the vital sign parameter of the patient is within the first preset vital sign parameter range and within the second preset vital sign parameter range, if the vital sign parameter of the patient is within the first preset vital sign parameter range but not within the second preset vital sign parameter range, or if the vital sign parameter of the patient is not within the first preset vital sign parameter range but within the second preset vital sign parameter range, directly output the monitoring information of abnormal patient, and the step of loop judgment is not performed any more.
The above description is only an embodiment of the present invention, and not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all modifications of equivalent structures and equivalent processes performed by the present specification and drawings, or directly or indirectly applied to other related technical fields, are included in the scope of the present invention.
